      My relationship with PNC was when my father became ill and unable to conduct his financial affairs. While being the executor of his estate and having the power of attorney PNC did not make it easy for me. Their attorneys questioned everything in the trust and other documents and I only made progress with help from my father's local attorney. Additionally I kept getting billed for a safe deposit box that was emptied and the keys returned. After my father passed away we inherited the balance of his account which we transferred between two siblings. Ultimately I closed my account because they cancelled two on line transfers, charged a fee then would not reimburse the fee. Good riddance PNC

      I have had a ***** and checking account with PNC for 10 years. My ***** was set up to make an interest payment auto withdrawal every month from the checking account. For years I would send money to the checking account to cover the ***** withdrawal. In February of this year PNC started putting the payments directly into the ***** as a principle payment. This caused insufficient funds in the checking account when the auto draft accord on the 10th of every month. I have spend hours on the phone with them and they claim they are not doing it. I will get a new ***** WITH ANOTHER BANK. PNC's customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.

      This bank is slow and it's a joke I set up a savings account only to not be able to us it. The **** number is no help and why does everything come in the mail can't even reset my atm pin over the phone... I would never recommend this bank

      We are a 10 year customer. We fell victim to a scam. We brought the situation to their attention immediately. As a customer thats never missed a payment, their response was? To cancel all of our accounts. No notice or communications. Our sons rent payment bounced and other issues ensued. We spoke to 9 different people at PNC, went into the branch twice, filed a police report and they threw us away like yesterdays garbage. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use PNC for anything in the future.

      I wish I could give it a zero! I opened an account on Friday. I then tried to do an external transfer and was told the account was on hold and I had to call PNC. I did that, sat on hold for about 30 minutes , spent another 20 or so with the agent who transferred me multiple times then the person said the hold couldn't be lifted b/c their system was down. So, I asked whether there was any way to avoid having to call again. I was told no but it wouldn't be like that the next time. I just got off the phone after another almost 35 minutes. I was transferred multiple times again including to someone whose only job was to verify me! The person who eventually helped me said the transaction I had scheduled wasn't showing up at first but eventually it supposedly did. He claims it will show up in 3 business days. I have never had an experience like this opening a bank account. I wish I had decided to open an account with a different bank. They need to get their act together and stop wasting customers' time.

      Our SBA loan was sold from another lender to PNC Bank, so we got stuck with their terrible customer service and each person that we were transferred to giving us the run around and incorrect advice. We are currently trying to sell our house as we bought a new one. The house is listed as 2nd lien on our SBA loan. We verbally told our banker that we would pay back the loan with the proceeds of the house (which is valued much more than our loan). We have never defaulted nor plan to, our banker said that would be fine, and then turned around and assigned us to some other banker who instead of calling us sent us an overnight threatening letter of what would happen if we default (which we've given no indication of) and that we needed to contact him within the next 14 days if we don't want to be turned over to collections counsel. Which unless we default they aren't entitled to coming after us and we have not defaulted. Instead of picking up the phone and typing 10 numbers this banker demands that we contact him through a threatening overnight letter? Crappy communication at best, the phone has been around for a century....PNC bank is definitely the worst bank I've ever dealt with and we are stuck with them.

      I tried to deposit cash into their ATM, the ATM said it could not complete my transaction & did not return my money. The summary of what PNC's employees & supervisors told me is "Too bad".

      I don't know, this department kept saying that they don't support indirect auto loan application. Even the loan is approved and confirmed that from loan sales department. And Denied to provide any information on my application. My question is: who is supporting indirect auto loan ( applied through the dealership) ? I am sure that my loan is approved by PNC bank Na and the shows on my purchase and financing document. And again this detail are confirmed by pnc bank aulo loan sales department and application department.

      This branch was discriminative, bias, prejudice, intentions were applied to the method of operations within this branch I've had a ****** dollar account with the individuals before and now hold a prepaid bank card with this bank I was trying to open a new business and checking and was denied for unexplained mysteries of these staff members,was willing to make deposits at the time of denial have the rejection letter as evidence asking for a full reviewing of these activities from those staff
