  Refused to help walked in at 7:10. All computers turned off sorry we are closed at 7:30 .ok its not 7:30 . Sorry we close at 7:30 no you close at 7pm and you dont like walk ins. And theres no sign saying closed . Only open till 7:30! And you treat me like dont you get it we are closed!Well honey its not what all those signs say !Bless your heartWriting bbb. False advertising. Open till 7:30 and your not.

  I can't rate CVS because they don't have a zero on the scale, so I'll leave that blank, but since I have to give a rating in order to leave the review, a one it is.. Today I went to CVS to get the new covid shot. I was told that I would have to wait until he took care of the others that were waiting, which was not a problem. I waited with the others, and after they were done, he asked did you fill out the questionaire, and I said no. He asked me if I would fill out the questionaire and I said of course. I thought he was talking about a questionaire about the service that I would fill out at home. The man got very upset with me after that. He started throwing his clipboard on the desk. He then threw the container with the medicine and the needle on the desk. He said angrily, you said you would fill it out , and I told him I thought you were talking about when I got home. He was so angry by then, I told him to forget the shot. Why would I let you give me a shot, with your attitude. There was another lady in the store, and she walked over to me and said, he acted the same way with her. He is rude, obnoxious, and needs a swift kick in the ****. I went to another CVS, stood there, and stood there, and stood there. No one bothered to acknowledge me, and finally the pharmacist just walked away. Any time you go to any CVS pharmacy the pharmacists have this scowl on their face, like you need to wait until I'm ready to serve you, as though we are beneath them. They ignore you, are slower than molasses, and act as though they really don't want to be there, but they want the paycheck. How can you hire such horrible people, but I guess you just don't care, as CEO's as long as you're getting the millions, although you get complaint after complaint you do absolutely nothing. I am now going to *********. CVS pharmacist, every last one of them, should be fired.

  Called the police on me for arguing back with a employee for the perfume I sprayed inside CVS. Now your employees are coughing and I'm the one to blame because I'm in the perfume section. You give off disrespect I will give it back. Not tryna be a heaux but y'all are to disrespectful tried to send me to jail for trespassing and a citation for being a customer that's spraying perfume... Why ********************** HAVE PERFUME SECTION if there employees have allergic reactions to it stop playing with me. Honey that $9.99 plus tax is not worth going to jail for please stop showing black on black crime im front of the store. NOW IM THE CVS victim why is lakerri spraying perfume in the perfume section ..... Because she going to buy it why is lakerri testing it out on her clothes because she was testing it out to buy it. . If your allergic to the perfume I'm spraying why are you a CVS employee if your allergic to the perfume section.... Stop the HATE CRIME SERIOUSLY.

  They closed out my account for prescriptions because they claim i owned them money but ******** stated all *** ks are cleared by ******* script and they were payed.. but they have denied me my medication .and I filed a law suit against them

  Most incompetent, incomprehensible company. Attempting to resolve any medication or issues will be hours or days because you cannot reach the pharmacy easily.

  CVS advertises pharmacy delivery YET they only allow it through the use of their app, creating a barrier from anyone who may be unfamiliar with technology, unable to afford a phone or tablet, blind, without wifi access, etc. CVS Pharmacy should be eliminating health barriers, not creating them.

  CVS @ ************************************************************* My child's prescription was pulled on the 08/12/24 I went to another location to get it pulled/refilled because original store was closed due to renovation.08/14/24 I had to end up paying out of pocket and I cannot get medication at our original store either. 08/17/24 They are becoming a nuisance and have been untrustworthy in handling serious issues that they created. The pharmacy staff inadequacies is shameful. Too many complaints at CVS they need to stop serving. Accuracy should never be a Pharmaceutical complaint.

  Nothing in the whole world can be worse than the prior approval department at CVS CAREMARK. Worked and still working my **** off, pay for this insurance over 15 years, pay for my copays, follow THEIR guidelines, all so the prior approval department can undermine the very physicians their plan sends us to and decide that the medicine they prescribed does not fit their budget. I can see if it is a radioactive nuclear pill that contains highly controlled substances that costs millions of dollars, but hey I just want my p*** pill for constipation. Seriously yes that is it. (the generic of Amizita). I have called them, my physician called, and my physician sent in appeals, I have the physicians emails as proof and all they do is say your physician has to call. Well he did twice if not more times! They say well tell him.No wait a minute ladydo your job and you call him and tell him what you want to hear (IM SICK OF HARASSING MY PHYSICIAN FOR SOMETHING HE ALREADY DID OVER AND OVER) I have the email of how he sorted it out and made my record ******* clear so people (like those working in the prior approval departments) dont just assume about diagnoses and their meanings. Ironically, it was prior approved the year before for the same diagnosis so what is the problem? I am not as stupid as the prior approval department because why would I take a day off of work, go to the same doctor, pay 45$ to get my prior approval renewed to continue taking the med for the same reason it was approved for in the first place. Is it me? Hope I get a perforated intestine so I can *** the living heck out of this company. The number one company who took the CARE out of HealthCare and have placed a dollar sign on my (our) health and well being. This is not HealthCare!! In all honesty this company should be called CVS DEATHMARK.

  I've been banned from two stores for not being able to handle the department's rudeness. So rude, doesn't fail. This last time I thought to turn on my recorder. They are in all their glory on record on my phone. I'm going to transcribe, show, print. Would you like to hear it? or see it. Actually, I told them I was recording, because I'm so sick of their rudeness. They told me that's a problem. I need to respect myself in that store, because, they are always rude as fuck! I think you should know, that I was kicked out and the next CVS I went to, they told the pharmacist to tell me that I was not to come back to their store. I decided not to spend any more money on CVS, and left, after that pharmacist told me I kept changing my mind. I was shaking so bad and no one cared. I finally spoke to a supervisor at the other store and she talked me down.
