    Predatory business practices - they have managed to find me twice and harasss me with phone calls. I told the second person I wasn't interested and they said "you have 100k in interest to pay right now. congratulations" sarcastically. Which wasn't even true. Rude and unprofessional behavior and toxic masculinity seem to be the culture of phone callers there.

    I had agreed to use this business to help me get out of debt. I provided them with the information they needed regarding the accounts that will be included in this debt resolution. I am paying them over $500 a month to assist me in this. I now have two accounts that I provided the information to, to be included in this debt resolution. One is currently in collections and calling me, but when I looked as to why I see that they did not include it. And the best of all is now my paychecks are being garnished by one company that they were also sent the information on. Then I spoke with a woman on this and she, as I paraphrase, tells me "oh well". They can't drop everything they are doing to deal with this urgent matter because it is too far past their abilities to help. Then I find out it was their mistake. So I am reminded that as part of my payment that I have legal aid for such occasions. Well, I called them and they tell me they can't help me either. I am being garnished $460 a month due to the negligence and misdealing of my account. It has been exactly a week and I have reached out without any communication back. I would think that my paycheck being garnished based on their mistake they would be more than willing to go above and beyond to communicate with me, update with me, or treat me like a **** human being as I am going through this very frightening matter. It is not their money so I figure it is not such a priority for them.

    I engaged this company for debt resolution. I emailed them on 9/16/22, 10/25/22, 3/5/23, and 3/13/22 with no response. I finally called again yesterday to ask what it would take to settle my accounts. I was told it would take 5-20 minutes. It took more than 24 hours for a response. I was told I could respond to the text which I did. No response. This company feels like fraud. They take huge fees and have horrible customer service. I worked with competitors like Freedom Debt Relief in the past and they always treated me like a valued customer. All I’m trying to do is pay and I still feel like I’m being conned. I hope someone will help resolve this matter.

    Not responding to 3 emails is not a miscommunication. It is terrible customer service. Leaving an email unanswered is never acceptable particularly when the customer is trying to pay. The person who did reach out to me was very helpful.  I have paid the full amount to close the program and look forward to you paying off the creditors expeditiously.

    On 4/19/23 JGW cold called me about signing up for a loan. My number is listed on the do not call list. They are violating my rights. This company is also a predatory loan business that should be shut down for poor lending and business practices.

    I was an idiot and agreed to debt settlement through this company. I signed up for biweekly drafts taken from my account but after just 30 days, I saw how bad my credit score was becoming and the inaccurate procedures explained by this company and realized that everything they told me about their program was false! It was just something I wanted to hear at the time! They took advantage. I went ahead and canceled my agreement after just ONE MONTH of being a customer and when I asked for my money back from the biweekly drafts within those 30 days, they stated that wasnt possible due to fees that had accrued from working my debt. ONE MONTH and $1000 down the drain because I was given false information. PLEASE do your research before signing on with this company. You are better off reaching out to your creditors on your own to settle any accounts. You will not have to waste your money on fees this company charges.

    The amount paid on that settlement was only $100. Out of the $1000 that was paid into the program, that was the only amount applied to any of debts. So regardless, that is a complete rip off. The company is just grimy.

    Per the settlement offer that laid out the payment terms with your creditor Discover, which you approved, the first 2 months of payments were $100. Then $225.62 until 2/28/2026. We laid these terms out so we can negotiate with your other enrolled creditors. Other fees included were your monthly bank and ****** & ***** legal protection.     JG Wentworth contacted me about debt consolidation. I was hesitant because not paying loans and waiting for them to be negotiated is something I was uncomfortable with. I was in a bad spot having just been crushed with child support. I was assured that by April everything would be taken care of and I would start to see improvement. Well it is almost April. I have not seen anything but one settlement and my credit is now DESTROYED!

    They had advised back in May I had 2 payments in my annuity yet. 1 for 99,000 and a smaller one. They had continued to tell me there was still another payment for 2025. The messaged called and emailed constantly over a week harassing me to sign paperwork I had to go over with my husband. They had tried getting me to sign a document that had someone else’s information in it. They wanted me to sign off my beneficiary to an estate and I told them no that was also wrong. They continued to harass me and after signing the paperwork they ignored me then told me my money and higher paying annuity was gone. They either tricked me into selling my last payment under the guise Ihad one yet or tricked me into signing documents to change my beneficiary. I have all the paperwork from prior in may and none of the papers look correct. One says I wasn’t approved for my payout which is a complete lie because the judge signed it and I got paid for the one in may. If the last payment was sold it was for the 99,000 which means not only had they lied and said I had two yet as I have all the documents for that also and all the emails and texts. They wanted me to give them my Id and banking info through text messages. A paper they sent said I was never married working in bucks county which wasn’t true. I have copies of all the emails and errors they had committed. There were still 2 payments left. I was informed months ago also after reaching out to *******/********.All the documentation is there. I have court documents also set to the side showing a paper I had signed from a strange woman saying she was a notary and had no info that paper stated the court denied my payment the last time but it hadn’t. I was also assigned a lawyer and the lawyer that had come wasnt one on my paperwork. They had stolen my last payment and placed it into an estate after I had signed that beneficiary paper. I’ve been having ongoing issues since the last time I worked with them also. Nothing added up.
