      I ordered Ugg slippers from Dicks sporting goods online January 15, 2025. Its now April and no slippers. They had responded initially to my request but to no avail. Ive been contacting them continuously and no more response. I want my order# **** or a refund of $37.00

      The merchant Dicks Sporting Goods on 2/25 when I noticed an unauthorized transaction on the same day.When I notified them I was told that the order was placed and the order had already been picked up.They told me to notify my bank. Which I did.The bank told me they will review my dispute. I was at work at the time of the incident I work in ********* and it was picked up in ********************* account was hacked and my information was stolen.

      I ordered a pair of ****** Adrenaline shoes online with in store pickup. I picked them up and exchanged for the same shoe different color when I picked them up. They did not fit correctly so I went to return and they will not return to my original **** payment method which is according to the website and receipt what should be done. They will only offer me a store credit. This is not acceptable. It clearly states original payment method. They would not refund my credit card. I am asking for them to honor what is on the receipt and what is on my Dicks app. Start a return bring in store with your original payment method. This is what I did. Make the transaction right.

      I ordered a pair of black **** Universa leggings and received this aqua blue something that I didn't request. If you all don't have the time in stock then just say so and refund the person instead of deliberately sending out the wrong item. There's no return slip in here and I want my money back ASAP.

      On3-25-2025 I made an online order with dicks sporting. After 4 days i noticed my package hadnt moved upon checking ***** tracking number. This is totally unacceptable. Dicks states the package was sent to ***** and of course ***** states never received the package. Never was I even contacted to be notified either way there was a problem

On isolated occasions in the fulfillment and delivery process, an order may be lost in transit or not properly scanned in as we were unable to see any tracking updates on this order. We also have taken care of our athlete with a full refund on 3/29/25 to resolve this matter and if our athlete would wish to reorder or purchase in store, they may certainly do so.       Purchased my daughter a Easton Ghost double barrel 10/07/2023 along with the No Sweat Protection plan, the bat was sent to ****** in November due to performance issues Easton sent the bat back and said it was degraded due to normal wear and tear, then Assurion denied the claim saying it wasnt covered, so now Im curious what is the purpose of the warranty if nothing is covered? Just curious if there are any other options, she worked hard to purchase that bat on her own was hoping it would last longer then a year and half, I work nights prefer e mail as main contact

      I attempted to return the brand new shoes and was not allowed to return them, as my son had tried the shoes on. The store is 60 miles away.

      I took my ****** kid to purchase a few **** Tech clothing for his birthday. Unfortunately, the only medium clothing available was the one on the mannequin. I asked a black cashier if she could assist removing it off the mannequin she told me to do it myself that it was easy. Well when I tried taking the clothing off the mannequin my right hand middle finger got caught on the mannequin pinching the finger and causing a blood blister. I obviously screened and the lady laughed but did not come to assist. I asked again for help and her response was she was not going to get injured like I did. I was upset and asked to speak to a manager but took over 30 mins before anyone could get a hold of a manager so o left. I was embarrassed and now had to go home with an injury to my finger
