      They have run my card three different times for same order. They keep running it, canceling the order, redoing the order, and canceling it again. This has message up my cards and have held money up. No sense of care or order. I will never deal with them again.

      Hidden racism, stealing does Not have a color it’s 2023!I noticed I was being watched since I walked in the door and when I left as well.It makes no sense that people still think because your black your stealing.Again thieves come in many different categories no matter age, race , sex , color etc.I’m tired of being profiled because of what I look like it’s ridiculous. Stop boxing people In categories and do your job.

      They **** period,I am surprised that this company is still open for business.,they advertise products online to order and cancel your order after a couple days later.If you're looking for something quick shop elsewhere..

      I purchased a Schwinn IC4 fitness bike from Dicks in *******************, *******. Upon getting it home we found the box had a huge hole that was hidden from us during loading. It that *** or *** not have damaged the bike. The reason I say this is because after assembly, the bike was making loud scraping noises in the areas assembled by the factory (flywheel and drive train). The paperwork in the box says to not return to ****'s but rather, call Nautilus for service. What a mistake!! After nearly nearly a month, I finally got a repair person out to work on the bike. Following the repair noises were still occurring. I reported my frustration, and after much discussion and an agent requiring me to send pictures of the problem area, they finally sent a new version of everything but the attachments (pedals, seat, handlebars). After the new bike was assembled, once again noises started happening in the drive train once again!!! I reported the problem on ****'s FB site, someone reached out, asked for my original proof of purchase, and then never responded again. I called ********, demanding a refund and they said they couldn't give me a refund because I did not buy it directly from them, and of course, it was outside of ****'s return timeframe!!! As it stands now, ******** is going to keep sending me new bikes until they send me one that actually works?!!! This is beyond ridiculous. ****'s has failed me, ******** has failed me, and I am beyond done with both of these companies. Beware of ****'s and know if there is a problem, they are not interested in backing up the products they sell.

      Directly quoted from their website:'Orders placed by 2PM will be delivered between 4 and 7PM that day. Product and service availability subject to location. Offer Valid through 8/26/23 2PM Local Time."I'm in California and submitted my order at 11am on 08/24/23. Order Confirmation states,: "Est. Delivery: Thu, 08/24 via SameDay Delivery"Never arrived. I called customer service on 08/25/23. Both read directly from the same script that same delivery applies to orders placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time. My order registered at 2:01pm EST even though I ordered at 11am in **********. No where does it state this EST rule on the website for same day delivery. This is FALSE INFORMATION. My product isn't arriving FROM the east coast, it's a local purchase and a local delivery. These business practices are awful. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

      Very rude I hurt myself as of august 5 2023 in a store while school shopping for my daughter and they are treating me like c*** hanging up the phone and laughing ********************* is my claims person and she is extremely rude.

      I would never order from Dicks again. I ordered a jacket that came filthy dirty. I tried to resolve with customer service and they must hire complete degenerates. Nothing was resolved. I was told to send it back and buy a new coast for $100 more, they refused to do an exchange and honor the price I purchased the coat. I would never ever buy anything from them online again.

      Poor customer service. Need retraining. I returned pair of ****** sneakers that were bought Saturday and worn Sunday, (one day). The rubber on both sneakers at heel area damaged. I have pictures. The young man had so many questions as though I was lying. That's exactly what my friend said to him, do you think we are lying! Good for her!The sneakers in question were defective, it happens. If I return to this store he certainly would not be my salesperson.

      Dicks sporting goods ran an ad on my instagram page stating HOKA shoes were $19.99 for 24 hours. I checked and re-checking the site to make sure it was legitimate. It was. I ordered FIVE pair the required amount to get their 50% off discount. I entered my credit card and all my personal REQIURED INFORMATION, in the allotted time they had ticking away on the screen. They rejected my credit card twice!! Perfectly valid good credit card BUT they then sent me emails welcoming me to their site. It was a total SCAM AD TO GET EMAIL ADDRESS. How messed up! Im ****** about that. That is total scam and bad business.
