      This lovely beach house is an ideal location right on ***********. The well equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make it perfect for large family meals. We also liked that it is such an easy drive to **********- a charming Southern town. We had one minor home repair during our stay and they sent someone immediately to fix the issue. We made some amazing family memories during the week. Thank you!

      Vacasa made locating our rental, scheduling payments, and sharing details about our stay secure and simple. The property we rented was the best part; it exceeded our expectations and we cant wait to come back!

      Condo was well worth the price. It was clean and up-to-date. Location was great with a big balcony. Easy in and out. Will definitely rent this again.

      Weve gone through Vacasa several times now. They were especially helpful when our original choice of house became unavailable. We dealt with Dillonvery good people person. Vacasa has a good system and we were appreciative of the detail in communication. We are senior citizens and not the best with technology. But Vacasa made it painless!

      Dont rent from Vacasa Vacation Properties in *********, *******. The property was not properly cleaned or well-maintained and the customer support was horrible. There famous line is and I quote, Ive informed our local team and someone will be in touch with you shortly. From day one, that team never came and never contacted me. However, when I mentioned that I would post a negative review throughout all social media platforms, I get a call the day before our departure (6/24/25) the next morning. Promises were made and I was told yet again that someone would come, they never did. I have lots of photos of many areas that needed attention and please note the cleaning isnt professional either. They obviously do light cleaning, because the oven was filthy dirty, the walls needed to be retouched with paint, the pool needed to be cleaned, the drain cover would come off when you step in the shower (hazardous) and the bathroom light fixture was hanging from the ceiling. Cheap furniture, Im not saying put the best but the dining chairs were so loose and flimsy, we thought they would break. I can go on and on but I think you get the point. Check the reviews which I failed to do before I selected this one.

      Was one of the easiest bookings I have had ever. My rental was exactly as advertised. I had a couple of questions prior to my arrival and all of my questions were answered in a very timely fashion

      VACASA took a great condo property and is ruining it. They are not responsive, their service **** all give a different answer and concerns and inquiries were promised a response by the end of the day and a week later, now home, VACASA has not followed back up for an immediate concern. They don't make sure their listings are stocked with basics or fully cleaned and charge a wild amount of fees. The fees are upfront, but for the lack of service and issues, there should be no issues.

      We had a terrible experience with a Vacasa rental on ************** in *************. The home was misrepresented, several amenities didnt work, and overall it was nothing like what was promised. After we complained, a Vacasa representative (*****) admitted to the issues and offered us a refund of over $1,700 (for one nights stay, the cleaning fee, and the hot tub). We agreed to that resolution, and they told us the credit would be issued to our credit card in 3 to 5 business days.But instead of processing the refund, Vacasa falsely accused us of property damage. When we challenged that accusation, they later admitted it wasnt true but by that point, they had completely gone silent. No refund was issued. No one responded to our multiple follow-ups.Out of desperation, we even emailed ******, the CEO of Vacasa, directly and received no response whatsoever. The company has ghosted us entirely.Vacasa strung us along with a false resolution, made up a damage claim, and then vanished when it came time to follow through. We have all emails and documentation. Their behavior has been unprofessional, dishonest, and shady from start to finish. Do not trust this company with your money or your vacation.
