      I ordered an elliptical on 11/4 and encountered an error where Dicks' system accidentally cancelled my order. I chatted with an agent who advised to reorder and they'd include a $10 off discount for the issue. I submitted the order but the discount did not get applied. I reached back out to Dick's who said to chat with them again after I pick up the order and I'd be refunded the $10 off with the tax so $11.03 total. I attempted to do that and was told their system would not process the refund.

      I purchased a gun safe for $1,599.99 from Dick’s Sporting goods on 9/26/22. After 2 months of making phone calls I have not received a refund. I cancelled this order because the 3rd party shipper kept giving delivery dates and not following through with delivery. Original order # ***********. Additional order/shipping number provided to me #********. I have called Dick’s at least a dozen times and have multiple interaction numbers.

      I went into the Dicks store today located in Davenport, Iowa. I had expired reward points that I earned on purchases. Usually, it is not a problem they honor them because I earned them. The manager told me to call the ###-###-#### score card reward number and they would re-issue them no problem. She wrote the number down for me. I called and spoke with Alisa and she told me no they could not re-issue them. It is $60.00 worth of points that I earned and they should stand by what they told me at the store and the fact that these are not coupons they are earned points on purchases.

      On Sunday November 6th I took some Addis shoes back to exchange. I had ordered them online they were used and damaged when I got them. I drove all the way from flint Michigan to Ann arbor to exchange them. They didn't let me exchange them they didn't give me my money back and they didn't even try to make it right. The manager is a unprofessional racist.

      I have received dozens of spam/phishing complaints from fraudsters purportedly giving me a free Yeti cooler from Dick’s Sporting Goods. My emails have been reported as spam and blocked but the notifications for this particular scam continue to come through on Gmail. IF MY INFO PROVIDED TO DICK’s WAS STOLEN THEN DICK’s NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I am livid and want Dick’s to speak to me directly about the security of my data provided at any online or POS purchase, of which there ought to be about 2-4 total in my life. Please help me understand why this occurred and how to stop it, and what resource’s the intrepid and ever-vigilant Corporation can provide so I don’t fall further victim to fraudsters.       I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out because I have contacted the DICKS SPORTING GOODS in Madison, WI asking for an update on a order I placed online and I keep being informed they were delivered but when I arrived to the store on the east side of Madison, WI there was only 1 blue sweat pants ready. I asked when would the remainder arrive. The gentleman asked me to come back the next day and it would be ready. The following day when I arrived the clerk was rude and insisted the order was placed online to go home and look at my online receipt it would state on there when it would be delivered. I explained I put all the items to be picked up at the store, she snatched the receipt and continue to point out it says delivery on the receipt. She then told me to go home and look for my packages. I was shock with her revolting attitude but that was not the worst. The bad part is I have not received any of my packaged besides the blue sweatpants I picked up. I am wondering where is my order and at this point I WANT to cancel it and return the blue sweatpants I picked up at the store. I would like for the vendor to finish the job delivering the packages I paid for. Secondly, I would like the overnight shipping fee to be refunded as they did not provide overnight shipping. Lastly if unable to fulfill their duties I would like a full refund. I will drive to the store and return the one blue pair of sweatpants they had delivered to me to the store if that means I will get my full refund.

      Date and time of transaction: 10/18/2022 at 5:08pm The associate-Phillip-who assisted me was very rude and dismissive. No greeting when I approached the counter, I greeted him. I purchased several items, some that were on sale. And another item that was $75.00, so I instructed the associate to let me know the subtotal of the other items prior to ringing up the $75.00 one, so that I can decide if I wanted to purchase it. Again, this associate was very dismissive. Regarding the sale items, I had a question about two of the items that I thought was on sale, he assured me they weren't, so I told him I wanted to go and check the rack to make sure. At the time there were 4 registers open and no one behind me in line. Regardless, I wanted to make sure the items were not on sale, so I didn't have a problem with anyone going ahead of me while I checked. I wouldn't expect anyone to wait for me to do this. The associate was folding my clothes nicely as we were checking out, and it appeared he got a bit of an attitude because I was questioning whether or not the items were on sale and decided to go and check. When I got back, he was checking out another customer, the other 2 cashiers were no longer there, and there was around 2 other customers in line. So I approached the register after he checked out the other customer. I let him know he was right, that the items were not on sale. I noticed the nicely folded clothes were thrown onto the back counter along with the $75.00 Nike sweatshirt, no longer folded, as if he threw them back there. I assumed he didn't think I would come back. He had an attitude. Also, I had to ask again for the subtotal prior to ringing up the $75 sweatshirt. When he was done, I took my bag and said thank you, he ignored me, didn't say, "Thank you, have a nice day" nothing. I'm 53 years old, old enough to be his mother and this young man had no regard. Very disrespectful, arrogant, and dismissive.

      I received a coupon code when signing up for email. I tried to use it and it would not work. I got on chat to see why and employee asked me the below info and would not answer my question. At beginning of chat it says its used to improve your service but employee mentions later that its a policy. So which is it? Why would you possibly need this information from a customer to answer a simple question? I gave her code and you should be able to see that its valid. I guess Dicks doesnt need my business.
