      I ordered online from here, they charged my card twice and I contacted customer service about it and they said basically the 2nd charge was a charge to "make sure I had the money in my account". I have never in all my online orders have ever had anyone give such an ignorant reasoning for charging my card twice. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks to have my money sent back to my account meanwhile it took them a couple seconds to take mine.

      I purchased a mountain bicycle on 05/29 a GT Adult Agressor Pro Mountain Bike with frame size XL. I wanted to buy a 29" wheel size bicycle but the item came was **** wheel size. I didn't know the size was **** until I assembled the bicycle and had a couple of rides. I called ****'s Sporting good customer Service on 06/02 as soon as I found out the issue and they said per their return policy I cannot return the bicycle nor exchange it for a 29" wheel bicycle. The bicycle I ordered was good with the only issue being ****" wheel and not 29" wheel size. I emphasized several times that I do not want to return the bicycle but need an exchange for a 29" wheel as that was what I wanted. But per their return policy, they told me that cannot be done. I understand their policy but I am really disappointed with their policy as a reputed sporting goods company being in the business for a long, that they cannot adjust to satisfy a simple request from a customer for an exchange due to a wrong wheel size ordered. I am currently frustrated with this product and really looking forward to getting a resolution on this issue.

      Dicks Sporting Goods is not honest about their shipping rates. I have had multiple instances where I have paid for faster shipping of some sort and they do not keep their word on when they promise to deliver. But they for sure have no problem taking my money while promising something that is not true. Please do not offer next day shipping when you are actually not follow through with that promise.I paid for next day shipping on 6/1. I got an email saying my item would be there on 6/2. It actually didnt end up getting delivered until 6/5. I needed item for a trip. Did not get there on time. This is the second time that this has happened to me with them. In December I paid for same day delivery on some items that I bought but I did not actually receive them until a week later. I called customer service to get information and received no apologies or any updates. They told me to just wait for the items and they would get there when they get there. I was told that if I was dissatisfied with the delivery to just return the items.

      Dick sporting goods is a scam. I was sent a promotional email for a backpack cooler from dicks sporting goods and followed what they said to receive this product. ***** in customer service did tell me it was a scam.

      keep getting spam and unwanteded advertisements and they wont stop, never bought anything there and of course i ADVISE no IONE TO ever DEAL with these garabage bags

      I ordered a gift for my son and it didn't arrive. I sent a request to chat and the employee I got wasn't helpful at all. I told one previously that my order is stating it's 4 hrs away and there would be no way it would arrive as stated. I asked to talk to a supervisor instead and the conversation was ended. I didn't get a supervisor or anyone else. I feel it is rude and very disrespectful. I will take my business somewhere else

      I got robbed by dicks sporting good online. I ordered a pool table back in April told it would be delivered May 5. That didn’t happen was told it got lost or misplaced somehow. They escalated the issue well at least I thought and it was found supposedly. Received a call from AIT shipment stating it would be delivered today May 8th. That didn’t happen. Called around found out yet again there’s an issue with the table and it’s whereabouts not to include the driver not being available. I missed two days of work now waiting for a table that may never come. Dicks get a hard pass on ever shopping with them again. I have warned everyone I know to spread the word to stay way from this company.

      Just spoke with the supervisor at the call center who left a lot to be desired. She was so unwilling to help that she asked in a snarky manner, what can I do to help...to make a point that I was being unreasonable. My order was canceled multiple times without an explanation. Calls were unhelpful and they have no chat function online or email. Each time I click on chat it takes me back to the phone number. When I explained that my shoe size was rare and that finding my size in a style and brand that fit for 80% off was a huge deal, the supervisor never once said she would help me find it or a similar deal. Until I told her that as a manager it's her job to problem solve and I mentioned that the shoe and price were now gone she never offered to help me match the price or how to get that resolved. Finally after telling her three times that it's her job to problem solve after she defensively stated that I wasn't getting bad service, and again explaining that the sale is over she then told me that they might help match prices if I call back again. They also continue to repeatedly change my name and then have the nerve to be disrespectful and claim its not my name. When I went to the closest location in person, not only did a cashier who isn't a supervisor offer to help me look for a shoe but he gave me a $10 off coupon for the inconvenience. If a young cashier can treat a customer this well, a manager can help. I stand all day for work and get paid so little I can't afford comfortable shoes. The pain is so horrible that I'm not sure I can keep working. The only shoes the sell in my size in the store is my one week salary. So finding shoes that I can afford in my size is a big issue. It was in stock when I ordered but it is now gone because I couldn't reach customer service in time. They also did not give me a reason why my orders were repeatedly canceled or how to contact them. They need to train staff and treat customers better.

      They sold us a "protection plan" and specifically told us that we could replace my son's mitt with it if he grew out of it. He did and we sought to get it replaced. Their "protection plan" turns out to be a complete scam. Disgusting. It's not even bad customer service, just pure dishonesty. Do not do business with this company.

      this is part of the reason i hate going shopping. not everyone is either fat or tall, that needs clothes or living in america. have some size for people who are healthy. thanks corp america.
