      10 GB 72-hour limits for Unlimited plan.Consumer Cellular falsely states that the Unlimited Plan includes unlimited internet, throttled after 50 GB. That is false.Consumer Cellular also states that hotspot is included in their plans. According to their attorneys, that is false, and use of the hotspot will result in cancelling the cellphone plan. If a person uses 10 GB of data in 72 hours, CC will completely disconnect their plan until the next bill cycle . CC did this to me on three occasions and then claimed that hotspot use isn't allowed when it's advertised on their site. FRAUD

All of our data plans can be used with a personal/mobile Hotspot feature. Using your personal Hotspot will allow you to use your phone as a Wi-Fi access point to connect other wireless Internet devices to your cellular data plan. While free to activate, Hotspot use is included with our service but isn't separate from standard data usage. As a result, using personal hotspots can significantly increase your data usage. We recommend checking your data usage regularly via your online account or the My CC App. Our U.S.-based customer service teams would like the opportunity to assist.       I've had three ******** G **** and all have had problems. This is our first ******* cellphone and so far it's working perfect. The transfer to the new cellphone was only a little painful. We've been with Consumer Cellular for nearly five years and it's the best we've ever had. **************** is excellent and the cost is very reasonable.

      I have been a CC customer for over 10 years. However, I am strongly cosidering finding a new cell phone provider. I spent over 2 hours trying to set up my new phone, and when it looked okay, it suddenly would not work properly. The customer service reps I spoke to were worthless, every time I asked a question they put me on hold -- don't they train them properly anymore? One rep asked if "someone else was there" like I am an idiot. I put my husband on the phone and after an hour still no luck!! They kept telling me to go to Target, and I kept telling them the people in Target are useless. So I am stuck using a defective phone for now. It's better to go to a phone company that has their own stores, customer service used to be good but is now awful.

      I told consumer cellular i wanted to transfer my phone number to at&t because they gave me a good deal i went to at&t store with my ID and at&t called them but it was always a back and forth with at&t and consumer cellar about this one saying this and this one saying that and me driving burning my gas for nothing so that tells you someone is lying about what's going on with the transfer of my phone number and now consumer cellar say i owe $62 and some change so they are basically saying i am held liable for this foolishness they cause ok, now consumer cellular is not going to get not even one Red Penny from me and there should be an option for Zero Stars and write next it they get NOTHING for any company who is a ripoff.

      Got the phone. iris connect. really hard to set up, had to have internet to set it up. Multi documents to set up in the box and all were different and none seem to be correct. Called customer support and the customer support person could not get the phone to work correctly either, I could not make or get calls. Told to wait till in the morning and see if it worked then, The phone started to work a few hours later for some unknown reason, don't know why. Never have had this much problems setting up a new replacement phone.

      Great service so far, just received phone. Easy to activate my only hang up was trying to figure out the password for the account registration. That process could be a little easier. But other than yeah that everything has been great. Sent with CC because my mom and dad always have had good service and need her had an issue with them.

      I received my phone just fine it was even early. Love the phone. Great service in setting it up. *** did a great job helping me out and very patient with me. Very satisfied .

      Service representative could not determine why my brand new Iphone 14 could not make phone calls to or receive phone calls from certain phone numbers. Her response? She terminated the phone call by hanging up on me. Nice *****************
