      My son was on his way to serve with his Marine unit as he is a reservist. His truck got a flat tire and he called AAA at approx 4:30 am. Roadside assistance did not arrive until approximately 2:00 pm. Completely unacceptable.

      I want my $100 back. Your employee could not jump my vehicle. Then you could not access me a tow from your fleet because they were too busy. I did not use your service yet charged $100. I had to use Precision Towing, a contractor for AAA and charged $75.00 again for their tow. Please contact me immediately. Ill vent professionally with facts to a Supervisor from your ********** branch. Ive already been advised that your Supervisors here in Northeast have ******** to redeem any money no matter what the complaint. I have several complaints from this one call. I was a member in good standing for 6 years with AAA until last Wednesday. September 13. *******, *************

      Hi,I have been a AAA member for many years.Tonight, *********************** came to check my battery.I explained that it had been 5 years since AAA had replaced the battery and I was concerned about its age.*** was polite, professional and found that the battery was indeed in need of replacement. He therefore gave me a new battery.I appreciate good service and I always can count on AAA for this.Thank you *** and thank you AAA!**********************

      My vehicle is not drivable, I request them send a tow truck to get my vehicle to bodyshop, I wait for 8 hours, they cancelled the tow dispatch three times, and evey time I need to request a new tow. I made at least 6 call with them, all of the agents are extremely rude.

      Called them at 12 oclock they said they would call me on there way. They also said they would be here befor 2 oclock. Well know its 3:10 and they are still not here. Cancelling my service. This is ridiculous

      I am a wheelchair-bound paraplegic who was at a wedding an hour and 10 minutes from my home. I got in my car at 9 PM and my battery was dead. I called AAA they said it would be a ******************************************************* 30 minutes to tell me exactly what time he would be there. I called again at 10. Advise them that the facility that I was at was closing and it was 2 1/2 miles away from the main road in the *****. I called again at 10:45 at each call. I was told **************************************** 30 minutes to tell me what time he would arrive. At 11:25. A guest at the wedding had jumper cables and he jumped my car. We left the facility and there was a message on my phone at home when I got home telling me that the driver was there at 11:25 and he was looking for my car. There was no tow truck. I was there at 11:25. We arrived home and at 12:30 we received a text saying that the driver would be there in 15 minutes at 1:08 AM the driver texted and said I am at your location I cant find you. I cannot find your car and the lights are all off. I have been very unsuccessful trying to reach them by phone and online. Needless to say, I believe they violated the Americans With Disabilities Act as they did not make my call a priority knowing the situation. I will not be renewing my membership.

      I recently cancelled a car policy I had for a car I sold. My policy expired 8/28/23 and I had made all payments for the ***** year to my policy when I called to cancel. I thought I was doing the correct thing by cancelling 11 days before the policy expired. I sold the car on 8/16; I called to cancel on the same day and the cancellation became effective 8/17th. The representative that helped said I was owed 30 dollars since I was canceling 11 days before the policy ended. Not only was I not refunded $30.00 (which I did not expect to begin with)--One week later I was charged $190.00. I called to inquire thinking this was a mistake--I was told this was a penalty for cancelling the policy early!!! I cancelled a policy 11 days before it expired and was told I was owed a refund, I was never told I was going to be charged $190 for cancelling "early." I cancelled "Midcycle" was the terminology used by the second representative! Infuriating! Not the way to treat a costumer of over 15 years. I will not be seeking a policy with this agency once I buy my new car. In my trying to avoid the new policy year to kick in for a car I had just sold, I was charged more than a month's fee for an insurance policy I no longer had.

      I have been waiting on a tow for 4 hours and have been given 4 arrival times so far. Including one that told me driver was 18 minutes away when there was never a driver committed. I understand things go wrong and mistakes happen, but this just feels like more than incompetence. 21 years of membership, platinum level. It would be hard to be more frustrated with the situation. The previous situation with my wife and son was much worse. Find an alternative if you can.

      I have the Plus plan which includes towing up to 100 miles. I requested a service yesterday 09/07 by 10am and at 9pm no one showed up to tow my car. I spoke to many representatives, one hang up on me after 20 min on hold. The Supervisor ***** wanted to help, but there was nothing she "could do" since they were running without enough drivers. In my opinion, if they can't keep the word with service, they should stop offering the membership or simply close they doors. They neglected and keep doing this based on others reviews. Here I am today calling for a tow to see if I have a better "luck" this time. They make me feel I'm bothering them, but in the reality I pay for the service. Keep away from AAA, not worth having it anymore.

      Its going on 5 hours that Ive been sitting here on the side of the road waiting for AAA. Why do I pay for Premier Membership?!?!
