    My aunt purchased a gift card for me for $100 dollars. I received the card in the mail and could not activate it because it said it was used. I had not received the card and the card was used the day I gave my address to mail it to me. The money was gone

    I purchased an e-gift card for my niece for Target for $25.00. This was to be texted to her Mother. The Mother received a link that doesn’t work. I went on the website and had it emailed instead. I received an email stating that it could not be delivered. The email is correct and the phone number is correct. I tried having a text sent again and no text was delivered and I received a text stating that it was undeliverable. I tried phoning the company and you cannot speak to a person to resolve the problem. I tried stopping the transaction through my bank and because I used my debit card I am unable to. The total amount was for $26.95. This website appears to be a scam. I have been in an online chat with an automated system through Giftya and there is no help being provided. At one point it said that I must be the recipient to try to figure this out. Why would the person receiving the gift, Who knows nothing about the gift in the first place, be the person to try to figure out where the gift is?? Scam.

    Giftya purchase for $25 for a Subway gift card, purchase date was 7/26/24. The card was supposed to be sent to my son's cell phone via text but he never received after multiple attempts. Finally, I opted to send the giftya to another cell phone number which finally accepted and opened the gift only to find out that the gift card waould not be accepted at Subway because they said it wasnt activated. I will NEVER purchase from Giftya again and it looks like NUMEROUS consumers have had the same complaint. Giftya is a SCAM!!!!!!

    I was sent a gift card 3 months ago and it allowed me to select how I wanted it. I chose a e-gift card to Grub Hub and it has been pending ever since. I have reached out to their customer support multiple times and have never received a reply. It is supposed to take 24 hours and 3 months later it still shows it’s “pending”.

    On 8/1/24 I was gifted $50. When clicking on "activate your gift" on 8/3, I received the error "could not connect" http error 500. I attempted multiple times to no avail. I then went to the Giftya website and selected to chat - which brought up a bot that did not have any answers for me. I was asked for my phone number by the chatbot (which I provided) and an email (which I did not) and was not able to proceed. This feels very much like a scam that is just mining your data and taking unsuspecting people's money. I would like to receive a call from the company to resolve the situation.

    On 6.30.24 I purchased a giftya for ITunes 100$ to be sent to my Niece and for some reason it won't work,I have tried resending to different emails but nothing.I have contacted customer service and got a **************I think their website is deceptive in it's presentaion and I want my money back 101.95$.The last time she tried it kept telling her she is blocked

    I attempted to order an E gift card from giftya. Three different times I got to the payment screen, and it kept saying my payment could not be processed and to try a different method. Which I did, but the same error kept happening. I attempted three different times with three different forms of payment. But now all this means is that this sham company has access to three different forms of my personal finances. All of the payments show as pending on my side, but the order never successfully went through on their side.

    So now I assume I have to watch my stuff to make sure that it’s not getting accessed. Terrible checkout experience

    June 15, 2024 transaction. Ordered an Amazon gift card from GiftYa for ***** ******* **********. He recieved a notice from them to give then his bank account numbers, to deposit the amount. Aaron did not give them any numbers and told me it was a scam. I payed with PayPal, who told me to contact GiftYa. GiftYa said it was non-refundable. I tried to stop pending payment with my bank. They said I had to file a Complaint. During that process they asked for access to my phone. I downloaded an app, as told, and got a warning not to go any farther from my phone. I hung up. So, I am filling a Complaint. My son could not access the card without jeopordizing his account.

    Upon checking your recipient with number ending **** already transferred the funds from their Amazon GiftYa to their Zelle Account on 06/15/2024 at 3:39 pm EST. 

    GiftYa allows recipients to choose from several redemption methods and this is what the recipient selected as a way to redeem their gift. If you have checked with the recipient and they still claim they have not received the Zelle transfer we will need to investigate further for them.

    On 06/12/2024 I purchased and giftya gift card specifically for Nordstrom department store. The recipient attempted to use it on 06/14/24 and was told by customer service that the card was not real that it could not be used. They suggested that they contact giftya. I am 67 years old and do not know my way around these different websites. I would just prefer to get my money refunded back to my account. Not sure what else you need. But this site should be shut down. I see a lot of people are dissatisfied with your services. I’m out of $25.00 and my cousin never received her gift

    6/03/24 my card was used not only once but twice for fraudulent charges totaling over $850 Prior
    to this morning, I had never heard of such a company. Contacted PNC Bank and getting it straightened out. However, Jason W**** CEO will definitely be hearing from me as well! Total Scam!!
