    In approximately the spring of 2018 I purchased the online ************************************* course on Unlimited Abundance. I have attached one of the payment receipts for this course. The course has disappeared from my account. I am not sure if my account is under my ****************** or under ******************** I tried to retrieve my password for ******************* but the password never got sent. I may have accidentally set up two emails for MindValley. This happened to me before and I had to contact customer service to find the course. Can you please find out why the couse is not showing under my account = I am logged into my account with ******************* Can you see if I have an account under *******************? Maybe the course is under that email. But so far I am not getting a password retrieval to work for that. I want the course in my account or a refund.

    MindValley Failed to Refund $399.00 taken from my bank Account for Subscription Renewal:Date of Transaction: June 30, 2023: I cancelled by annual Subscription renewal for online courses because I no longer wanted the subscription, and could no long afford the subscriptions. I received an email from MindValley stating "Your subscription has been cancelled successfully on 06/30/23, and no further charges will be made to your account. On the same day MindValley charged my debit card through PayPal for $399.00, Invoice ID: **********. I attempted to call *********** on 6/30/23 , but no working telephone number, referred to contact them online. On July 18, 2023 online I was referred and able to contact someone via text messaging. Person name ****** contacted me. I told her of the above situation. She finally got back to me stating, "I would like to inform you that your refund has been processed to your original payment method and it will reflect in your account within *********** days, depending upon bank." No refund was received. On August 9, 2023, I went on line and completed a "Refund Request For-Airtable but still NO REFUND of the $399.00.(In the mean time, I also put in a dispute claim of the $399.00 with my bank.)*************************

    I purchased the yearly membership on 18.8.23 and have proof from bank that Mindvalley withdrew 344, but I have no access to the membership as if I didnt purchase it and no way to contact customer service because it is literally non existant! No emails or phone numbers, customer service is just automated bots, and they claim to have exceptional customer service, there is no way to get a refund or access the thing I bought and no one to turn to in their company to resolve this issue.

    ************************* ******************************************************************* August 11, 2023 ************ <********************>Jun 27, 2023, to sales On 06/26/23 I was upset to receive a charge of $399. I had purchased a program last year, and I have no idea what this fee is for. I also do not appreciate that the number on the charge is no longer in service. On the 27th I was able to find an email that I could respond to, there was no way to contact them directly. The best I could get through to turned out to be a technical support, and they wanted a fee for me to talk to someone.In my email I asked to be refunded and to have me and my records removed from their files. I did see that they sent me an email saying they would cancel my membership (which I did not purchase or ask for, but there was no refund credited. I was disappointed with my credit card from my bank that did not resolve the issue. I'm hoping that you can help me with this issue.I am including my communications with them and my credit card company.Sincerely *************************

    I am attaching my response to the company. 

    I did not purchase a membership, that they claim requires a recurring fee. 

    I made a onetime purchase of "The ***** Ultramind System."

    I was unaware they kept my credit information on file.

    The membership fee and the program fee show the difference in prices, and hopefully help show my intent.

    I responded to an add by MindValley for the ***** Method course. I understood this to be a 28 day course (as advertised) at a cost of $399. I purchased the course believing that I would have access to the course at my leisure. I was surprised when a year later I was charged a renewal fee of $399. This was shocking to me since the program was advertised as a 28 day course. I reached out to MindValley and they processed a refund for the renewal fee of $399, however I should have access to the program I purchased. I was told by the representative that at the time I made my purchase courses were sold separately from the membership. I responded that this is consistent with the advertisement I responded to which marketed a 28 day course and not a recurring membership. During the conversation (via WhatsApp) with the representative, I logged on to MindValley (for the first time) and when I clicked on the ***** Method, it stated "you already own this course". When I told this to the representative, I was told that I own it through the membership which does not make sense to me. Members may have access. But, buyers own. As I was talking to the representative he asked for a screen shot, and of course when I went back to the sign in page, it no longer stated that. This comes across as false and deceptive advertisement and language. I want access to what I paid for which is a program. Yes, my receipt (now that I am looking at it for the first time in a year) says I have purchased a subscription, which is also problematic since I responded to an add for a program. I never had a reason to double check the receipt until now since I was clear on what I was responding to in the add. The receipt is reflective of business practices that are not consistent with advertising.

