1 starAbsolutely the toilet bowl of any linen company out there!!!!
As a massage therapist, I rely on a clean, reliable service to keep business flowing.
Their deliveries were VERY inconsistent and sometimes I received items that weren’t even on my order!
I was constantly calling my service manager who always apologized and tried to make it right.
I asked for credits for linens that were not supposed to be delivered, and here we are a few years later and I’m STILL being billed for items I didn’t even order!!!!!
And invoices are constantly having weird charges on them….randomly!
DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
And, btw….I hear they have just merged AGAIN! 3rd merger since I’ve been with them, 3 years ago!!!!Review fromKelly C

1 starI have been trying to get them to stop calling me for over a year now about a Walmart account that my number was associated with. I have repeatedly told them that I no longer work for Walmart and I'm no longer responsible for dealing with their accounts. I have repeatedly called and talked to people about deleting my number. That has not worked. The same person that I have talked to and she claimed I gotten my number removed is still calling me every week about the account Christina at extension 753815 should not be there anymore she cannot do her job if she cannot delete one phone number. I consider it harassment when I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me and I'm sure Walmart corporation would love to know that one of their vendors is willing to give out account numbers to people that no longer work for the company.Review fromDevin R

1 starWalk in route sales man Patrick D**** came into our business and sold us a towel service.
He told us it could be "just a trial and month to month" after one month we did not like their service and tried to cancel.
Manager Salvador H******** informed us that we signed a contract for 5 years and will not let us out without paying $8000+!!!!!
I told them this is not what we signed up for and the verbal conversation with the sales rep. was clearly one where they were taking advantage of us and knowing we wouldn't read all the small print.
They told us they sold us a flexible trial plan and then silently locked us in for 5 years and over $8000. They will not work with us or apologize or do anything. Manager Salvador H******** just says "your contract is valid" and does not recognize any wrong doing, keeps saying if you pay us $8000 we'll go away. HORRIBLEReview fromKylie L

1 starWe use Aramark for our coffee services. We've had an issue with our coffee machine for over 3 weeks. It's literally exploding coffee grounds all over the room. I've been told multiple times that there is nothing wrong with the machine and had to provide video proof for them to replace it. EVERYTHING they provide is used. I'm convinced that Aramark doesn't own a single new machine for any of it's services and relies completely on refurbished equipment. We requested a new machine 2 times and were told that we would be getting a new machine. We got a "new to us" machine that was Frankenstein-ed together, covered in scratches, and had the exact same issue. We've literally been BEGGING for a NEW machine but that is simply a concept that is blown out the window with Aramark. We spend far too much money with Aramark for them to keep bringing us used machines that do not work. The fact that the tech who's been coming out to fix ours is getting angry with us that he has to keep coming to us is ridiculous. We are not responsible for these broken machines that are provided by Aramark and shouldn't have to handle complaints from Aramark employees.
This company is a sorry excuse and should honestly be checked for ethical practices. Very very very disappointed.Review fromVictoria H

1 starMy experience with Aramark has been extremely disappointing. We requested a cancellation of service at the end of our contract terms and sent in three separate letters requesting cancellation and termination of service at the end of our contract. However, after following all of the requirements to cancel service, we continued to get billed for linens and equipment we no longer had in our possession. I called and spoke to customer service several times and once was accused of lying and got hung up on by someone named Alicia. She was so rude and unpleasant to speak with. After calling at least half a dozen times trying to get any information as to why we were still being invoices, I got in touch with Greg the GM who promised me a call back after his meeting with billing and he never returned my call. I have had verbal confirmation that our accounts were cancelled but no one would send me proof via email or snail mail. I know it's never great losing business, but the way I have been personally treated and disregarded by members of this company is incredibly disappointing. I want to reiterate that our reason for cancelling wasn't because we didn't like the service. Service with Aramark was reliable and we didn't have any complaints until we tried ending service, but as a small business we couldn't justify the cost when we don't produce very much laundry. We were going to see how things went without Aramark and assess if we needed to renew service, but due to the way this was handled, we will not be choosing Aramark for any of our practices in the future. I would not recommend Aramark to anyone looking for laundry or linen service. If you're a small business, go local. If you're a big business, go with Mission linens. 1 starIt is the worst uniform company I have ever worked with. We have tried to cancel for months and can't even get a rep or anyone to contact us. We stopped paying them after we were told for the third time that someone would contact us, That was 4 months ago with no contact from them since. We have moved on to another Uniform company but still have the Aramark uniforms sitting here gathering dust and they are still sending statements every week. Our next step is going to involve our Lawyer because I have a feeling that they do this to everyone and try to send people to collections.Review frommichael h

