I bought a soccer windbreaker for pick up at the store. On Xmas Eve. When i went to pick up I was told it was gone! All they would say is they dont know where it went. Thats unacceptable. Now I have a kid with no Xmas gift. Im beyond angry. And I know an employee took it for themselves or someone else took it. Im going to write bad review on any site that I can. Item ended up being delivered to the wrong house by courier, after contacting for resolution was offered replacement but item was no longer in stock and closest location for pickup was 3 hours away. dicks still refused to refund me even though couldn't accommodate. Supervisor ****** basically aid they cannot help me even after submitting a police report and claim number. Advised I dispute with my bank, I say all this to say don't shop with them they are scammers trying to keep my money. I would like my refund.Business Response

Made a purchase for some shoes online and when they arrived they were not the correct shoes at all, not even close.Wife went to return locally and they did a return but then refused to refund the shipping costs or offer a credit. I called the store later and spoke to the manager and he initially just said there was nothing to do since there isnt an option and only was willing to give a $10 discount if we bought something else only after I suggested some sort of credit. I want my money back without having to spend more. There is a $9.63 shortage of what I should have been refunded and to not return it after not being sent the correct item is no different than theft.Business Response

I ordered 3 items from Dicks and one of the items still had the safety tag on it. Its the holidays and Im constantly working so I do not have the time to go to the store to get it fixed. Im extremely upset that someones Christmas gift is now ruined because someone forgot to take the safety tag off.Business Response

Ive tried to tell this company to simply look at the delivery photo that the FedEx driver took & compare to the pics I took of my door and see that the package was delivered to the WRONG address. But the response I got from customer service was to either dispute with the bank, or place another order and try again. How do they want me to place another order if I couldnt get the first order? Im so upset because that was a Christmas present for my husband and the only present for him and now I dont even have that. And cant seem to get any help from ***** or ************ I asked them if they could resend items to my mothers house but they want me to re pay for an order? Made a purchase ***** in Kenosha Wis, gave my sons # and they scanned 2 coupons one which I got points and it gave me a $10 off on my next purchase. My son tried to make a purchase today and the coupon wasn't there. So I contacted Dicks Via Chat and they refused to help me. I guess he has 2 accounts attached to his # . I had ordered **** Air Forces which range from $100... so my order was $100+ and the tracking information read that it was delivered but I never received it so I reached out to Dicks and they said they couldn't do anything about it and to reach out to my bank. Ordered item online box was in poor condition it looked liked it had previously been returned i asked if it is missing a part can i return was told yes..opened item missing the bar called was told to take it into store they had 1 in stock , went to that store they did not have it in stock was sent to another store that was supposed to have in stock it did not .I went home called customer service she refunded the money and helped me repurchase, waited for new item .when I received it , it was the same one I returned with the missing bar same broken box and all !Initial Complaint

. I had to ask for help from four different associates before I even went to the back of the store to make two different purchases of shoes for two pair as I waited, there was already another customer being assisted by a young lady ********************** associate who spent about 20 minutes Im going through emails and resending emails in order to try to duplicate the 10% off coupons and get also the $20 off 10 $100 coupon The associate needed help so she called her manager Owais who came to assist and spent another 30 minutes with the customer manually inputting coupon codes so that verbatim from him she could double dip and use all of the coupon and that he would manually help her & override. I made a comment to my two-year-old daughter as I waited in line Were just gonna wait here because we also want the same treatment and discounts that I just heard him offer to the same to that client.Owais stops, helping the customer and says to me that he can hear my comments and that I am rude and that he doesnt have to help me and I can patiently wait. I had no issue waiting, but his comment about not helping me followed by verbatim. I can leave the store and he doesnt have to help me if he doesnt want to.lNeeds to be reported to Dicks and the Better Business Bureau.Told him This is blatant discrimination and racism as I was told I can leave and Owais spent 45 minutes going above and beyond a Caucasian customer.He speaks to me this way in front of about five other customers which was completely humiliating & embarrassing. I want 10% off of my order of $1200 and a $20 off of $100 that was given to the customer ahead of me but refuse to be given to me for the same scenario. I listened to the exact conversation as the customer work with both ********************** associates and I know that there was no difference in my situation, but yet Owais and beyond to apply the discount and told me I can leave the store as a black woman with a 2 yr old that he does not have to help me
