I had my account put under review on June 11, 2023. I tried to go to my online banking and they had restricted my account from any online banking and also wasn't able to access my funds. I have contacted them almost every day as to why they had put my account under review. Pnc never gave me any reasons as to why they put my account on hold. I didn't have any access to any of my funds. I wasn't able to use my debit card either. So with that being said, I demanded at least an explanation as to a date when my account will be off of review. So I got countless representatives giving me different dates. A couple of them said it will take 30 business days. Not 30 days altogether. So when I finally took the time to go to a pnc branch, I told them my situation, and one of the bank representatives processed my complaint and then it was then handled by a higher bank representative. When I spoke with the higher bank rep, they filed the email with fraud and I asked him if he could give me a reason as to why my account was put under review in the first place. He said they he was not liable to give me any explanation or reason as to why it even happened. That Pnc would have to be supeneaded to get that explanation. They gave me a date of July 26, 2023. So when he called me back he said that my account was still under review. How in the f am i supposed to pay bills? Really that to me is not acceptable what so ever. This is the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. Even when i wanted to get money out of my account out of the downtown bank on 5th ave they treated me some type of way. Maybe its because of my asian race? I was livid. Now the higher rep said he will contact me once he hears from them on Friday. 07/28/23.. I am so f ****** off how in the h*** am I supposed to live off of nothing. I hate pnc!! once my account is off of review I will shut my account down and go with huntington bank! I have chase bank now and they treat me with such kindness.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

I opened an account in order to get the $400 incentive. I met all the criteria, but still have not received the $400. I have talked to Nuness customer service representatives, and even went to a branch to express my concerns. One of the customer service representatives on the East Coast told me she didnt want to call me because she did not want to wake me up. Other representatives have said that they have tried to call me, this is not true because I am home and I have no missed calls from any number associated with PNC. The horrible customer service representation and the fact that I have waited so long and still have not received my $400 leads me to believe that PNC Bank does not value their customers and there is no accountability for follow- through; they just point the blame at one another, lie, and nobody is responsible for following through.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

This bank will not allow me to close my account. I have been assured multiple times my account will be closed and it never happens. I have repeatedly tried and each time Im told the same thing, sorry about the mistake, I assure you the account is being closed. I dont know what to even do anymore because they want to charge me fees for an account that I have tried to close repeatedly and they are refusing to close it.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

I really don't think PNC deserves a star. I had fraudulent charges on an account because my wallet was stolen. This was not the only account. My savings had been depleted. I ended up having to get a new birth cert. and license. Keep in mind I'm 66 yrs. old. I'm also in the process of retiring. I haven't received my 1st check yet but after speaking with Social Security. I was told I would receive payments dated back to April. After speaking with PNC and trying to be transparent and keep them in the loop. I was told I could not activate my new card until I paid a minimum of $27. Prior to my account being compromised, I paid minimum of $75, always on time. As soon as I receive my checks, PNC will be the 1st account to be paid off.PNC is a nightmare...........PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

I hate PNC with a passion. Their services **** the customer service reps. *** dingbat robots. I have been with 3mos and I am ready to close my account now. They have a hold on my work check, because I deposited digitally. I have dealt with several banks and PNC is the only one that holds your money. So why offer digital deposit. ??????????PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

Recently applied for a HELOC and was told incorrect information after already applying for the loan. Had a joint applicant on that loan to help with the credit and their score is upwards 840s. PNC ended up declining the loan and did nothing to make it right. All they said was well file a complaint. Now that applicant has a hard inquiry on their credit, the application was denied, and the loan processor doesnt even answer their phone or return phone calls. If my mortgage wasnt already with them I would leave this banking institution as quickly as you can. They are horrible! I would not trust what anyone has to say over there. 1 person says one things and another say something else. If rates drop back down I will for sure be pulling my mortgage from them.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

They have continuously messed up our mortgage payments and they are impossible to get on the phone to fix it. I called AGAIN today and was disconnected 3 times. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was disconnected after 30 minutes of no one being able to figure out why the amount was incorrect. They will not give you a phone number to be able to call any department directly even after being specifically asked. If you can avoid doing business with them, DO.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

Pnc completely lied to me. I applied for a home equity line of credit that closed in December. The lender asked if I wanted to do a rate lock to take a draw, because I wasnt going to take one. I did, the construction project I had plans to use the funds yet has not even started. All of a sudden, after investing the money and needing to take short term capital gains, they tell me that it was a 6 month introductory rate lock. Supervisor yelled at me on phone saying it was plane, I said I didnt look at fine print I did what lender was advising. Very deceptive.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

1 starPNC acquired my mortgage servicing June 1 2022. They under estimated my tax payments and sent me a check since my escrow showed a surplus. This year in the escrow analysis they are short. To make up the difference and account for the unaccounted payment my monthly payment will increase by $700. I have had this mortgage for over 20 years. PNC should have known what the disbursements are when they acquired the loan. Extremely poor job servicing this loan and would not trust the bank with any other business if they cant do a simple mortgage escrow account.Review fromChristian S

So apparently the bank takes out certain charges on your bank statement and then puts them back in. Had spent about a thousand dollars on a trip to *******. Then when i check my account a couple days later the charge i had made was gone even though i saw it the same day i made the purchase. Called customer support and they said they don't see anything on there end about a charge. About a week later the charge hit my account. Wound up being in the negative because instead of it posting at most the day prior it sits and waits. Then when my gf checked her account and saw that they took money out and replaced it twice which made her get an nsf charge on her account which never should've happened in the first place. And i bet they are gonna put a script as the answer to my review lmao. Might switch to **** of america and they take money from you, so thats saying alotPNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
