I've tried since November to get a car lein request letter to ship my car. They've been nothing but a headache giving me the run around. I call customer service and they always tell me the same thing 24-48 hours. I'm trying to move to Alaska and I've asked many times to just send me a letter authorizing shipment. I've been trying so hard to be calm and collected with them but they're really not helping out at all. I send all the documents, they ask me to send more so I do. I check up two days later a customer service rep said they e lost my paperwork. I've sent everything again and they send the same automated email stating I missed something. I've resent those documents and I can not get a hold.of anyone and I move on the 8th of this month. Thanks to them I'll be carless in Alaska for longer than I anticipated. Can easily say this is the worst finance company I have dealt with.Business Response

I completed a Bancruptcy with this company with my vehicle included. The Bancruptcy was paid in full and completed, but my vehicle finance company repossessed my car for non-payment. Each time I contacted this company to determine what happened I was given distant answers, with no one able to explain to me why my vehicle was not included in my Bancruptcy, even though the initial terms of the agreement included it. Upon further questioning, it was suggested that I file a second Bancruptcy, instead of resolving the matter at hand or pointing me in the direction needed to reach a resolution. This company is not vested in what is occurring, even though all of my monthly payments were made on time for over 6 years. I am now without a vehicle and with a significant hit to my credit with no answers from the company that was supposed to be helping me.Business Response

On Saturday 11/27/22, I requested an extension on payments due to my son not being able make his payments due to loss of job. I was having difficulty at the time with income due to my husband losing his job and my illness. The following Tuesday or Wednesday I received an email from Flagship that my extension for November and December was approved and I needed to sign and return the form. While signing it, it timed out and I could not access the form again. So I called and asked them to resend it to me. I called four times and sent two emails before they resent it again. When they finally resent it, the email said to use the last four digits of the requestors social (me) to access the form. I input my last four three times and it locked me out again. Very frustrating! This was last week Thursday or Friday. I called them again to request the form for a third time, this is bow a week later and I did not receive the email as of yet. I called them and sent another email and still have not heard or received anything. I am just trying to do the responsible thing and avoid being reported to the credit agencies however there really is not much that I can do but call and leave emails. They keep assuring me that they will put in the request but I am still waiting. Please please help me resolve this. All I need is to have the extension form sent back to me so I can sign and return it. I asked them to send through USPS however they said email correspondence is the only method. I emailed them on 11/30, 12/2, 12/5, 12/8, and 12/12. I called them more times than I emailed which they claim all calls are recorded.Business Response

Flagship has reported my credit with them as a delinquent account to credit reporting agencies. This has nothing to do with me as ***** **** has deemed my vehicle totaled and they will pay the balance of the loan with the gap insurance company. This has all been approved and all communications with ******** ****** ********** have been made saying payments have been made and the loan was paid off in full with a credit back to me as 202.00, but they still found it fitting that they would report my account delinquent to the credit companies while the process of paying off the loan takes place. Not only did they mess up my credit they made it most difficult to finance another vehicle. The payoff was a smooth process and they got their funds in record time from State Farm and the gap insurance. I can't understand why I am being punished for a totaled car that has been paid in full.Business Response

I had a auto loan with flagship credit and refinance around October 18 2022, the loan was paid off and a overpayment credit was due to me in the amount of over$600 when I called in October I was told I have to wait 21 business days to receive this fund I check the address they have on file to make sure the check would be sent to my current address everything was fine!! In late November I called again to check the status I was told they waiting on a address verification I did again and the address they had was the correct address I was told I would receive my check for the overpayment in 10 days or less many occasion after this I called they lied and claim the check was sent out from October! None of the representative or supervisors I spoke with over this period of time could provide me with address where the check mailed to! They said they would do a stop payment and reissue a check! I called countless time and basically I have given the same excuse "we email management and waiting for a respond the check has not been returned"This is pass confusing and frustratingBusiness Response

Flagship credit is showing I have 3 missed payments on my credit report when I have not missed any payments. November 2021, January 2022, and November 2022. I need this fixed on my credit report it has dropped my credit score drastically.Business Response

I had a loan with Flagship Credit Acceptance. I traded the vehicle in they received the payoff but because of the holidays the payoff was not process in a timely manner due to them being closed. During this time frame my loan fell 30 days late. They reported it on my credit the same day the reported the payoff. Now when I call no one will talk to me or even try to resolve the problem. This is horrible customer service. I had my loan for over 3 years.Business Response

May 29, 3022 I sent my June payment in for $550. Right after that my account had been hacked and had to change to new account. My credit union said that the checks I wrote would be linked to new account. I got a call in July from Fkagship saying they never got June payments. They called again in Aug wanting me to fax my statement from my bank showing it went through. I have done that. I have sent a copy in every month with my statement. As of Nov 23rd tgey are still saying they never received any copy. They keep adding on late fees. I have never missed a payment since I bought my car in Aug of 2017. I have also made more then my payment. I can get no help from Fkahship and I can not understand how they don't have a copy of payment when I tape the check (my monthly payment) to it eith a big note on it.Business Response

We were in the middle of refinance the auto loan we had with Flagship and the new company was slow. Flagship started threatening to come take our car while at work. We made a $2026.85 payment and three days later our refinance company paid off the car for the original month. This was September 15th. They stated they would send us the refund. They have been saying they sent this refund, oh there is an issue, we sent the refund again, oh there is an issue, even as late as this morning. This is a large company and they were threatening to take our car and charged us interest and fees. Now that they owe us, a couple with limited income, money we have no recourse but to call daily and now come here. We just want the money owed. We have been speaking with ********* user ID *** weekly and now daily since mid October.Business Response
