      Awful woman pharmacist. I took one capsule of Dextroamphetamine ER today and got sick. Nausea, blurred vision, cold hands and feet, high blood pressure. When I called the pharmacist she tried to convince me it was something else and not from the pill I injested a hour prior. I told her this is the third time that I have had issues with this medication. In July, it worked great. No complaints. But now for two months the medication makes me sick. I have two bottles of this poison and nobody cares. Nobody wants to test it either. I complained to my Psychiatrist, the ***, Better Business Bureau, manufacturer, TN State of Pharmacists, Poison Center of *********. Nobody cares or seems too concerned. The rude Pharmacist at CVS hung up on me while I was explaining the many news stories about CVS getting sued. So no IT IS NOT IN MY HEAD! But IT IS MY FNG LIFE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT HERE! AND COUNTLESS OTHERS! The label may say Dextroamphetamine ER but that isn't what it is. Nobody is willing to grow a pair of ***** and do the right or decent thing, either. I PAY MY TAXES AND MY BILLS! BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE I HAVE ANY RIGHTS IN THIS GOD FORSAKEN COUNTRY! THAT'S RIGHT GOD FORSAKEN! Since when do we stand around and watch other citizens get harmed or get killed? With no legal consequences!

      Month after month I go to CVS because the app says its ready. When I get to cvs I end up finding out my medicine isn't there. They are giving my medicine that they ordered ( which takes 2-3 days) for me to someone else. It's a epilepsy medication so its not like i can go without it. When this happens I have to call around to different cvs', ask if they have it in stock, then get a script from my doctor and then drive around to what cvs has it. It ends up taking up my whole day. It shouldn't be this hard

      I have a disability and i thought I was a valued CVS customer, yesterday i went inside the ********************** to purchase personals but i had to use the bathroom and couldt hold it. I went to the back of the store to the womens bathroom. I saw the main door was open and a cart or something was holding the door open but no one was in the restroom. So when I preceded to try to use the restroom an older heavy weight man was very rude and said i am cleaning this restroom, but he hadnt even started cleaning it. So i said *** i really have to pee, i cant hold it. He then in an aggressive tone of voice told me to go next door! He treated me like i was a street ******! I live literally right up the street, with my husband and girls in a $350,000 house! I had never in life felt so humilated or been treated like this! You dont treat valued customers like that!

      Fraudulent Policy: The pharmacy failed to issue me a refund and charge the amount to my insurance instead, quoting a company (CVS) policy to not issue refunds after 7 days.I went to pick a prescription drug that had come in from my doctor's office. The pharmacist at the register kept saying my insurance isn't active. So, in that moment, because I needed it urgently, I paid for the medication out of pocket. Insurance *** told me that my insurance has been active the entire time so the pharmacy now needed to refund me the amount and bill the Insurance instead. When I went back to the CVS pharmacy with my bill and insurance details, but after 7 days, they refused to entertain me quoting no refund after 7 days policy. I had gone in a month later. Then, Insurance made it next to impossible to get a reimbursement from them. My problem is why couldn't CVS issue a refund when they can bill the Insurance within a calendar year, that too within a month of purchase in this case. The stated policy at CVS exists to make the lives of customers hard. And in this case, clearly, they were at fault for not processing my Insurance card properly the first time.

      The young juvenile with the short twist or braids, on the chubby side was very rude. He was using swears and insults towards me infront of my child. Then he continues to be disrespectful when a male manager comes out and all he do is tell the cashier to be quiet. He should have been sent home or fired. This is unacceptable. I would like a formal apology or the young man to be fired. He has no professionalism.

      The staff here is very lazy and need a whole new management team. I have left complaints on ****** review reviews repeatedly and still every month when I have to get my prescription medications they give me a hard time. I looked over the rest of the reviews and it seems other people are having the same issues as me. What is the point of all these complaints and nobody does nothing about it. Manages insane employees are still giving people a hard time. This is serious. This is medication that they are toying with.

      I would give this business negative stars if I could. Due to their attempts to maximize profit they've limited the number of pharmacists and techs, closed for an hour and provided a phone system that give no actual way for patients to speak to a pharmacist. Ended up with an out of stock med and was unable to get in touch with any live person about how to get this filled (ie, at another branch) until prescription expired and had to do the entire mess over again. This is unacceptable as there should be a way to get patients the actual presciptions they're prescribed and not have to deal with an automated system that instead of assisting with out of stock prescriptions keeps harrassing people to refill expried antibiotics that were taken once.

      Every single month since April, it has taken over 2 weeks for them to fill a single prescription. We are now in week 3 and I'll be out of my medication. I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone again and will be transferring elsewhere.

      They refuse to refill my prescriptions. Citing an insurance issue on their end. They refuse to contact the insurance or help in any way.
