On 8/8/22 I made a call at 5pm for roadside assistance. The operator inform Me I exhausted my calls for the year. I disagree I did not call 4 times this year. The last call I made in July no service was rendered because I was told no drivers very busy that day.On 8/8/22 I requested service and was told to repay. I am asking to an investigation to this matter I did not use 4 calls this year. I should be entitled to service that I paid for. I demand a reimbursement or service. I have been a AAA member for over 10 years- I needed a jump on Easter Sunday 4/17/22 and when I called AAA they said that since this is my fourth service call they have to charge me $75- I explained that the 3/29/22 service call was my girlfriend whose car was in an accident and is also a AAA member- they said no problem I just have to prove that it was her car and that she is a member and they will credit the $75. I have called AAA 3 times and they keep switching me between the ******* office and *********** office with no one taking responsibility- this is simple AAA *********** charged me the $75- AAA *********** can refund the $75Business Response

As I said in my email-AAA Northeast was the entity who charged my card- AAA Northeast is the entity to do the refund- please do not bounce me around- AAA Northeast can certainly talk to AAA South

I ordered a tow from *** around 9am on 08/05/2022 I was contacted by the first tow advantage tow that he could not complete the tow because I was not present so that tow was canceled I then reached out via phone to *** to then order another tow and to inform *** that I would not be there the *** rep advise that I would either need to provide a registration or insurance card that the Audi rep could present to let them now I am the owner of the account. So that was fine tow was ordered then I received a call from another tow person said he was on his way I advise that I was not there he said he was going to reach out to his supervisor we disconnected the call then I received another *** text saying another driver was in route then that tow driver called which was from Elite towing whos also saying that they didnt tow my car so the second tow that confirmed the tow is who towed my car and *** is saying that they have to investigate who the other tow is mean while no one knows where my car is.Business Response

I am seeking a refund for $212.00 from AAA due to them debiting my account - duplicating a payment amount. I have talked to many associates over the phone and through emails. Nothing has been resolved. The amount was debited on 6/15/2022 - its now 2 months later and I was promised on my very 1st call that the money would be automatically refunded in ***** hours. AAA has became one of the worst if not #1 in dishonesty and steeling peoples hard earned money in exchange for no service or very very poor service living up to old legacy of honest service. I paid $140 for same day service fee and membership around *****pm on Fathers Day ************* cold not wearing much cloths and its getting late very quickly and I am here feeling scared and really needed help asap. The agent said $140 h*** get someone to unlock my car and Ill get my keys and be on my way. I insisted that if it will take longer than 2 hours, I must just go home and figure out another way or the next day. After I paid the full $140 65$ for same day service and 75$ for membership renewal. The agent said estimated time of arrival 6ish am next day I was shocked. He said reported everything I said and I should get help asap. That never happened I called back several times and no one was able to help accept tell me they wont be any help until the next day, yet stay by the car ..etc. AAA wanted me to spend the night in the street waiting for service!! I finally paid $190 Cash to another company and the unlocked my car for me and I was in my way home. I have spent several hours on the phone with different AAA departments to get them to refund me my $140 and nothing worked. I never gave up and I reported and made a statement regarding the $65 sander service and asked for my 75$ membership fee back and absolutely no empathy or sympathy or honestly or anything. AAA would never refund my $140 back and would never apologize for this mess and for volition me in every level. I am super unset about this situation and i writing this weeks after the event but u still get so upset when I removed this situation and how companies like this this still exists I. ******* in 2022 and no one is monitoring them or how they make their money. BBB was my only hope and I really hope BBB never gets corrupted anytime soon.Business Response

I have no idea what club 212 is. In my attempt to get my $140 refunded as well as the 190$, I contacted many AAA *** listed because its never one department or one club responsible for treating a potential customers the way AAA roadside assistance has treated me and kept my $140$ And their bad customer service costed me an additional $190.

On Thursday, July 28, 2022 i needed my car towed because i had a flat tire and was getting it brought to a nearby tire shop. i had initially called around 5PM and they had said there was alot of calls asked if i can do an unattended pick up as an option. Since i was in a rush i said fine, but my car didnt get towed up until 12:14 am the next day. when i finally see my car come off the tow truck i notice that my front lip to my car was cracked , my rear bumper is wobbly and they told me my car battery was dead. Later to find out that the *** driver lost the half of my key that opens the car door so i cant even lock or unlock my car. The funny thing is, all these things the driver damaged costs more then what i initially called the tow for. I try getting in contact with the company , i was directed through 4 different numbers who in which either did not pick up or hung up on me. I booked a cruise with ************************* at AAA Northeast in *******, ** December 20th 2021. I also paid for insurance should there be any issue, she said I would be reimbursed for the full amount of $1336.00. The cruise was set for Feb 19- Feb26, 2021 We had a death in the immediate family (which is covered under the insurance) and on January 17th I emailed ******* to please cancel the cruise. It was taking insurance weeks to respond with an answer so I told them "if youre not going to reimburse me I'll get on the boat" and they kept saying "no, no no, you'll get reimbursed, you'll get reimbursed" Insurance only reimbursed me half of the money (because I canceled with more than 30day notice) and after a 3 month review period they said death isn't an excuse and it's been 8 months I've been trying to get the second half of my money. I was told I'd get it back in cruise credits (which is NOT what it says nor what she told me ) and those got "accidently" booked under somebody else's name. I've been calling, emailing, and filing papers with AAA, the cruiseline and their AAA cruise insurance for eight months and nobody either answers, calls back, responds, or they say it's not their problem. Last I heard from ******* was in May where she said she'd get back to me by the end of the week. Three months later and no response. I'm hoping I can get the second half of my reimbursement this way.Attached you will find the death certificate, my cruise, the will stating the home had to be vacated, a will explanation that I had to rebuttal the insurance with, and I can provide all email correspondences (or lack there of) if needed.Business Response

On July 1st 2022, I called to inform the **************************** where I had booked a three day stay for a wedding, that my flight had been canceled. The flight was due to depart from *** at 8:50 pm and arrive in ******* at 10:30 pm. I was notified by American Airlines at 5:34 pm that my flight was cancelled. I immediately phoned the Crowne Plaza and told them about the cancellation of flight **** leaving from ***************** and informed them that an alternative flight would be offered and that I was awaiting the airline's new departure time. However, I later learned that this alternative flight had already been pre-boarded, and in addition the flight's planned arrival time was too late to accept as a reasonable alternative accommodation. The hotel had a customer service system that placed reservationists on long holds and frequently caused drop calls during the wait process. However, I did receive a case number for my situation which was *********** and was told to reach out to my third-party salesman, which in this case was ***. I phoned the *** representative several times on July 1st, July 2nd and July 5th to alert him that my flight was cancelled and that I would need a refund for both the flight and hotel. Although American Airlines almost immediately refunded my purchase for the round-trip ticket, the hotel has been non-responsive. Neither the *** representative ***************************** nor representatives from ***************************** have since notified me regarding my refund status. Mr. ******* has been emailed and spoken with since the cancellation and he has vowed to speak with the hotel and seek a remedy, nonetheless three weeks have passed, and he does not return my phone calls or e-mails. Both entities are aware that there was no way for me to arrive to ******* on the 4th of July weekend and I would like the $535.10 that was charged from my PNC debit card returned to my accountBusiness Response
