      On August 25th 2023 my car would not start so I called ***. They sent a Tow Truck that towed me to a mechanic who needed to replace my starter (paid invoice attached as evidence). The *** Tow Truck did significant damage to the under body of my 2006 ***** Odyssey Minivan. My family and I personally witnessed how roughly the Tow Truck driver dragged the car around the lot and scraped the under side of the car as he positioned the hydraulic lifter. The Tow Truck was a "Wheel Lift Tow Truck" that utilizes powerful hydraulic powered arms that are positioned under the car. The driver controlled these from the INSIDE of his truck, paid little attention and scrapped the under side of the car many times as he positioned the tow truck arms. It was raining and the driver seemed to not want to exit his truck so he carelessly moved the hydraulic arms from the INSIDE of his truck - in the process he caused $1,416.47 worth of damage to the exhaust system of my car (invoice attached). I have attached many detailed pictures of the damage. Some pictures were taken while exhaust system was still on car and other picts taken after damaged parts were removed by my mechanic.I contacted *** to complain. The "Incident Number" is #******* The rep from *** was nice at first but once they realized the extent of the damage and were provided the clear pics of the damage, they stopped calling me back and ignored my emails.My mechanic is 100% sure that the damage was not caused by regular wear and tear nor was it caused by a bad road. He is sure (and will testify) that the improperly operated Wheel Lift Tow Truck from *** did the damage.Also, the repair shop that changed my Starter even noted on their Invoice that the Exhaust System was bent because they noticed how bad it was as they changed the starter (evidence attached).Please help me hold *** responsible for the damage they caused and secure compensation of $1,416.47 to cover the repair bill on my exhaust system. Thanks!

      I want to reject the response from *** in this matter.  

      I inadvertently did not reply to the open item within the **************************************************** as they said they would.  They did contact me but basically said the are not prepared to do anything to assist me.  They said that because they can not be 100% sure that their driver caused the damage they are unwilling to pay anything.  

      In my opinion and the opinion of my mechanic who has dozens of years of professional and exemplary service, the *** caused the damage and *** is responsible.  The exhaust system on my car was 100% operational until the ** driver mangled it as part of an aggressive tow procedure that was done carelessly and recklessly.  *** is responsible for this damage and is not willing to accept the facts or make good on their obligation to compensate me for the repairs caused by them.

      Please re-open this case and indicate that I am totally satisfied with their offer of 0% liability and $0 in compensation.

       The exhaust system on my car was working perfectly until the *** tow truck driver arrived.  The driver aggressively dragged my car around the parking lot, scraped the underside of my car with the tow arms, created very loud metal bending and scraping sounds, and in doing so caused about $1,500 in damage to the undercarriage of the car (exhaust system).  *** is asserting they are 0% responsible for the damage to what was a perfectly fine exhaust system.  I feel as though *** is not providing ample customer service and that they are being unreasonable in their lack of attention and lack of admitting fault in this matter.

      I have had AAA for 15 years, and also have paid for my children to be covered. Last Saturday on 9/30/2023 my daughters vehicle lost its brakes 3 hours from home. She called AAA for help and they did nothing. We got all Klondike of excuses, she was in a place they didnt cover, she had to live with us, she wasnt under our address, they told her to find her own way home. She had to get a ride home from a stranger, a nice lady that saw she was distraught, offered to help. My daughter ****** was 3 hours from home, she was scared, tired and worried about what to do. This company is a rip off and I would like my money back for the year coming up. I just paid for the year in August, and if this is what I get for service, I want my money back. Im filing this because people need to know AAA Arent what they say they are. They take your money and do nothing to help you.

      Ive waited 3 hours for my car to get towed, no one ever got back to me. When I finally reached a customer service, I was told to wait another hour for a tow to get to me. I no longer want to do business with triple A and I want a full refund.

      I went online and put in the information and or joined for the plus membership. The company told me it don't take affect for 15 days after I paid for the plus. In my opinion I shouldn't have to wait 15 days and i want my ***** back it went over the basic towing price.

      I was told via phone and email my refund processed on 9/19/23 and it will take **** business days to show up on my account. I called AAA today and was told it will take an extra 1-2 billing cycles to get my refund which is not what the email states if I used my debit card. No one over the phone could help me and kept telling me I will receive the refund by next month. I called Jet blue and on their end they were waiting for AAA to complete the refund process so they can issue my refund on their end. I asked to speak with a AAA manager and was declined as shes busy at the moment I would like a call back and issues a refund for my $1277 that I paid for my flight with jet blue through AAA.

      4.5 hour wait for a jump yesterday. So far today? 4 hour wait for a new battery. But wait Ive been waiting 4 hours and they just called and a recording stated 169 more minutes. Mind you, they were here this morning and did not bring a battery even though I clearly stated that I know for sure that I need a new battery. Twice. The battery I have is a year old from AAA. I have five bulldogs with me at a campground that I cannot leave but according to the earlier tech, aaa likes to start the car before replacing the battery? Really? It wont start without a new battery. As stated by the the aaa driver last night who did not have a battery either. In July I pms Ed * asst calls. Only one of them was actually put through. In July. With a very pregnant French bulldog waiting in over 100 degree temps with another Frenchie also. Ive had aaa service for 15 years but I will be looking elsewhere now for service

      Complaint is for today - 10/1/2023. I became a member of AAA northeast today because I needed a tow today. When I called to get a tow, I was charged $90 because I became a member on the same day I needed a tow. I paid because I had no choice. I complained to the person at AAA. She said it is stated on the website. I did not see it anywhere on the website. I only that that you could pay per year or monthly.

      Our door dash driver was stuck in the mud. She did not want to pay AAA 90$ to get her out. The four of us at the house ******* for AAA, so we all tried to get someone there. I got someone on the way, my friend was trying to be polite so she called to cancel her online request via a completely different card number. They canceled everything, when I called back to check in the woman on the phone was rude and basically told me ***** then she hung up on me. By the time we got another person on the phone, his solution was call a different company. We each pay 100+ a year, for decades, to a company that hires people who are rude and incapable of thinking critically. I am not a complainer, but this was inhumane. These poor women were trapped at our house for 4 hours, and we got no help, and no empathy.

      Friday September 22,2023 my car broke down and called AAA for a tow and use my membership services. I waited over 2 hours for service and it became dark and I am a senior and widowed. They failed to come and I hired another towing service to get me and my car to safety. $120.00 through ******** tire service. I requested a refund for that amount, but they have not responded. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Thank you for allowing me to have a voice

      Just bought a battery from AAA in July and the car died on us at the end of August due to a bad battery. Called AAA for the battery replacement and they refused to replace the battery. Stated the battery needed recharge. ****** my car to the shop, and the first thing the mechanic does is, test the battery. Battery is not good. I ended up buying another battery and the car is in perfect condition. I'm still waiting for AAA to make this right. Take the battery and return the money.
