      The store manager does not practice equality and fairness. She abused her authority in the form of harassment, insults, and calling the police and having me trespassed, in front of my 5yr old daughter. While using the self checkout stand I noticed ****** (store manager) watching me however I continued with my purchase. The system did not apply a coupon and while I was attempting to figure it out ****** walks up asking me if I spent $70... This further indicates how close she was watching. I asked what was I needing to spend $70 for to which she replied "in order to use these coupons you need to spend $70, 30 plus 40 is 70..." I asked her if giving me a math equation was necessary. She suspended my transaction at self checkout and took my things to a cash register.. I did not request nor intended on her doing this. She continued to throw the same math equation at me as I was still unclear as to one thing, my coupon not processing the way it normally does. From there she became incredibly frustrated and said that she was calling the police. I was in shock. Not only did she call the police but also told them that she wanted me trespassed. I obviously became very alarmed, and instantly my morale dropped. My daughter began crying and had grown scared when just 5 minutes prior she was laughing and asking me to buy her everything in the store. ****** sarcastically said wait for the police as they were on their way and stating that she was not intimidated by me. There was no other staff present however when Sheriff arrived I noticed the same associate who had greeted me and was being very nice to my daughter speaking with him. I was told by the Sheriff that they wanted me trespassed and that I am not to come back to the store. I am very distraught from this experience. ********************** and abuse of authority was the causing factor. I shop CVS regularly and have shopped this store on occasion. I am requesting this is investigated and proper resolution be rendered.

      I was in line to pick up my mom's prescription and was in line around 1:24pm. There were 2 other cars in front of me. I told them I came to pick up a prescription. I asked if they could take me real quickly and they said no because I was on my lunch break. She pulls down the gate and tells me I have to come back after 2pm. If they have someone in line then close the gate on them, they should have someone to come out to notify people about this and tell them to come in. They should let people know.

      The lady was nasty with a bad attitude, you need to get an adult not kids. They have no respect none. I will never go in there again never.

      Worst pharmacy staff and manager team ever encountered. They are rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. They don't know how to communicate and lack customer service skills. There was an issue with a series of antibiotics I was prescribed and the pharmacy gave me more medications than I needed. I experienced serious side effects. When I attempted to discuss it the pharmacy manager, she wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. There is absolutely no accountability and they are terrible people.

      This company is a piece of garbage. They closed the store where I was working and, when I applied for unemployment, they challenged it saying that I left voluntarily. How do I voluntarily leave a job they eliminated?

      CVS Pharmacy ********************************************* Date Incident 06/21/24 I walked into CVS Pharmacy and stated Hi, I would like to check and see if you have a medication in stock, its my pain medication. She stated Yes, looks like we do have that in stock do you want us to feel it? I stated Yes.The other pharmacist walked over and seen that I was Black and disabled and immediately looked at me with discuss and denied to help me by looking at my prescription saying he doesnt have it in stock however he didnt know the technician already looked and verified before he looked then lied by stating he didnt have it. I then accused him of being racist and discriminatory toward me for my race and my disability and required his name and corporate telephone number. His colleague (Pharmacist) then called me a Black Piece of S*** She offended my race, me and his co-worker who was a black female. This pharmacy has racist employees and infact two other occasions denied helping me due to my race and disability but helped other races. They violated my civil rights to a point I have to see a psychiatrist and am now very depressed and at time dont want to live.

      Pharmacy uses computers from the 1990's and their ordering system is blue screen. Constantly does not put my medications on reorder and disrupts my medical care. The store usually has only one person at the front, and they are not trained on how to do basic checkout.

      The *** pharmacy on ***************************** needs to be avoided at all costs. The line is at least 12 people in line all the time. The clerks are very rude, and the place is dirty. The online program they ask you to sign up for is not updated. It takes a very long time to get them to answer the phone and when they do they are extremely rude...especially the women who works there. She claims they are doing everything to help me get a prescription that was sent in over a week ago that I need in order to breathe. I get alerts on my phone that I call in on and when I did, she admitted they are not correct and the message is outdated. I reached out for approval from my insurance and they called it in yesterday. Still nothing. I will be leaving them as soon as possible!
