      Our experience with Vacasa for our Maine rental recently was flawless. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to start our week. We were thrilled with the location and yet privacy of our cabin just as advertised. Communication with Vacasa was seamless. Great vacation with my adult children.

      Beautiful cabin just as described. Easy process reserving, checking in and checking out. This is the cleanest cabin/condo that I have ever rented. I will certainly rent through Vacasa in the future.

      I really wanted to love this place and it was lovely falling asleep to the sound of the waves but the customer service was non existent, it says 24/7 which is true of the 800 number but there is zero local follow up. We stayed at Kepuhi **** TVNC 5156 - Hanalei, HI and had no sheets for the pullout couch, we called and requested them and were assured the "local management" would deliver" after the 5th call we spent half a day driving to the other side of the island to buy sheets ourselves. Our guest tried to use the air mattress which was dirty but it had no pump so he had to sleep on towels. The customer service people promised they would follow up and call me "either way", never heard from them. The shower k**** in both bathrooms come off when touched, the fridge is very loud and *****, the dryer will only dry one towel at a time or it automatically shuts off and there is no screen door for the living room to keep the bugs out.I posted a review and since it wasn't favorable I noticed it is not on their site and I've waited 14 days. I would be wary

      This was our first experience booking accommodations through Vacasa and we could not have ask for anything better. Their communication from pre travel to check out was excellent. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will search future get away accommodations via Vacasa.

      We stayed at *********** in ********************** 6/21/25. The home was very clean and tidy. Hot tub was on and heating up. It was 90 degrees the first night and that was actually very refreshing. Enjoyed it actually. The next night it was 102 degrees. We turned off the heater and let it cool off a bit, then we enjoyed it again. The hot tub was very clean. Enjoyed the pool table too. Internet connected great and has great signal. Tv's worked and it was easy to figure out the remotes. Did not see any raccoon's or bears during our stay. That was a little disappointing, but maybe next time. We have stayed in 3 different vacasa properties and they never disappoint. Vacasa is the only property company we will stay with.

      This is our third time with Vacasa. We've had a good stay each time. Anytime a problem happened with pool, etc. it was addressed fast.
