      Their return process is inexcusable. I have confirmed they received my online return but they have not credited my account. It has been 25 days. They state it takes 2-3 weeks but when I contacted them they said to wait 30 days.

      The worst by far is dicks...Delivery was 3 days late, they gave no useful tracking info. The box was unsealed, they were just too lazy to peel the tape i guess. So it was dropped at my door wide open. There was no thought or care taken with my order at all.

      I ordered two pairs of shoes from Dicks Sporting Good online maybe a week or two one of the boxes didnt even have a top to it but the first pair of shoes were fine. Today I decided to wear my second ************ was still a sensor attached that I had to remove myself. Thats really unacceptable and unprofessional please do better!

      Was given used product advertised as new on an online purchase. I believe that is against the law, the package also didnt come with an instruction manual which is hard to find. Schwinn Summit Deluxe bike trailer.

      Horrible. My item I ordered theee weeks ago was never delivered. After wasting six hours on the first delivery day and another six on the second reschedule, over 6 calls to customer service at AIT (a horrible logistics company that seems to be staffed by a bunch of incompetent and rude people) I gave up and asked Dicks for my money back. They refunded me the $1000 price but not the $355 delivery fee!!! WTF. I never received it and they know that. Total crooks and awful experience.

      Horrible delivery service. Have been waiting 3 weeks for my delivery and the customer service was just as bad. They rather of give my a refund than get my package to me. Dont buy from them

      Very upset with billing and scorecard errors. I've noticed I'm getting charged extra than my order states:July 4, 2023 | $237.10 | 9 items Charged $241.08 (extra transaction $2.95)June 21, 2023 | $116.59 | 4 items Charged $119 (extra transaction $2.41)--------------------------------------------Also, I spent a lot of money with Dicks this year (over $1100) and only received 422 points:July 4, 2023 | $241.08 | 9 items June 21, 2023 | $119 | 4 items June 18, 2023 | $70.03 | 3 items *canceled item(s) excluded from total May 4, 2023 | $184.98 | 10 items *returned items excluded from total April 30, 2023 | $147.95 | 9 items *canceled item(s) excluded from total April 30, 2023 | $176.03 | 10 items April 28, 2023 | $79.52 | 2 items *canceled item(s) excluded from total April 26, 2023 | $84.90 | 3 items I have been asking customer service about these orders several times with no resolve.

      Terrible package delivery information and customer service. The local store in ******, ** doesnt carry many of the putters they sell on-line.
