      This was our second stay at this location. We are looking forward to next summer for our third stay. It is a beautiful place with a fantastic view of the ocean. The beach is a few steps away. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. Vacasa was wonderful. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you Vacasa and the owners.

      Great location. Property well maintained. Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi didnt work as listed. And cleaning of the Condo had some flaws. Other then that, no issues.

      We had a wonderful stay at a Vacasa property - the home was clean, well kept and Vacasa was very responsive to the few pre-arrival questions we had. The whole experience was smooth and efficient.

      Coordination between VRBO and VACASA is not smooth; it was very confusing and misleading. The house we rented was located conveniently, clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. However, there were only 2 wine glasses for up to 12 allowable guests. Outdoor Deck Lights did not work. One room had no power due to a tripped circuit breaker. The circuit breaker was not found in any accessible area. It was suspected and found to be in a locked room which required contacting the owner for access which was provided several hours later for us to reset and power was then restored.

      We stayed in an *******, ******* property that the ** was broken and so was the fridge. They never fixed the fridge and all of our groceries got damaged. ($300.00 worth. Plus they never fixed the ac. They sent a repair man to change the filter that had not been changed in over 5 months. They guy promised it would work but house never cooled in the 2 days. It stayed at 76 degrees in ******* where it's 100 degrees outside. Clearly they know if the issue when they have multiple fans placed in each room, yet they deny it! NEVER STAY WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!

      Great vacation spot, wonderful resort feel, pool is fantastic. Location spot on. Rental house was exactly what we wanted, spacious, clean, beds extremely comfortable.

      This was my first time going through Vacasa and they were upfront about all costs and communication and follow through were excellent.
