I was told that my car would be picked up at **** am January 17th and it wasn't picked up until after 2pm. because of this I wasn't able to get my car repaired and had to reschedule my appointment. I then had to rent a car until my car could be repaired between the hours of 9am until 2 i made 3calls to AAA and was told that because my car and I were in a safe place I wasn't a Priority. I pay the the same Premiums as anyone else and I expect the same service and some better Communication 3 calls and not one dispatcher took the time to call me. the driver just showed up after 2 no call or text that he was on his way.Business Response

My car insurance expired in Oct ****************************************** a different state. My car has been parked back in ** during my travels. I thought the car was on auto renew. The car remained parked until January when i got back. I called to reactivate my insurance. The line dropped on the 1st call and no call back attempt was made. The 2nd call led me to a representative that insisted that she needed an underwriter review because i owned my own business and that meant i must be using my car for business purposes. Despite me telling her that her assumptions were false, i was to wait for a call back that same day. I called back when no call ever came. Her supervisors were in a meeting and i needed to wait until the next day. No call ever came. I ****** back again to no avail. Today i called to start new. I was told my rate (despite an excellent driving record and 10yrs of loyalty) Would be over $200 more due to a lapse of coverage! I thanked the representative for their willingness to provide a quote, which was more than their peers had done . I asked if the company had any process in place for military service, members coming off active duty or laps due to duty station changes. She said they do not. I asked to speak to a supervisor. This is where the call goes wrong. She refused to get me a supervisor saying they were all in a meeting. I told her they have been in a meeting for the past three days. I told her Im sorry I would not take a call back. I needed to speak with someone immediately because they have done this to me before. She refused to get anyone else. When I told her you guys dont give a s*** about the customer. She hung up on me claiming that I was being rude to her and personalizing my poor customer experience. All of a sudden it became about her having to handle a tough call and not having the professionalism to do so. I managed call centers for 10 years I would never allow a rep to be so dismissive.Business Response

We have had AAA for decades since 2008 rarely use the service . Today 1/8 at 12:30 pm I put in a road side request as I had run out of gas . I never got an update . Called the call center was told I would have to wait until 3 pm for assistance - I explained I was in a dangerous spot . The call center told me they would make note of it and to have a good one . I just got the service confirmation that they were on their way it is 7:30 pm ! 7 hours later .I actually ended up calling the police who assisted me and got me to gas and a safe place . We pay for a yearly service and for emergency help I wasnt safe , I pay for this service 7 hours is not acceptable free fuel and delivery are part of the service I am contracted for .Business Response

I called AAA for roadside assistance due to a flat tire They took three hours to arrive and took so long I changed the tire myself in the rain Several phone calls were placed to AAA and the representatives were rude to me and attitude was as if I was bothering them One representative hung up on me At this point I'm dissatisfied was my service and cancelled my policy I requested a refund and was told the money would be put into my account by the end of the day It took a week to receive my refund Every representative gave me a different story as to when I'd receive the refund I only received a portion of the refund which was $58.56Business Response

******************************* passed away 2/15/2020. I cancelled his membership since he had passed. I moved from that location. 6 months later at the next location I started to get mail in his name. I have multiple times given his death certificate, wrote on the envelope return to sender and have made more than a dozen calls asking for them to stop to no avail. I am just short of seeking legal counsel if this continues.Business Response

Called AAA on Friday Dec 29 at 4:24 pm, my vehicle had overheated and needed a tow. Waited 1 hour only to find out they had put the order in for a dead battery. They had to put in another request. Another ************************************** That they are there to tow. I was sitting in the car, no one there. Apparently they are being dropped by AAA and never bothered to respond to the call. I called AAA again, this time they put in a priority request. 1 hour later, nothing. I called again and was told, for the 3rd time that a dispatcher would call me....NOTHING! Called AAA again, this time my phone is almost dead. Nothing around me but *****. Im cold, and its pitch black. Called AAA again. Finally had a tow truck picked me up. After almost 6 hours I was home. The police stopped by 3 times and let me sit in his car for a short time to warm up, they called AAA because the time frame was ridiculous. My 94 year old mother was with me for a short time until a police officer drove her home 3 towns away, thank god. I was told i had to stay with the car. I arrived home, 20 min ride, at 10:00pm. Horrible experience. Very traumatic, especially when my phone had very little battery left.Business Response

To whom it may concern,This is been a horrible customer experience from beginning to end. I was enticed with the idea that purchasing a new membership was a good idea. And its turning out to be everything, but that its actually turning out to be a quite a nuisance. I purchased this with the idea to have my car towed out of my yard and then ** told that the service is a luxury that I essentially have to be on the side of the road and almost in the middle of nowhere for that to happen. Then Im told that I can just cancel the service, which I had considered the idea. However, before making a decision, the decision was for me impulsively by your representative. Not happy, then ** told that my membership is not active, which left me with no service, as well as my credit card being charge. Yet I dont have any service and my card is still charged. Then Im lied to, and told that a supervisor would call the following Monday, which has passed. I didnt realize AAA customer service. Was this horrifying.Business Response
