I made a purchase for my employees on 10/11 and 10/12 using my corporate ***** on 11/12/2022 I was charged for $405.85 for unknown items. I have called for an INVOICE and I have been unsuccessful at getting any response and we are going on almost 13 days ! I have sent out over 15 emails to '********************' <[email protected]'' for resolution along with calling and I get nothing. I have tried to contact this company to terminate my service and am repeatedly ignored. I am promised that someone will call me and they never do. They continue to deliver the product and refuse to take them away when I say I don't want them. They tell me I HAVE to continue there service because of a contract which I haven't signed since 2016 They suggested my contract auto renewed which is illegal in NYS. On 10/31/22 I placed two orders over the phone with a representative from Aramark One of the orders was delivered and received by my husband he excepted it and he had his response scanned that was for order #***********. My husband informed the representative for Aramark that deliver the package that he did not receive all of his packages the gentleman understood and told him to have me call Aramark so that I can let them know what had happened which I did call on November 6 Sunday And let the company know and be aware of the situation represented on the phone told me my order was still in process and that it would be delivered on the next schedule delivery date. then on Monday, November 7 I received a text message stating that both my orders were a receipt which is not true order #*********** was not received by my husband. I want to again call the company to inform them that my ****** start a resumes package also I got a text message saying that I did she told me she was going to file a claim. I was in sent an email correspondence stating that my husband did receive the package in his Richmond Wisconsin and he excepted it and sign for it and they sent me a form that had a hand written order number on it no corresponding dates no signature and was told that there’s nothing else they can do for me. I have had constant issues with this company they have no accountability no responsibility there’s never a manager or supervisor to speak to when need it representatives are not knowledge of their company and delivery dates or products I feel this is highly unfair and extremely inappropriate of a company to treat their customers and consumers this way I only continue to use this company because they are the only company that services a ********** **** county jail/**** I feel as if they’re taking advantage of their position being the only company that is able to be used for this particular situation and they are greatly miss treating and abusing their customersBusiness Response

Understandably there may be challenges with delivering ***** packages to incarcerated individuals, given the security and strict rules at correctional facilities, which are outside of Aramark’s control, and which may frustrate delivery of loved ones’ packages. Aramark always strives to deliver ***** packages in a quick and efficient manner; however, we are ultimately subject to each facility’s delivery policies.
We truly value our customers’ trust and confidence in us, and we endeavor to promptly resolve any concerns. I have been contacted 3 times about me not paying my bill. 3 times I have told the person on the other line that there are issues on my bill and they agreed and said they would look into them and give me a call back. Nobody has ever called me back about these issues. I have contacted your customer service line and I am told someone will reach out to me to help with these issues surprise surprise NOBODY CALLS ME BACK. I have reached out to my account rep since I have employees that have worked here for over 70 days and I still have not received any uniforms for them. Guess what..... he doesn't answer his phone or respond to emails. So as of right now I have a bill here saying we owe over $17k and I am refusing to pay it until someone calls me back and we can discuss why I am not getting uniforms in a timely manner and why there are false charges on my bills. I look forward to not hearing from anyone about this problem. we had their service for bar towels and mats and they kept giving us bar towels that they were giving us were in other chemicals that would cause issues of people getting sick if we used them to clean glasses and things that our customers would drink out of. we asked them multiple times that we can not hace these towels and they kept sending same towels so we changed service so we can provide clean glasses. now they did not come pick up their inventory and sent bill to collections that is not gona work they provides prodcuts that were not safe to use and never came to pick up their inventory.Initial Complaint

I have an account under ************************* I have been having issues with them since August 2022. I have been getting charged for items on my invoice that i did not ask for or receive. I have been having my signature forged onto many delivery invoices and have been getting charged for deliveries even when driver has not made deliveries. This has occurred multiple times. I reached out to ********************* and the manager ***** and they either 1. ignore me or 2. try to argue and give excuses for what has been going on. When i told them i wanted to cancel my account i was told to reach out to customer service and i called about 5 times and was always directed back to the manager, who again, would not help. When he finally reached out to me he said I am in a 5yr contract which I can't get out of. The driver has also been asking me for a key to my salon which ive denied and he has insisted on getting. When i spoke to the manager i asked to be refunded the amount extra i have been charged for over 6 weeks of service and he insisted it was not possible. I also asked him to cancel multiple times and he said that was not possible. I also provided a screenshot of our message from today 11/1/22 showing the manager lied about being able to cancel my account. They have been doing breach of contract since i am not receiving what I should be, my signature is being forged, i am being lied to, and i am being charged while not receiving service and many other issues. I have been informed by many companies around owned by males that they do get treated differently than my business which is female & latina owned. I have proof of all the times i have contacted & of all the times i tried to be patient with this service but I will no longer be giving my money to a company who is taking advantage of me.Initial Complaint

I have filed a complaint in the past and we did get a call and they were suppose to send us a credit( I have an email with the invoice) they told me to give it a month and it's going on 2 months and still nothing.. We still don't get all of our services that we are suppose to that we pay for weekly.. I was given a number for a manager to call at any time with problems. Hi,I'M *** from ***' *****************, I've been and auto mechanic for 35 years and owned my own shop now in my 19th year. As a tech for other companies I've been supplied uniforms from many companies over the years, never had to deal with the cost, or even deal with their employees until I opened my shop in 2003 and signed 5 year agreements with **** ****** back then, for the past 17 years all went well, if there ever was any issues they rectified them quickly, and then one day on the 2nd year of another 5 year agreement the Sales rep **** wanted me to sign a new 5 year contract and was very pushy about it, I told him I had no interest in renewing halfway thru my current contract, it didn't make sense at all, so I did not sign at the time, week after week for several weeks ******* kept pushing and hounding me to renew, finally one day I decided to get him off my back and i signed new 5 year contract back in 2020, BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Maybe a few weeks later I was told by **** that Aramark just bought them out, (so **** had me resign new contract knowing about buyout and intentionally changed my contract which was exactly the same for prior 17 years) and from day 1 Aramark invoices doubled and we had many shortages which I kept track of on every invoice, and suddenly since the buyout I am being billed for rental shirts which is not in my original contract because I purchased them directly from ****, they would only charge for cleaning them, which is fine, but when I asked my Route manager **** for a copy of my signed contract, it was like pulling teeth, it took a couple of months to get it from them. I have been overbilled ever since Aramark took over, you have a better chance of winning a Billion dollar ***** than getting a live person on the phone at Aramark, I have sent multiple emails and have also requested the automated call backs after being on hold for 20 mins, never got a call or email back from anyone, even ******* dosen't call back, WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!!Initial Complaint

I have been in contact with Aramark over my account for the last year. They have been charging me every week and not dropping product off. They have been stealing money from me, more of less. They are only supposed to charge me once a month but have been doing it weekly. When asking how to get out of the contract, they say I cant and then proceed to charge me even more money. I have been asking for my account to be fixed for over a year now and I've gotten nowhere.