1 starNothing but bad customer service from the Greater Cincinnati/ Tri-State branch. Our shop was closed on a Monday which is the normal day for pick up and drop offs. I had told them one week before to either come that Friday or on the following Tuesday. No uniforms on Monday but the driver dropped off an invoice for it,? they never said hello, tried to find us in the break room and never picked up the dirty uniforms. I reached out to customer service on Monday, Well, its Wednesday and still no clean uniforms and the dirty ones are still here.
I had tried to cancel my account as the shady salesman said I could, however; he failed to let me know I would still need to pay off the remaining 5 years but there was no way I was doing that.
I have another uniform company now that is great and now I use Aramarks uniforms for clean up and rags. They have a contract with me to pick up and clean dirty uniforms, so I let them do just that.
New Drivers be aware as with me you'd make about $3.00 commission. It's sad management won't just cancel me and relive their driver from this crazinessReview fromAnna A

1 starWe are an apartment community, leasing one of Aramark's coffee machines. Per the terms of our contract, we did not have a monthly minimum order. We also were not required to purchase creamer, sugar, stir sticks or any other such items yet they cancelled our account, without warning, and sent someone out same day to retrieve their equipment stating they felt it was not in their best interest to continue allowing us to do business with them in this manner. I provided proof written in our contract to the Branch Manager, Accounts Receivable and a District Manager but they neither cared nor had any desire to relent on their decision. The amount of breath I have wasted dealing with this company, explaining the same thing over and over, just to keep our coffee service is mind-boggling. It is unfortunate this is how business is conducted by Aramark, but it does explain why they have a 1.19/5 star rating on BBB. Do yourself a favor, save yourself headaches and choose another company for your coffee service needs.Review fromScotty C

1 starI wish I could rate them 0 stars. They are a terrible company to work with, they have provided us with damaged and sub par unifroms and equipment. They're pricing is ridiculous. They set you in at a low price and then give a price increase every 2 months. In 6 months we saw a 98% increase. And they lock you into this insane contract that is impossible to get out of. Even if you prove to them that they breached it they just ask you "what your going to do about it?" They basically say if you want to end this Lawyer up. They know that they will lose but they'll drag it out for years so you either don't try or you give up.

1 starTerrible... worked with them for a year and a half. No care for small business at all. Outside of the horrible on hold music, and you need to call every couple of weeks and be on hold JUST TO PAY!! You cannot pay from you online account (which is absurd)! Getting any help or anything done was like entering a black hole. I had to call three times over months just to install the auto pay, so I didn't have to wait on hold all of the time. They could not get that set into motion. Scary as this is someone taking your payment info over and over! We had an account manager that was non-existent except to tell us that we couldn't order any more coffee machines as our practice grew. She was also grossly unconnected and acted like she didn't know what was going on with our company even though her colleagues told me they spoke to her personally and explained it to her. I had to call multiple times, over a month and a half, and had multiple claim numbers to order one item with zero contact from her/them. Zero! I had to always be the one to reach back out. All of there products are on Amazon for much less. After complaining, I received an email that stated that our issue was resolved and I was spoken to personally. I never spoke to this account exec, ever! Liar trying to save her job, I assume. They removed my machines in a day and I replaced them with a local business that had me machines the next morning. Pass and keep searching. I have no idea how these people have a business at all.
