      I'm a Triple AAA customer for almost 13 years. On October 31st, 2022 I received a Notice of Cancellation and Termination of Insurance and on this letter says triple A will not be able to continue with my policy because I did not sign the Auto Application. On Nov 1st, 2022 I called them and spoke with C.A (those are the initial for her 1st and last name) shes a ************** Specialist. We talked about the letter and she said shell send an email to the Insurance Agent (***************************) who is in charge for my policy and shell give me a call back. The policy specialist also said to call her to talk about my issue. I called her many times and her manager *********************** neither one called me back. On Nov 2nd, I called triple A again and spoke with ****, shes a Policy Specialist 1 because I found a copy of this Auto Application that was signed on September 19th, 2022 and I emailed it to her. She confirmed that she had received it and she'll get in touch with ******, she also said, try to call ******. I left several voices mail again to ****** and ****** and got no answer back. Yesterday, Nov 17th Ive received an email from my bank saying my insurance was already canceled and I have to submit a new one ASAP.I had to get involved the ************* Insurance Department, open up an online complaint about triple A and guess what... ****** has decided to answer my call and fix her mess. Thanks for the ************* Insurance Department to give a hand on that.Few minutes ago, I tried to login on my online accout and they also canceled my triple A road service.If you have any problem like that, go direct and make a complaint at your local state insurance department.Do not wait a call back from the managers called ****** and *****, they don't care about your problem.So, now i have to fight again to get my road service membership reinstated.

      Ive been an RV plus member since 2013 called AAA 9:30 pm 11/1/22 had an issue with my brakes and I was in my ***** B+ size camper they gave me a time of 11:30pm.Driver arrives 11:40 pm states cant help us were in need of a heavy duty.Call AAA back they give us another 2 hr window of 2:00am at that time I get a call saying leave vehicle in the lot they will pick it up when a truck becomes available at that point I make an appointment to be picked up by a heavy duty at 8:30 am . The next morning the 8:30 turns into 10:40am At that time another driver shows up with the same size truck as the nite before says he cant help.So the next call to AAA is a waste of the day because they cant get another heavy duty to us until tomorrow .So we make an appointment . 11/3 7:00 am driver shows up at 9:00 am same driver same truck as the day before!!! Now weve had 3 trucks sent to us weve been in this lot for 3 days!We call AAA they apologize for any inconvenience but it will be another 2 hrs before they can get to us.At 11:00am the truck arrived to tow us the 2 miles we had to go for repair. My wife and I both seniors spent 38 hours in a parking lot how could this be?

      Page 22 of AAA' s Mosorist states "assistance includes ...mobile battery... replacement service,.... So I managed with a bad battery to drive from Lancaster to my home in ***** as I thought that would be best while I waited for battery help. AAA refused to pay anyone to come and help me. AAA spends more on advertising fake promises than keeping their promises.

      AAA ***************************** which is part of AAA Northeast, has been very difficult to work with. My son took the online course. However, after almost a year - he can still not schedule his required driving hours. We have called, emailed and not one has responded. The cost was $875 and AAA ***************************** has been unable to complete the program.

      I purchased battery less than three years ago from Aaa battery supplier. I was in bad situation on the road. The warranty is for three years. The battery did not last three years and I am still under warranty. When you call Aaa to jump battery they will not replace battery. They want to run out the clock. I called AAA marketing relations. They said they would get back to me. They never did. Do not buy batteries from AAA whatever you do. Complete scam!

      We had AAA roadside assistance and last night 5p.m. we broke down and called them. Was told tow truck on way. Long story short they never showed even with over 20 calls. Still no call backs and no show. What am I paying for? They are basically stealing customers money.

      I called AAA when my vehicle wouldn't start and I was stranded in a parking lot. I was told it would be 2 hours. After 2 hours passed I was told it would be another few hours. After 3 hours I was told that there was no one to tow me. They did not care that I was in a dark parking lot. 2 weeks later I call to get another vehicle towed and after a few hours was told they are not towing vehicles long distances anymore that day. And to call back the next day. It was only 4:30 pm when they told me this. What am I paying a membership fee for? I have been with them for 23 years. Obviously that means nothing to them.

      We were left in an empty parking lot over two hours told someone was coming. Two hours later we were told no one was coming. It was after midnight and they told us to call someone and then submit our expense for reimbursement. This was outrageous, dangerous, and infuriating! We have paid for AAA for years, never used the service, will cancel n the morning.

      My wife and I have been AAA members for over 24 years. We have only used the services two other times besides tonight (9/14/2022) in the 24 years we have been loyal. Tonight they left my wife and son stranded on the side of interstate 75 outside of ***** for over 3.5 hours before they could get a tow truck dispatched and enroute to pick up the car. I dont understand how a company can allow a service call to take this long especially when women and children are left vulnerable and in an unsafe situation for hours. We will no longer be AAA members after this incident as we realize we would have been much better off using any other provider or just calling the tow agency directly ourselves. AAA has proven to me and my family to have no value and it is just a waste of time and money.
