I noticed incorrect information on my credit report. I am not liable for a debit with *************** OF S ******. I do not have a contract with CREDIT/COLLECTION MANAGEMENT. I requested a copy of the original contract, but they were unable to provide it. This company has placed a fraudulent collection on my Transunion credit report. I received no notice of the debt. It is the same one I disputed with another agency (through BBB) last summer, and it was removed. However, this company purchased that fraudulent debt. They provided no notice of the debt before placing it on my credit report. They engaged in "debt parking," which is illegal. I want this collection removed from my account and not sold to someone else.Business Response

To further clarify my issue with this company.Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a collection agency must provide verification of the debt upon request. Also, it is important to note that The collection agency has reported a debt to my credit file without proper validation or authorization. I believe this account to be fraudulent and apart of a scam. According to the original creditor information, I believe that this is a emergency room visit and was covered by veterans affairs, healthcare insurance. I contacted the phone number connected with collection management company, they were rude. whom is May Concern.This item was purchased by a Third Party Debt Collector (Collection Company Name).
