      I had ordered **** Air Forces which range from $100... so my order was $100+ and the tracking information read that it was delivered but I never received it so I reached out to Dicks and they said they couldn't do anything about it and to reach out to my bank. This is is ridiculous!!! Banks take forever to figure out disputes and this has been a major mess. Why should I have to pay for something I never received.

      I placed an order and dicks will not refund my money the order is lost and there has been no movement on the package for at least 9 days.

      Ordered item online box was in poor condition it looked liked it had previously been returned i asked if it is missing a part can i return was told yes..opened item missing the bar called was told to take it into store they had 1 in stock , went to that store they did not have it in stock was sent to another store that was supposed to have in stock it did not .I went home called customer service she refunded the money and helped me repurchase, waited for new item .when I received it , it was the same one I returned with the missing bar same broken box and all !

I had to ask for help from four different associates before I even went to the back of the store to make two different purchases of shoes for two pair as I waited, there was already another customer being assisted by a young lady ********************** associate who spent about 20 minutes Im going through emails and resending emails in order to try to duplicate the 10% off coupons and get also the $20 off 10 $100 coupon The associate needed help so she called her manager Owais who came to assist and spent another 30 minutes with the customer manually inputting coupon codes so that verbatim from him she could double dip and use all of the coupon and that he would manually help her & override. I made a comment to my two-year-old daughter as I waited in line Were just gonna wait here because we also want the same treatment and discounts that I just heard him offer to the same to that client.Owais stops, helping the customer and says to me that he can hear my comments and that I am rude and that he doesnt have to help me and I can patiently wait. I had no issue waiting, but his comment about not helping me followed by verbatim. I can leave the store and he doesnt have to help me if he doesnt want to.lNeeds to be reported to Dicks and the Better Business Bureau.Told him This is blatant discrimination and racism as I was told I can leave and Owais spent 45 minutes going above and beyond a Caucasian customer.He speaks to me this way in front of about five other customers which was completely humiliating & embarrassing. I want 10% off of my order of $1200 and a $20 off of $100 that was given to the customer ahead of me but refuse to be given to me for the same scenario. I listened to the exact conversation as the customer work with both ********************** associates and I know that there was no difference in my situation, but yet Owais and beyond to apply the discount and told me I can leave the store as a black woman with a 2 yr old that he does not have to help me

      the product listing on the website very clearly shows that it comes with two punching bags. It shows it in the pictures on **************************************************************************************************************************************

      it shows the heavy bag. The name "Dual bag" strongly implies two bags. I believe it's an intentionally deceptive practice to get people to buy the stand and speed bag, and then when they get it they feel its too much hassle to return and so end up also buying the heavy bag.

      I want them to give me a credit for what I believed i was buying, which i did after carefully reviewing the listing.

      Hi this is actually resolved.

      I received the item that I was seeking credit for, in this case the heavy punching bag 

      It looks like the customer service people I was talking to were misinformed and the product did actually come with the heavy punching bag despite two people telling me it did not 

      I realized this of course when a second package arrived the next day.

      So on December 16th 2024 myself and two of my peers one, white female and one, black male all went into Dick's Sporting Goods to do a little shopping. I myself have never been into a Dick's Sporting Goods ever so this was my first time experiencing the store and looking around. And as soon as we walked in we were basically targeted by several employees, a male and maybe 2 females. As we were shopping and browsing looking at all their nice products that they have we were continuously followed and stared at and snuck up on as if they were about to catch us doing something wrong. It was very intimidating and gave me so much anxiety. I couldn't understand why in this huge store that they have why are these 2-3 employees staying so closely and paying so much attention to what us three were doing. I then walked over to my friend and said do you notice these employees like following us around and being really weird and pushy about what we were trying to look at? And they both said yeah they think we're stealing. Now I myself have pink purple and blue and blonde dreadlocks I'm a white girl and I feel as though I was highly discriminated and targeted because of what I looked like. Also my friends that were with me is a couple and it is a white female and a black male. I definitely got so uncomfortable I finally just grabbed a shirt and went to the checkout just to get out of the store. I will probably never go into another Dick's Sporting Goods ever again. This was absolutely unreal and made me feel just like I was doing something wrong, when all I was trying to do was look around and see what they had and shop for a couple things if I liked it. I couldn't even go from 1 rack to the next, approximately 2 ft away, without them staring at me literally standing 3 ft away from me at all times. I believe this is highly unprofessional and not a way to keep customers coming back. I did not feel comfortable, and it was like they were a pack and they were trying to get us.

      I placed an order with ****************** on December 10, 2024, with the expectation of receiving the package within 5-7 days. The order number is ***************. As of today, I have not received my order nor have I received any communication regarding potential delays or issues with the shipment.I have attempted to contact ****************** through their customer service email to inquire about the status of my order, but I have not received a satisfactory response. The lack of communication and delay in receiving my package has caused significant inconvenience.I am requesting that ****************** promptly provide an update on the status of my order and expedite the delivery of my package. If this is not possible, I request a full refund of the purchase amount.

      I placed an order last week. I placed an order thru Dicks because they have coupons and I signed up for the mailing list. I received two coupons and I was told these could not be applied. Since the order, I received two more. I am now being told they cannot apply this to my order still. I have asked for them to apply the $20 off the $100+ order (my order was $119) and the service **** absolutely refuse.I have since asked them to remove me from the mailing list if none of these coupons apply to any purchase as this appears to be fraud and I want my discount.

      I received 2 items, 1 was the wrong color so I returned both items unopened in the same box the same day I received them. Dicks received the return 12.12.24 verified with tracking then said they would wait 30 days to refund my money. I called the store the return was mailed to and they said they inspected the return the same day. So how can a retailer hold money for 30 days for no reason? Terrible customer service who act like they have no idea why that is crazy.

      Had ugly issue with exchange with store manager who called me an old b**** this past Saturday and then laughed at me. I want contact by corporate immediately for this non-exchange this non-refund and being called an old b****. I'm a senior citizen I'm retired school teacher and I will not tolerate this kind of behavior by any employee of a local store. This manager was indignant holier than now.

They rang my phone twice and when I picked up they hung up. This happened several times.
