NEVER SHOWED UP. I CALLED AAA ON DECEMBER 25TH AT 7:30 AM. I HAD A FLAT TIRE ON THE HIGHWAY 85 IN *******, **. I WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIMES THEY WERE COMING. THEY CONNECTED ME TO ABOUT 3 DIFFERENT COMPANIES. NO ONE EVER CAME. A DRIVER FINALLY CONTACTED ME AFTER 4:00, WHEN I HAD HELP ALREADY. THE DRIVER STATED HE HAD A VEHICLE ALREADY AND HAD TO DROP THE VEHICLE TO ******* FIRST, I WAS IN UNION CITY WHICH IS ABOUT AN HOUR AWAY. I EXPRESSED MY FRUSTRATION TO THE DRIVER BECAUSE I HAD MY CALL IN SINCE 7:30 AM AND I USED THE **** THE *** STOP UPDATING AROUND 12:20 ISH.

I purchased AAA's defensive driver online course. I spent two hours on the course on first day, then a few days later, I used a different computer, I was blocked out due to one failed security answer. I contacted customer service, still was asked to re-register(re-purchase). I believe there is a bug or logic problem in their software, unreasonably or intentionally kick out paid customers, acted like a spam.

Refused service unnecessarily by AAA Driver because of car decals in **********/ ********** ********!On December 22 at 0810I needed a tow from ****************** back to my home. AAA Tow Driver "******" was my order request number ****** REFUSED to tow my car because of some bumper stickers and was yelling out "*****" and drove off. He closed out the request without service and I had to request another roadside service because he was intolerant of others beliefs and opinions. This violates my constitutional rights and this is discrimination. Filing a class action law suit. This is totally unacceptable and he needs to learn how to tolerate people of other religious backgrounds if you are providing service to the public. Professionalism was not there and he should be reprimanded.

I've been a member of AAA for nearly 20 years and in the past several years have insured my car through them. They push you to go paperless. I think you even save a couple bucks a month if you go paperless. So I needed to print out copies of my auto insurance cards for my place of residence. The website doesn't work so I called got transferred to the wrong department several times had terrible customer service. No one could seem to figure basic information out. After an hour and a half of calling and being put on hold I finally reached someone who told me they were having trouble with their website and no idea when it would be fixed. Meanwhile I'm paying for my insurance and can't even access my policy and other relevant information. I've tried and tried to get on the website with no luck and have been on the phone for an hour and a half. Terrible customer service! I finally got someone who was very nice but couldn't help me access my account online. She did send me some papers via email, which was helpful, but why did this take me an hour and a half. And in the end I still have not been able to access my account. Absolutely unacceptable lack of good customer service. This has been an awful experience and I still can't access my account. I would not recommend getting insurance through AAA. If you have any trouble with your account or need to access relevant paperwork I don't think you'll have much luck getting efficient and useful customer service support.

Zero stars!! I made a call at 9:20 AM this morning. Talked to eight different people at AAA and towing service for them also different times for said 10:30 AM. Someone would be here. I waited an hour 11 30, 12, 31,30 made I think eight calls and got the runaround. Its now 230 and Im an elderly nurse who had to work I had to call in sick because of this totally incompetent weve had AAA for over 30 years. Never had an issue like this before so Im not sure whats going on with AAA but we will be canceling after over 30 years uncalled for over five hours sitting waiting. Thank you.

Big name car rental not necessarily honest. I joined Hertz Gold and AAA Premium for the One Free Day car rental both companies boast of as a AAA benefit. Upon trying to use the benefit. Neither Hertz or AAA knew anything about the benefit and took turns sending me back and forth between the two companies. I sent an email to and eventually received response from AAA even though ************** boasts the benefit. The response follows:"Thank you for reaching out to AAA. The free rental day with Hertz can only be used in conjunction with a road service call (one of our road service counselors would connect you to our dedicated Hertz line during your call if a your car will not be available): Join AAA Today | AAA Northeast Please let us know if we can be of further assistance."Both companies should are dishonest as it appears the one free day is only associated road service call. A condition mention not states anywhere in the small print.

Zero star review given. On November 30 ***** my wife ********************* was leaving St ********* Hospital in Brighton, ** @ 9pm and experience a terrifying brake failure on Nevine Street ( steep *************** St She called AAA for a tow truck and was told it would be 1 hour and at 10:00 I *********************** her husband went relive her and stayed with the vehicle. AAA change of time to 10:44pm. 11 ,12 ,1 , 2 oclock came no tow truck Five hours at 39 degrees nobody called or showed up. It was mid morning Dec 1st that *********** out of Allston, ** towed the vehicle to the repair shop 6 miles away. Unfreaking acceptable. Both tow truck driver and repair shop were not surprised of total lack of service and no communication from AAA.

This is the worst service Ive ever experienced. Let me share the facts.Nov/30 8:23 PM We request for Roadside Assistance.Nov/30 8:30 PM (45 min on the phone): My wife called to request expedited support. My wife is in an empty parking lot, the store is closed, and she explained the scenario to the agent. There is no empathy or attempt to look at our request for any details. The agent didnt ask for any reference or case number; she just stated, Those estimates are pretty good., so that was the end of the conversation.Nov/30 10:26 PM (30 min on the phone): My wife called again to inquire about the service, as the Application kept reflecting the same time, 10:19 PM, with no other update. My wife is told there are a lot of services, delays, etc., but there is no concrete reason, and she has to wait.Nov/30 10:55 PM (2 min on the phone): Somebody (very rude throughout all conversation) called asking my wife to drive the car to ********* (no address, no apparent reference to what location as he kept saying Do you see it) as they were not allowed to drive into an empty parking lot. She stated that driving to a location (still unknown) with a flat tire would most likely damage it. The person (still, no name, business, or way to reference) hung up without explanation.Nov/30 10:58 PM (16 min on the phone): My wife called asking about the service. Again, there were multiple reasons without a clear resolution. A new case was created; no idea why, and the new estimate now is Dec/1 1:19 AM. Shes expected to be there 2 more hours.Nov/30 11:26 PM (1 min on the phone): For the first time, we got a call back to offer an update, again, more excuses. When she expressed all our frustration and concern, the person hung up on her. Dec/1 12:08 PM (Missed Call): Finally, my wife found someone willing to do it for cash. We are now into the next day, so she took a chance and paid the person to do it.So how was this? Please tell me
