I have recently tried to buy 3 ****** gift cards from your store but as soon as I paid the site gave me an error message and not only have I not received the cards but It charged my ****** account in a authorization state and I never received any response when I did try to contact your support center I am severely not happy about this and I want my money back for this nonsense scamBusiness Response

I purchased a grocery store gift card, and they immediately told me that they were processing my car, but couldnt send the gift card. When I sent an inquiry, this was the answer that they gave back. The site feels like a scam.Business Response

I purchased a gift card for my 83 y/o mother. She said it was not accepted and she had to paid with her own money. I tried to use the chat feature to see for myself, but it was wonky to say the least. I have included the card info. Maybe my mother is wrong. But I have no way of knowing if the customer service is of NO help. I for one am certain, I will not use the service again. But would like some resolution in this matter. I was emailed a Giftya gift card for $25 on 11/30 as a gift for my son. I activated it right away and was told I would receive the email giftcard within 24 hours. That has since passed and I never received anything else from Giftya. I have tried to contact the company but it is impossible to talk with a person to resolve this issue. I want them to fulfill their promise and send an active $25 gift card today that my son can use as promised. I also want others to be warned of this scam so it doesnt happen to others.Business Response

I purchased a $50 DoorDash gift card. I didnt even mean to get it from this site but its the first that popped up in my search engine. When the recipient received the gift card, she wasnt able to redeem it. It said there is nothing on the card. Definitely feels super scammy.Business Response

I purchased a $150.0 Gift card from GifYa.com on 8/10/24 with a delivery text date of 8/16/24 for my Father's birthday. Upon a text delivery he opted to link it to a visa card and the money never showed up nor is there a trace of it after calling and visiting his Bank. He also went to the merchant (Red Lobster) and they could not accept nor could they help him with any purchase. The GiftYa online website continues to take you through hoops without ever speaking to a live representative. At this point it appears to be a scam and I'm seeking a full refund.Business Response
