      Had an accident on 12/3. Contacted AAA at 7:00 to send a tow truck for a Kia **** EV. I also reminded the assistant that my car needed ****** towing. Since it is an EV, the car would not go into Neutral because the electrical system was down. I was told it could take up to 90 minutes to send someone. After 2 hours, I called back and was told they were still trying to find someone. I was called back and told someone had picked up the call and would be contacting me. At 11:00, I called back and told them no one had contacted me yet. I was sitting in my car the whole time, waiting for a tow truck. I called again at 1:00 a.m. and was told it was canceled by the station because they didn't go to my location. They were going to see about getting me another truck to come. At 5:00 a.m. I was contacted and asked if anybody contacted me. I said no and the lady said she would work on it. At 7:00 a.m. I called again and was told they were still working on it. I complained that it had been 12 hours and all they did was say they were sorry. At 7:43, I went ahead and started calling around other tow truck companies and found one that would do it for $200. Since AAA was not doing the job that I had paid through my membership, I canceled the call. After I got my car towed to the dealership, i got home and contacted AAA to tell them how disappointed I was in them and to cancel my membership.

      One of the worst run businesses I have encountered in my 69 years on this earth. I am not getting my moneys worth. I have been a member for decades, and currently have 3 family premier memberships. Things never go smoothly when I call for roadside assistance. Monday my car wouldnt start. I asked for battery service. Sat in my car for 90 minutes. My app said AAA had arrived. I assure you they didnt. I received a call after the 90 minutes had passed and the driver hadnt left. I was very cold and called an uber for a ride. I called the next day. I had to wslk 2 miles to my car. The gentleman called me while walking.He had arrived. I told him I was walking there. Got there in 5 minutes and he had left. I would like to be reimbursed for my 3 memberships. I hate AAA.

      I hate AAA they have the worst service! I have a pretty reliable car, but recently I have had electrical issues for my car and have had nothing but trouble. I call, no one gives me an eta. I called at 4:45am for a tire change and its 7:55am no response. I have been waiting in my car for hours. I have called number times no one gives me an ETa. This is disappointing because in the past I have had great service. Im annoyed. I will be getting another service provider.

      Got a flat tire at 5am this morning. Called AAA to put on the spare. Was told that the local service that they contract with doesn't even open until 6am but if I felt unsafe I should just call the police for a tow ( that I would have to pay for). I told them that I would wait. At 6:20 I called back to ask what time to expect the service vehicle to come. The app had info on it saying it hadn't been dispatched yet but should arrive at 5:50am (clearly wrong). They said that the service station wasn't open yet. People drivers hadn't clocked in at work yet. I questioned that because the original dispatch said they would be open at 6 am. At 7:30 am I got my tire changed with the help of a nice man and still hadn't heard from AAA and the dispatch app still said they would be arriving at 5:50am. The claim that they are 24/7 roadside assistance is incorrect. If they had shared the real amount of time it would be I could have gotten picked up by my husband and made arrangements to get to work on time. When I called the line to discuss this incident they said, "Thank you for letting us know. We will note it and are working on getting more providers in your area." I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said that they were one. I don't think "thanks for letting us know is a good enough answer.

      I just had the best experience with ********** with *********************. His ETA was 11am, he pulled up at 10:30am and was finished installing my battery before 11am. Super quick, friendly and knowledgeable!

      Called about a month ago as I was stranded at work with a dead car at 4pm, called again about 3.5 hours later to see how much longer, was on hold for 45 minutes. Took them 4+ hours to come and the driver told me they weren't even busy! Tonight I called at 5pm as my son has a dead battery. 9:45pm they finally arrived, driver had no idea we were waiting almost 5 hours. This is totally unacceptabel, I have been a member for 40 years and I remember when I used to think 1 hour was long. The one star is for my drivers, they were kind, sympathetic and got the jobs done quickly but I am seriously considering dropping this!! Discounts are not even as worth the price!!

      My young child and I have been stranded outside in the cold since 8 am. First person came out without a tow at 8:30am and called in the tow. It is now 1:10pm and still NO TOW. In the dead of November. First they said the order was errored by accident. Then I called 5x after and was told someone would contact me immediately. Never called. They kept reporting they couldnt find the driver. Absolutely unacceptable and I will 100% be canceling my membership after this experience

      I just got a bill for $***** I have a $7 a month plus membership if my debit card had ***** AAA would have taken it I get no explanation about what the charge is for I'm canceling my membership my debit card has been hacked too many times not happy with the outcome of my conversation with ***********************************
