      Wednesday night I called to get a tow due to a flat. The rep stated that they can come out and change my tire. They did so but that one popped while driving down the street. I called again to get it towed, they told me that due to drivers I can leave my car unattended and they will bring it to my destination. At 1:29am I received a call from the driver ***** ************, who stated that he could not find the key under the mat, I put the key in the console. My son said the car was never dropped off. I called the next morning to get it towed from original location and the driver stated that the car wasnt there. I called AAA and spoke to ***** who told me that the *** stated that it was delivered at 2:30am. She tried to reach the driver *****, but he has not responded. I called again today, Friday 10/14, spoke to ***** and told her that the the owners of the property looked at the cameras and the car was never delivered at that address. She said she is still waiting for ***** to respond in the mean time she said that I can get a rental and that AAA can give me a discount. We are filing a police report.

      Myself and family members have been a AAA member for ongoing years. Last night, at 10pm, we needed a tow home from Springfield mass for tire trouble. AAA that markets they are 24 hr roadside assistance, told me they would not have a truck available until 7am this morning. For me to leave my keys in the vehicle and leave my vehicle in that deserted parking lot, as it would be picked up at 7am. I opted out of doing that because they said they would not be responsible if anything happen to my unlocked (keys in) car.My other choice was they had me agree to a tow and store, by interstate in ******** ****. That my car would be towed home at 7am. I now sit here, at 445 pm and my car has still not been picked up or towed home. I've called several times, spoke to supervisors, they tell me they'll try to find another truck and call me back. I get no call back..according to interstate, they're waiting for the driver to be done work to tow my car on his way home. I pay for 24 hr convenience of a tow, and the convenience lands in the hand of the company and the employee instead. My mechanic was fully able to fix the car today, had it been towed home when stated. Now, he won't have another time slot till Thursday. I missed work, and my daughter missed school over this. And now it will take days more to get my car back on the road. I think AAA was very unprofessional, and did not live up to their **************** we would receive as a paying customer. They truly are ripping people off with false advertisements.Had I known I wouldn't be able to be towed by them I would of paid another company to get my car home on time. My options were limited to, and lied upon. And with they negligence, I will now be out of a vehicle for the rest of the week. Please help with this!

      Was in middle of highway was emergency call. Almost got hit by another call: aaa told me they were be shortly due to where I was: thrrr provider took two hours to get there. Provider keep calling saying not sure if area: on top of it provider couldnt provide change for gas. Want my money back this is not acceptable

      On September 25 2022 I contacted AAA to tow my vehicle at 01:46pm, my vehicle was picked up by the tow truck at approximately 05:25pm. It was to be towed 21 miles away. When I contacted AAA to find out here my vehicle was they were unable to provide me with that information despite having GPS in all their contracted tow trucks. I contacted the original tow driver who provided me with the phone number of Clutch towing, who told me that they "were doing me a favor by towing my vehicle" he eventually told me my vehicle was in valley stream...it still took over another hour and a half before my vehicle arrived at the destination even though valley stream is extremely close to the oceanside destination. I have been a AAA member for 37 years and have NEVER BEEN THIS DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED.

      The date of transaction was in the beginning of July. My tire snapped and needed a tow I called aaa they quoted me 5dollar/mile. When the tech came he said that aaa has no dirstriction it end by costing me 318 their supposed to reimburse me for it. The only reimbursed was 50 I was supposed to again I've tried calling and all I get put on server or voicemail I don't get a call back I've after myoney since aug

      I had a battery that I purchased from AAA, due to needing a car battery replacement on June 26th, 2022. I literally had the car unable to start on September 11, *********************************** around 8pm. The battery service that AAA offers came out and responded to vehicle at its location. I pay $82 yearly as a membership for Plus, and I had this issue where this car was broken down within the same issue/nature, concerning car battery. I'm highly upset, that within 3 hours, the car battery was in jeopardy again, preventing the car being driven, and stopping my plans for commerce or anything else pursuant to goals for the evening. I heavily depend on the vehicle and the peace of mind I was to get, by having the car tended to by AAA Roadside assistance, was not achieved, when less than 3 hours later, the exact same issue with car battery presents itself again. It also compounded issues, which AAA New England should change, that their car battery service has separate hours (reopening at 6am) than the 24 hours of Roadside services offered. Why would AAA say the rest is offered, but only give a range of hours to battery technicians to come out? This is what makes this situation even worse, and they know it would create more jobs to have the hours align with the 24 hr roadside offerings/menu. I'm at wits end on side of road again, with a situation that warrants battery replacement but due to some holdouts from AAA protocol, he had all the indicators in the first visit (9pm) but couldn't replace it on a technicality. This is what pains me, is that 3 hours later, I'm dealing with the same issue, that is taking time and therefore money from me. If the car battery was replaced at the first response, I wouldn't be enduring this exact same/carbon copy issue, 3 hours later. My time as a member should be more valuable than to see the same issue/burden within a 24 hour period when it was preventable. I want recourse on this matter immediately, as this battery is not cheap.

      Hello,I have requested that my battery be replaced under their warranty twice, and it was never replaced. The tech stated that is was not the battery. I ended bringing my car to a mechanic who tested it and stated other wise. they replaced the battery and the car has since continued to work. I would like a refund on my battery purchase and service charge deducted.

      On Monday September 12th, 2022, around 3:30 PM EST, I called AAA, which whom I am a member, to come and tow my van ***** as it was broken down. Thats their one job. Ive had nothing but the runaround ever since, and my van is still sitting there. It has now been well over 24 hours. I left the van unlocked and with the keys in it, so that the tow company wouldnt have any problems (I was going to stay with the vehicle, but I would have had to start getting my mail in that parking lot). At this point Im literally concerned about burglary. They have not tried to contact me and put my nerves at ease. It has either been a robot call with no info, or me calling them for the same old story about an updated time of arrival. Not once has a wrecker service reached out to me. My van has been sitting in that parking lot for more than a day, and I see no prospects of getting it anytime soon. They have not offered any information that puts my mind at ease. I did hear a dog barking in the background while I spoke with one representative, apparently indicating that she was working from home. She must have AAA as well

      THEY WILL NOT STOP ****MING ME...THE UNSUBSCRIBE DOES NOT WORK...I CONTACTED AAA NORTHEAST VICE PRESIDENT AND SHE ASSURED ME THE **** WOULD STOP AND IT NEVER DID. THIS IS AFFECTING MY HEALTH.

      January of 2022 *** replaced the battery in my Buick that only had ****** miles on it. Shortly after, I broke down on the interstate and had to have my car towed to a Buick Dealership. They had to replace the lines going into my transmission which they did. Got my car returned and my third time out with it, it broke down again. This time the dealership said the *** was leaking onto the lines that went into the transmission. They did not notice the first time that the battery leakage caused the issue. We are into my vehicle for almost ***** between repairs and towing. After many phone calls a rep from *** came out to look at the parts that we saved which shows the leakage. They only offered us 500. for the battery issues. I looked on line and many folks have had trouble with *** batteries.
