      I was shopping with my kids in first colony mall sugar land.The kids in the mall.I entered via the mall entrance to dicks to buy something.When Im done, I found the mall side entrance closed, only street side entrance still open.The employee extremely rude and refuse to open the mall side entrance even though the store is still open.They didnt make any announcement and the store was still open. And I had to make a huge circle to go find the kids.

      Today I wanted to purchase binoculars and a ******* cup from Dick's sporting goods in ******, *************. I have to say that the experience was appalling. The person on the front desk named **** continued to touch my phone even though there was no need to. I also asked for a manager to discuss a question that I had and **** responded with a lot of antagonism. The person next to **** which I don't know. His name also said that for my issue a manager should not be called. If a customer request to talk to a manager. It doesn't necessarily mean that it's a complaint or something bad but it could just be an escalation or a question and the customer should be treated with respect and not antagonism and not having to hear employees talk about the fact that I don't deserve to talk to a man. My only ask is that you review code of contact with these employees and make sure that they're being respectful of the customers who take the time to enter your store to ensure that loyal customers remain loyal customers.

      Dicks sporting good refuses to refund my money on an order they have acknowledge wasnt delivered to the correct address. I ordered 2 pair of shoes that would arrive in 2 boxes weighing roughly 7.3 lbs, however they never arrived at my address. I need my money refunded to the original payment method used or I ask that the items I ordered be replaced, free of charge.

      ***** claims they delivered a package from Dicks Sporting Goods that I never received. Despite calling Dicks multiple times, they refuse to issue a refund or replacement. I am owed either the goods or a refund, and Dicks has failed to honor their responsibility as the seller.

      1. I purchaed a Kayak from D*** Sporting goods the first week of May, 2025; paid for delivery.2. In the delivery notes received via email, the slated delivery was May 2028 3. No calls or emails were ever made from Dicks or the shipping copany 4. As of June 2nd, Ive escalated with the shopper and with Dicks and NO ONE can provide an update on my order or when it will be delivered. 5. I've escalated my order multiple times with no update from Dicks'6. The customer service *** tells me there's no one else in the whole company I can escalated. As of June 2nd, I've requested cancellation and now it will take 2-4 more days before I have an update

      On 5/26/25 I was alerted to a strange transaction on my Discover credit card. The transaction was in the amount of $112.34 for a pair of sneakers from dicks sporting goods .com. I am immediately called my credit card company and reported that this was a fraudulent transaction. In addition I called the phone number for Dicks that was emailed to me with the order conformation. I explained to the customer service representative that I did not order these sneakers and that someone had stolen my credit card number. I requested that they not ship the items because this was not ordered by me. They refused and said its too late regardless of the circumstances. The representative did in fact confirm that the items were still in their possession but said they had to ship them anyway. This is absolutely ridiculous that they would ship items purchased with a stolen credit card rather than do the ethical thing and not ship them to someone who has no right to them.

      I had a return item to Dick's Sporting Goods (DSG) that was gifted to me. I do not have a copy of the receipt and attempted to exchange the item for another item or store credit to purchase another item. When I went to my local store, my valid driver license was scanned and a service (***) hired by *** declined the return. As a result, the store was not able to process a return, exchange, store credit or any related transaction and the store manager (nice guy) directed me to contact ***, which I did. *** was not able to provide a reason for the decline as I do not have a return history (this would be the reason for a decline). Short of any qualifier, *** directed me back to DSG. I was told by *** that because of the *** determination, I am not able to return/exchange the item. I disagree with this for the following reasons:1. *** was not able to substantiate the reason for the decline. Their own report doesn't have any qualifying factors (according to their own policies) that would qualify me for a decline.2. *** has a broad return policy published on their website and the *** receipt that gave me which addresses items being returned/exchanged without a receipt and reads as follows:"Returns without a Valid Proof of Purchase must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a store credit for the lowest selling price. Store credit may be used for in-store merchandise purchases only."It appears DSG is not honoring it's own return/exchange policy and is using *** to relegate their own policies/procedures.Thank you.

      I placed an order for shoes on 5/25/2025. The amount of the shoes was $111.99 with free shipping over $100. The tax was $7.00 with the total order of ******. I placed the order with my credit card and got the confirmation email for that amount. That evening I had a charge of $****** from Dicks Sporting Goods and another charge of $4.48 from them. I called to ask about the additional charge and they said that the tax was an estimate and that it depended on what state it was delivered to. My address was clearly put in at my ******** resident. The customer service **** asked me what the tax rate in ** was and I told her 6.25%, which would make the $7.oo tax accurate. She told me that she could not adjust the amount but could give me points on my Dicks score card.

      We apologize about any frustration our athlete experienced with their online order. We were able to review this and reached out to our athlete to explain in greater detail and resolve moving forward. Tax is calculated based on the tax rate of the area the order ships from so in this specific case, the order was fulfilled in Niles *** which has a different tax rate and a total of *****% sales tax from several combined taxes including a general sales tax, Illinois State tax, Cook County tax, a Special tax and a Niles City tax which is how the tax was calculated on this order. We did make sure to explain in greater detail to our customer and resolved moving forward.
