      I have used Vacasa for two beach rentals on the Texas Gulf Coast and each experience has been great. Great houses and the information provided prior to the rental was correct. I will use Vacasa again and would recommend them to anyone.

      My first Vacasa experience was excellent. I needed to split up my payments between points and cash and the Vacasa booking agent handled the transaction effectively and seamlessly. The overall experience from booking to checking in and out was as smooth as possible and the property was exactly what I expected. Great job. Definitely planning on using them again in the future.

      Overall, our stay at pelican pad was a great vacation. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms suited our family well. If youd like to cook on the grill and eat them get plenty of space in the dining room room off the kitchen upstairs. The pool was a hit with our family. Going in early June it was a good decision to have it heated. It is a little hike to the beach I suggest settling in a car and dropping people off long walk with coolers and chairs

      Vacasa provided a perfect stay from start to finish. A call to the help center was necessary when we weren't working the door lock correctly. (old people problems, haha). Representative answered on the first ring, had a viable solution, and stayed on the phone to be sure we successfully entered the rental. The house has a perfect flow and is well appointed. Directions for checking out were simple and easy to follow. Overall a very pleasant experience.

      Vacasa is so easy to book with. Accommodations have always exceeded expectations. Clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Vacasa.

      While the condo was very nice and it felt like home, the elevators were broke the entire time we were there. A Saturday thru Wednesday. Which put a huge damper on our stay and what we were able to do. Walking up 10 flights of stairs for 3 to 4 days was not ideal. There were a lot of things we didn't do because of the elevators being broke. The communication with the actual condo facility was very poor and misinformed.

      My overall experience with Vacasa has been very positive. This was my fourth time utilizing one of their rental properties, and each time has been excellent. Recently, my family and I stayed at the ********** property, and it exceeded our expectations. The property is located in a desirable area, is well-maintained, and is kept in excellent condition.

      Vacasa responded promptly to each question we had. They were respectful and ready to step in with service if we needed any. The property was in a good location and had all we needed away from home.
