    On 12/13/23 I made a purchase from what I thought was MOCO Boutique and turned out to be Onlypress.com. I attempted to cancel the order and they told me it was already shipped and processed and tried to assure me they were a legitimate company. I followed the tracking from China and on 1/16/24 received a box from XBR Hillsboro,OR with a fake ring with the tracking number that I had been following for my clothing items.

    On November 12, 2023, I ordered some Judy Blue jeans from a Facebook ad for a total of $79, charged to my credit card. On November 14 I received confirmation of the order with an itemized list of what I ordered and on November 16 I received an email that my order was "on the way" with a tracking number. I've continued to track the package for the last several weeks and today a small box arrived from XBR in Hillsboro, OR that had a ring box with a "moissanite engagement ring" inside. I never ordered this ring, nor do I want it. Upon doing a little internet sleuthing, it sounds like I've been scammed and this ring was sent in lieu of my jeans. Of course when I checked the tracking number for my package, it was delivered today, so this was definitely a bait and switch scam. When I looked up the storefront on the email, or clicked on the "view your order" link, I get a pop up that says "the site can't be reached". Definitely a scam, somebody needs to figure out who these people are and shut them down!

    Both of my college daughters - in different colleges and states - received identical cheap gold necklaces in a “Cartier” box with no receipt or other type of enclosure. I urged them to check their credit and debit cards. I’m not sure how to proceed in order to best protect them.

    Received a cheap necklace in a Cartier box I did not order. So far no charges on my credit cards or money ot of my bank account, but will keep checking.

    On August 25, 2023 I received a tennis braclet in a Mary Kay box without a receipt or invoice. No one I know sent me this package or merchandise. I am reaching out to Surplusgizmos.com or the business at the address in Hillsboro, OR.
    I want to make sure my account or card isn't being charged for merchandise I didn't order. BB

    On June 7, 2023 I ordered a pair of HOKA running shoes through an ad on ********. The total cost was $54.98. Five weeks later on July 14, 2023, I received a small envelope in the mail from XBR out of Hillsboro Oregon. Inside was a Kay Jewelers box made for ear rings and a necklace. There was a plastic ladies dinner ring inside the box. I contacted my bank to investigate the expense and they reimbursed my account for the expense. I also wrote to ******** and reported the company running this scam on their platform. They are mailing out cheap plastic jewelry to show they have proof that an item was delivered. Even if it is the wrong item.

    I received a package from XBR, which contained a ring in a plastic bag and a Kay Jewelry box.
    I did not order this. I do not know what this is. How do I handle this?

    On July 14th, I received an inexpensive ring in a Kay Jewelry box. The tracking indicated that this is my package. The original tracking indicated a package from China. However, this package originated in Oregon at a company name XBR. The address is **** ** ********* **** ***** ********** ** ******

    On June 7, 2023 I ordered a beverage cooler from them, I just got my item today. What they sent me was a small Kay Jewelers box, With a cheap costume jewelry ring inside. From what I’m reading on this BBB website, This is a normal thing for them. When I email them, I get no response! BUYER BEWARE!!!

    On June 3, 2023 I ordered four terra-cotta watering jugs. The total cost was $41.88. Three weeks later I received a small envelope in the mail from XBR out of Hillsboro Oregon. inside was a Zales box made for ear rings and a necklace. There was a plastic ladies dinner ring inside the box. When I contacted the seller, they offered to give me a 5% refund. I told him that was not acceptable. They emailed me back and told me they would give me a 10% refund and that I could sell the ring. I again told him that was not acceptable. I sent them screenshots of all the complaints against them that are very similar to mine. I have not heard back from them. I told them I wanted a full refund. This is clearly a scam. They are mailing out cheap plastic jewelry to show they have proof that an item was delivered. Even if it is the wrong item.
