*************************** I have a pnc visa card. I was sent to collections as they said I was late. I was on time, their antiquated system missed the Las 3 numbers. I called on 7/6 when they notified me. The rep said all would be fine and when I questioned her, she hung up.They sent me to CBI 30 days late, I received one phone from customer support, 2 messages and no call back. BBB has over 3,000 complaints and 878 resolved. THEY DON'T CARE!!!PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

PNC is atrocious they charge a customer for every little thing they can! When PNC took over on October 2021, they took monies from one of my accounts and to this day they act as though they have no clue what a person is talking about. There customer service representatives are condescending, patronizing and they are so rude. I have asked for paper documents for the account where my monies are missing and have yet to receive this information. The information was requested in October of 2021. They will give one the run around and blow smoke. I spoke to so many different people and one that really thinks herself the **** ****************** she is so self absorbed and just lack integrity and any moral compass!!! Oh, ******* lies!!! That company is despicable!!!PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

1 starIf I could give 0 stars I would do so in a heartbeat. I have tried to cash a check from my mother's estate that is drawn on PNC and they have twice refused - the first because the signature allegedly didn't match and the second was refused as a mobile deposit that they then would not cash in person either. So no, after having been charged a returned check fee for a signature they didn't like and denying to allow a mobile deposit or to cash it, I have to request a THIRD check be issued and then I have to go back into the branch (where I wasted an hour today) and beg them to cash this check. I am beginning to understand why people bury their money in the backyard instead of using banks.Review fromTina A.

We left PNC for many of the reasons others have stated below. We had some money left in our account upon closing - not much - but they haven't issued a check. I've called 3 times about this and am about to just let them have our money. So glad to be done with PNC and do not recommend for anyone interested in business banking!PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

PNC Bank representatives completely mis-informed me with information that is now preventing me to be approved for a mortgage and get a home for my family. In early 2021 I called numerous times asking about hardship programs due to losing my job because of COVID-19 and I was told by several representatives that i could have extended time to make a minimum payment because obviously at the time i was seeking new employment and was unable to pay because of hardships. Now i am doing better and ready to buy a home for my family and i come to find out that those multiple representatives had lied to me and i was still reported late on my payment for the month of Feb. 2021. This is dissappointing to say the least and life altering as well. I was lied to and now when i call to ask for explanation and assistance every response is just the same "there is nothing we can do to help you". I will no longer be recommending or using PNC Bank if my issue is spoken upon and resolved within 2 weeks from this review.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

I never had issues with PNC bank for over 15 years till recently. I have a home equity and in 06/2022 they wrote my equity debt off and then charged the debt back to my account about 20 days later. I never got a bill for 06/2022 but on 07/13/2022 they called to collect the debt telling me I missed a payment ironic is I had auto pay set up since 2014 when the loan opened. I looked at my app and sure enough there was a payment due but since there was no debt 6/8/2022 my auto pay was cancelled. Since 7/13/2022 I have called PNC customer service multiple times with the same response given someone will call me back. Mean while the local branch is calling leaving messages and being promised 6 times it would be fixed that each night. Mean while I am advised to keep making payments that do not go to my principal or my interest just listed as other. Here it is 8/6/22 almost a month gone by and PNC will not fix their mistake. My mortgage company is calling about no -payment of the equity and my credit rating is getting trashed. No one in the corporate PNC cares enough to call me or the local branch bank. I will be removing everything and never recommending PNC as soon as I can!PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

I have had a wonderful banking relationship with PNC for over 6 years. I previously have had a great relationship with the staff at the local branch, but now since Covid, things are different! The smiles, attitude and customer service are different! I recently made a regular monthly deposit -from my tenant- and this time they put a HOLD on it. Look, I have my paycheck directly deposited into my account every other week for 6 years, I have been depositing a rent payment check, for the same amount every month for less than $900 for over 1 yr., I have 3 accounts with PNC, and had almost 3x's the amount of that check in my account. I did a mobile deposit -as I do monthly with this check- and a hold was put on it...WHAT THE HELL! I contacted PNC by phone a few times, as well as went into the branch. I received no help, only -well, sorry... there is nothing I can do.... no one could tell me WHY-- I received NO ANSWER, other than I do not know.... You cannot make decisions on customers account with no explanation and no accountability. I have now closed my Savings, and a secondary account and will close my checking account once the hold is released. This is totally unacceptable, humiliating, disheartening, a 5-day hold (which should not have even happened), mind you the Federal Reserve and CC Regulations- normally make at least $100 available the next day (not that i needed it, just the principle of fairness), and on a check that was written on a local in state branch of ***** ********* ****** *****, a hold of 2days, but NO I was treated like a criminal committing fraud-LOOK regular guidelines written in PNC's disclosure Statement were not followed!!!!-- THERE WAS NO VALID/LOGICAL REASON FOR IT! Honestly- my account was in awesome standing and had a large balance in Savings. If you have not had a bad experience- please note... I never thought this would have happen to me, and it did. I will put all of my money together at ***** ********* ****** *****, a bank withPNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

1 starIf I could give PNC zero stars, I would. I used to be a ***** ***** customer, but I recently got married and my husband and I decided to merge our finances at his bank, which is PNC. The first issue I had was accessing my account and routing information. The site requires you to enter your mobile number to send a confirmation code, but the site would error out. I called customer service at the end of June... The rep tried to assist me over the phone, but couldn't, so they submitted a ticket. I called back mid-July because I was STILL experiencing the issue, so a new rep tried to help me over the phone, couldn't and decided to escalate the ticket. It is now August, and I can't log into my account on mobile or desktop... while I was on the phone with the rep, I told her about the mobile issue that is STILL happening. She tried helping me like the others, but couldn't. Saw the ticket was still open with no work done on it... so she contacted a "Level 3" who told her she needs to contact the rep who opened the ticket to get this resolved... WHAT??? NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS IT BEEN SO DIFFICULT TO CONDUCT ONLINE BANKING. PNC has added stress and inconvenience on a monthly, if not weekly basis. I am stuck in a loop of nobody doing anything to help me and they have my money. TERRIBLE!Review fromCharles J.

This bank will not honor a certificate of deposit with my name on it from my deceased mother. She purchased it in **** from ********************* which was acquired by P.N.C. They are telling me they have no records whatsoever although they made the acquisition and my name is clearly on the certificate.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
