I purchased a brand new bike on 4-16-25, by the time I returned home the tire went flat. I tried pumping up the tire but after riding it, it went flat again. I went back to the store Friday April 18th to see if they could replace or fix it. The bike guy was not there, I left the tire and they said he would call me back today, Saturday April 19th, 2025. They called me back and said due to being over 24 hours and the bike had been rode there was nothing they could do. I contacted their corporate office and again said there was nothing they could do. They have numerous other bikes of the same make and model. They could have taken a tube or tire from another bike and replaced it. They were unwilling to help in fixing the faulty bike they sold me.Business Response

On April 14, 2025, order # ************ I ordered a pair of **** vapor fly 3 running sneakers and on April 6, 2025, order # ************ I placed another order for **** Alphafly fly 3 running sneakers. At the time I was unaware that **** runs smaller than other brand running shoes. After trying on the sneakers, I realized they are too small. I contacted dicks sporting goods via chat on the Dicks app and asked if I can do an exchange. The associate named *********, would only offer me a refund and to repurchase using a different payment method and not an exchange. That option would not work for me because the refund can take weeks before I receive my money back and I didn't have the funds to tie up and purchase 2 more pairs of running sneakers while I wait for my refund. I'm more than willing to drive to any Dicks location in ** to do an exchange, but I'm not driving to *** to do an exchange (that is the only exchange option the associate offered me). I should not that I asked ********* if Dicks could ship the sneakers to a closer location and I can the exchange there, but unfortunately the associate refused. I am looking to do an even exchange for size 11.5 for a 12, or I would be ok with a 12.5 (a little bigger is much better than too small). The total cost for these sneakers (that don't fit) with sales tax is; $510.44. Obviously that a lot of money for most people.Customer Answer

Website says sign up for emails to receive a $20 coupon for 100 purchase after signing up i didnot receive coupon, chatted with customer service and they couldn't do it, called their corporaporate and they couldn't do it. It is false advertisement.Business Response

I received a notification indicating that my package had been delivered. Upon reviewing the delivery photo, it appears that my package was delivered to a different house. I have attempted to file numerous claims with ***** but they are no help. They state they delivered my package to the correct address but that is not true.I then contacted the Merchant to request a full refund and The Manager **** advised me that because the order was marked as delivered, no refunds will be issued at this time. This is not a good way of doing business. I paid good money for my order only for it to get delivered to the incorrect address. I also find it a scam that I don't have the goods I PAID for! All in all, I would just appreciate my money back and I will not think twice about shopping elsewhere. I work in customer service too and my god, the lack of "world class service" their providing is a complete joke. Actually no, it's more of an insult.Business Response

This was hands-down the most infuriating, unprofessional shopping experience Ive ever had. I came in to buy Hoka shoes and found four pairs sitting on a clearance table, all with 20% off tags clipped to them. I asked an employee to bring out my size they didnt have it, so I tried on multiple others, finally landing on a 12 wide that fit. I go to check out, and surprise: the discount doesnt apply.An employee tells me the discount is only for certain womens shoes then literally grabs random pairs from the back and tries to gaslight me. I take her to the clearance table to show her every pair is tagged dozens of shoes, all marked 20% off. She shrugs and says, Oh, those were mistagged. Nothing we can do. No apology, no accountability just pure condescension. She talks to me like Im an idiot for believing their own pricing tags.She then pushes me to sign up for their rewards program, saying Ill get $20 off. So I waste more time signing up, just to be told at checkout, again, that it doesnt apply to Hokas even though the coupon says nothing about exclusions. More time wasted, more attitude, more ********.I work retail. I know that when a company mislabels something, theyre supposed to honor it. But not here. Here, you get rude, dismissive employees who lie to your face, talk down to you, and waste your time with scams disguised as solutions. I left exhausted, disrespected, and ****** off and I still bought the shoes.This store is a disgrace. I made an order and returned it. Order #***********. It was returned weeks ago and I have still not gotten a refund. I sent it back with the ***** label they provided me, #************. I have contacted them several times and they said to wait a month and if I still don't get a refund to contact them again. This is an absurd amount of time for a refund. My son received two gift cards for his birthday and both were fraudulently used. They were used online and the person was able to purchase without having the pin so ********************** should be able to track down the fraudulent use of these cards.
