      Bought a treadmill and payed to have it delivered to my home. Waited two months for it and it never came. Called to see what happened and they said everyone else was getting their treadmill delivered and laughed at me. Told me they couldn't deliver it. Told me I could have my money back and offered me a one hundred dollar gift card for a future purchase but never sent it. Horrible customer service! How do these guys stay in business? I will certainly never do business with them again.

      I attempted to cancel an order for pick up and was told by customer service that they were unable to cancel it and that it will automatically be cancelled 4 days later if I didn't pick up the item. It's been 3 days since the order should have been cancelled and I have contacted Dick's multiple times since and they keep telling me they'll take care of it but aren't doing so. I'm extremely unhappy with their customer service and failure to uphold their own policies.

      Oklahoma law requires a title to be included with boat purchases to register the boat with the oklahoma tax comission. The dicks sporting goods in moore oklahoma do not provide titles with their field and stream jon boats. They refuse to give you a title thus not being in compliance with state law. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and suing dicks sporting goods of violation of state law. Ive requested a title multiple times and theyve failed to provide one. Make sure to also report dick sporting goods to the attorney general for any state law violations you have noticed. Its time to hold dicks sporting goods accountable and make them observe the law like ******* and ******* ****** does. No more special treatment no more getting d***ed.

      Below one star. I purchase a rowing machine online from them. I paid ****** plus shipping. When I got it and started using it it was defective the belt inside there must *************** or something inside was ripping the belt. I reached out to them the would not replace the whole machine. They sent the whole piece which had the new cable inside. This thing was massive and very heavy. Im a single woman and theres no way I can lift this or even replace it on the machine. This is ridiculous the whole machine should have been replaced. Now I cant use the machine and Im out over $400. I will never order anything from them again and my money should b refunded and they can come pick it up. Im very upset and frustrated.

      March 1, 2023, I entered into the store shoe shopping. ************** is known to have some some racist-ignorant ******, and yesterday they showed their true colors.I entered into the store behind a white lady, they spoke to her; however when I entered in seconds after her, no one said anything. No worries, I have things to do, Ill be in and out.I walk directly to the back of the store where the shoes were located, browsed around, and then hit the button for help. They sent out a black kid to help me. Again no issues. He helped me find the shoes that I wanted, and the socks that I wanted that were housed in the back (super stupid because you cant buy them if they arent on display and the website says they are in stock).I get the items that I came to purchase and walk to the front of the store.By this time, I see what is presumed the store manager (a dirty blonde broad who definitely does not fit the *** criteria that you promote on your website) and a Sheriff. They are standing watching the cameras and when I get close enough, the sheriff says, all looks clear here!The sheriff waited for me to buy my things, and followed me out of the store.Mind you, ** in work clothes that states Im a doctor, and my car is parked in the very first spot on the lot.When the sheriff was outside behind me, I said to him, what do they pay yall these days? 80 Thousand? At this time he sees my car with my personalized tags again stating that Im a doctor, gets in his car and pulls off fast.

      Went there this evening to pick up an online order. Some 50 year old guy who still works at Dicks named *** screamed at me in front of all of the employees and customers about how the item I purchased wouldnt fit in our car and how we wouldnt allow us to take the item out of the store after we purchased it. I wont allow it, youll kill someone etc The guy didnt even allow me to explain our plan. The guy was a complete jerk (read Dick), obviously hates women (implied in his rant that I wouldnt know how to put the item together), was embarrassing, unprofessional, and unkind. I cancelled the online order and wont ever go back to this Dicks again.

      Would like to leave no stars - Placed an order for a bike in error having it shipped, this is a christmas gift so I had to reorder and pick up in store. I called 41 minutes after placing the incorrect order and was informed that I only had 30 minutes to cancel an order. escalated it to a supervisor having explaining this was a gift and if it shows up at my house it will ruin the suprise. She states 5 minutes after an order is placed, it goes to processing and nothing can be done. Naturally I said how if i called within 30 minutes you would have been able to cancel even if after 5 minutes or ordering the item is processed? Last ditch effort I asked to change the shipping address - Nope couldn't do that either have to wait until fedex actually creates a label. Wouldn't it be too late by then? Wouldn't it make more sense to change the address prior to label creation. Needless to say day 2 bike shipped and even though my credit card is on alert status not to approve payment, I reached out to Fedex and they are cancelling and returning the item to Dicks, I hope. Gets better, I pick up the bike in the store and luckily I forget to order a kick stand - wait on the line to pay for the kickstand where I learn that the store policy is you only have 24 hours to return a bike. WHAT - it's Dec. 18th and it's a Christmas gift - It's a ludicrous policy to begin with, but especially during the holidays when most places extend the return period. The only way to get around this is to purchase for an additional $46.99 an extended warranty plan which will allow me to return the bike past the 24 hours. For a store of this size, their customer service dept. is less than useless and their return policy mimicks racketeering.

      I have never went as far as BBB to complain on a company but this is by far the worst customer service and worst company to deal with. I ordered a $500 sight (not including the shipping I had to pay to get it in time for Christmas even tho I ordered it a month before) when I recieved the package it was not even close to the sight I ordered. The sight they sent me was about $120. I called customer service and once they finnaly answered after having me on mute for 5 minutes they disconnected. I finally used the chat option. I was told the only tjing I can do is drive 2 hours to the closest store and return the item for the correct one or they can issue a refund (which takes 2-5 buisness days to go into your account) and reorder the item I originally ordered. Most people domt have an extra $500 just laying around to spend when it was a company error. The employees that send the items from the warehouse are imcompetent. Thwy cant even put 1 correct item in a box. And the company itseld is too useless *** selfish and non respecting or appriciative of its customers to even try to fix it.

      I odered a physical gift card to be sent to a relative. Purchased it online , that was over 3 wks ago, no email with a tracking number, customer service absolutely a horrific disaster, they couldn't find my order even with all the info and confirmation number, gave me a number to call. They said it was mailed out ( l) but no tracking number. They will not respond to my emails and I'm furious they took my money but no gift card.
