      I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the ARAMARK company. Not only did they overcharge me for their products, but they also had the audacity to threaten me with a 5-year contract that I never agreed to. This kind of unethical behavior is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fair business practices is truly disheartening.

      My interaction with the salesperson from the ARAMARK was truly disheartening. Despite not explaining anything about a 5-year contract initially, they later attempted to coerce me into committing to one. This lack of transparency and sudden pressure to agree to a lengthy contract is completely unacceptable. It's clear that their intention was to exploit the situation for their own gain, and I am deeply disappointed by their deceptive practices. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to be wary of such underhanded behavior.

      The salesperson's assurances regarding the towels were just as misleading as the rest of their tactics. Despite promising that I wouldn't be charged for towels in weeks I didn't use them, this turned out to be yet another false claim. This company's pattern of dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disconcerting, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them.

      This company is horrible. If I were not a small business I would spend money to have them in court for services not rendered. You sign a contract for "X" amount of goods, they fail to deliver all of the goods, charge you regardless and threaten to sue you if you want out of the contract. Absolutely, hands down, one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Save yourself aggravation and money and choose another company. Wish I had read the reviews before getting involved with this company!

      I used one of their vending machines. It charged me $2.45 but failed to vend. I thought that maybe the particular drink I wanted was jammed up or something, so I tried to buy another drink, got charged $2.45 again, and nothing came out that time either. I called the number on that evening with my contact info and as of 3pm the next day they have failed to contact me regarding the $4.90 they owe me. I tried calling them. At one number I was on hold 10 minutes and hung up. I called another number for them, got auto-transferred to the same line I was on before, and have currently been waiting 12 minutes for a human to answer. Most of this company's vending machines at this location are nearly empty. They routinely take money but fail to properly vend. I should have known better than to use one of their rip-off machines, and I should have known better than to try to attempt contacting a company with such poor customer service as theirs. I really believe that they just don't care. Enjoy my $4.90. Shame I didn't have a witness or 2 with me. It would have been amusing suing them in small claims and winning a judgement for $4.90 plus $125 in court costs, but alas, no witnesses. I've sued people before and won. It's the principle of it. You don't take money without providing goods or a service, and when there's a problem, you answer your phones and get it resolved. What an awful company. They're welcome for my patience, and I'm told they'll get to my call as quickly as possible. You see, all their service agents are busy on other calls, because some obscure vending/services company must be swamped with phone calls... 18 minutes on hold now. I'm done. Terrible company.

      Do not do business with Aramark.
      They are a deceitful and untrustworthy company. They sell you something they cannot deliver. Then they try to use their contract to leverage you into paying for something you will never receive.
      I cannot stress enough do not do business with this company!!!!

      This is the absolute worst company. They sent us and many others out on house boats from Wahweap marina that had broke down generators, inverters , a/c, refrigerator, hot tub, and freezers. We paid $8500 for a week and the first three days we were unable to use the house boat. A family we were with, their house boat burned down due to faulty gas lines, and the management told the family of 8 to sleep on the boat anyways… wow!
      The management offered no help to us or any of the other family’s.

      One star is even too much. Oh, how we wish we would have done our research on this company BEFORE signing a contract. It's only been, maybe three months, but we've already had one issue after another. Our uniforms took forever to receive, much longer than we were initially told, and when they finally arrived, the spelling on one of the shirts was Adame instead of Adam. We turned in all six and two weeks later, we got one shirt back with the correct spelling. We're still waiting on the other ten. In our two other locations, we ordered short sleeve shirts for the Summer, and received long sleeved. You guessed it, more delays and waiting. James G********, the Sales Representative, came to our office and said negative things about other uniform companies, while completely overpromising the service his company would provide. We bought it hook, line and sinker, and unfortunately for us, we're locked in. To say we would ever recommend them is an understatement. We are beyond unimpressed and extremely disappointed.

      UPDATE: We are getting charged for uniforms we don't even have yet. We were told by, James G********, that credits are done onsite, same day by the tech dropping off uniforms. That was another lie. I was told by the tech who delivers our uniforms that James will say anything to get companies to sign up for service. There's lots of unexplained charges on our invoices as well. Very expensive for uniforms...they make Cintas look amazing! Final note: James G******** will not answer our calls or texts. If he stops by your company with his slick sales pitch...RUN.

      Trying to cancel services is a nightmare. They increased their rates without knowledge and the increase was ridiculous, over twice as much as I was paying and the service just kept getting worse. I was lied to about them mailing my contract to me so I could cancel, they lied to me about them canceling my service when they did not. I received many more deliveries after I canceled refusing them all but still getting charged. I would not recommend Aramark to anyone and wish I never done business with them. Terrible company. Waste of money

      Entered into a bad faith contract. The salesman lied to us and told us that to get out of the contract, all we’d have to do is pay for our customized rugs. Upon selling our business, they told us that we have to breach contract and pay an OBSCENE amount to buyout the contract. We are so disappointed by how unethical this company is. They’ve been debiting my bank account for three months post-sale and are impossible to get ahold of. Their entire goal is to scam you and get as much money as possible.

      In forced to give a 1 star that they dont even deserve that, Aramark is a corrupted scamming company thats not providing customer service. Their uniforms are gorrible looking not cleaned well, IF they show up, They charge for products not delivered, This is a constant problem, They try to resolve issues and then get nasty when issues not fixed. They alter contract and when they breach their own contract the customer is still forced to continue with the contract. I was forced to get another uniform company because Aramark uniform service is sooo horrible even after 2 yrs trying to fix problems.

      Aramark used deceitful practices to lock us into another long contract when our previous one was about to expire. They gave very vague information as to when we could cancel the renewal. On the specified date given to us to cancel, we were told we missed the deadline even though they were the ones who gave us the date. Since then, Aramark has been using fraud and foul practices as well. Practices such as delivery drivers signing confirmation of delivery and not actually rendering the services ordered, constant price increases, overcharging of products and raising number of products without our acknowledgment, and much more. Upon bringing up the issues with Aramark, we were met with poor customer service and unprofessional demeanors. After deciding to cancel our contract, we were harassed and intimidated by remarks of legal teams being brought in to handle a breach of contract and quoted with liquidated damages we would have to pay to cancel the contract. The company has been disorganized in amounts charged to us in liquidated damages that we question the validity of their totals and calculations as well as the company Aramark as a whole. We have been in contact with the Attorney General to put an end to the deceitful practices of Aramark and have been taking steps to cancel our contract at no cost to us.