    I am rejecting this response because: though the refund was issued for subscription, I explained that when I clicked on the purchase it was in response to the add for ***** Method. A subscription was issued instead of the ***** Method. The representative explained that at the time I made my purchase the ***** Method program was sold separately. I want access to the ***** Method which is the add that I clicked on when I made the purchase. When I logged onto Mindvalley, it states that I already "own" this program which is consistent with the add. I was later told that I purchased a subscription which gives access to the ***** Method, 28 day program as long as the subscription is ongoing. This is deceptive advertising.

    To whom it may concern,I am reporting the company MindValley for recurrent charges to my account after canceling with in the 15 day full refund trial period. I have a confirmation cancellation email from the company that dates May 17, 2023, however I have been charged monthly since then for **** June and July. I have had to seek refunds for these charges through my bank, because customer service with ********************** has been terribly disingenuous and unproductive. I havent stopped being charged despite asking for the cancellation and refund.

    I signed up with MindValley because it offers fantastic classes for self improvement. However, for weeks now, I've been unable to access the classes via Web on my laptop. The only way to access and participate in the classes are via MindValley's app, which for, health reasons, doesn't work for me. I've contacted MindValley a number of times now in the past several, and every single time I've been told that they are working on it, and they given me the run-around. I asked about a billing adjustment and was told that someone would contact me to reimburse me for the time I have been unable to access their website. Crickets!

    I purchased this subscription last year. I never used it. I was given no forewarning that they were about to charge me. They charged my account on June 24th and sent an email on june 28th saying they were going to charge me. Had I received this notice prior to them charging it Iwould have canceled it Now they refuse to refund my $399. I want the service canceled and a full refund.

    I renewed my membership with MindValley after about a year of membership, it automatically renewed. However, I was charged twice ($299) for one year's membership. I eventually was credited the first $299 after five attempts and only after I brought in a third party. Since I do not have access to the programs I have paid for, I asked for a full refund of the additional $299 about a month ago. There has been no response, even though they claim to provide refunds within 15 days. I called twice. Both phone numbers were disconnected. No one responded to my contacts through the "chat box" on the website.Since I do not have access to the programs I have paid for, I request a full refund of the additional $299 I paid for a so-called membership.

    Mindvally does DISHONEST business. They never paid me back after cancellation of the membership within the two week period as they promised. I was charged $399 US on June 29, 2022 for a one year membership which I did not want and cancelled the probation period on time. The main reason why they did not refund me my money was because they told me that it was not enough just to cancel it. There were some other required steps to do. In June 2022, Mindvalley had an advertisement on ******* that highlighted how it was easy to cancel the subscription in just one step that they would not ask any additional questions. Just subscribe and see if you like it for 2 weeks. To me that was the key phrase Easy to cancel. No question asked . I subscribed, I tried, I did not like, I canceled. Plus I made a decision to go to study full time and had no time for Mindvalley videos. They did not refund my money ALTHOUGH I DID CANCEL THE SERVICE ON TIME!!!!!I was shocked. The Customer Support person gave me a case number and I did not hear back from them anymore. I did not expect such treatment from a well known international educational company who teaches high values but treats people as a third world business. I ended up paying $527 CAD for something I did not use. I wish I could get my money back and pay for one of the courses towards my program in college instead of wasting my money on Mindvalley. Mindvalleys customer service keeps sending me to the Cancellation Rules and keeps repeating that they are not going to refund.Mindvalley's promotion through social media, which guarantees effortless cancellation with a single click and without any inquiries, goes against Mindvalley's refund policy which requires several steps to stop membership.It is a dishonest business practice. After 2 weeks of browsing the platform, I clearly stated my interest not to pursue the membership. I wanted the refund.
