      The service I received at the CVS located at ******************************************************* during my recent visit to pick up my prescriptions was abysmal.Upon reaching my car, I discovered a critical error: one of the essential medications I needed was missing from my bag. Returning to the store, I encountered a swift resolution from the female pharmacist, which I VERY MUCH appreciated. However, my experience took a nosedive due to the appalling behavior of a male pharmacist who wore a pair of black-rimmed glasses.His unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor was utterly unacceptable. When I requested to return an excess topical gel tube, he said "it's a hassle for us to process the return, so next time you'd better do it when you receive your medicine." His condescending remarks, including the suggestion that I should have foreseen the mistake, were outrageous. He should have known that the medicines were in a STAPLED bag, the contents were concealed. This is not the way to treat a customer even if I made a mistake,... no wonder this [harmacy is rated so low. I would have given a minus review if I could. The female pharmacist saved it.

      Pharmacy starts closing at 12:15 rather than 12:30 for Lunch and turns patients away from getting their medications

      Every time I need a refill I check my CVS account, and every time I do it says I either have no refills left on one specific medication or that they have ordered it only for the refill to never come in. This is the second time that I've missed a refill for an entire week, because either the information they provide is either wrong or a flat out lie. Here I am trying not to die from a disease and CVS can't even get their act together.

      You can no longer reach an actual human if you have an issue-at least at the store I use. I looked it up after my experience earlier and understand that its a corporate policy that was a pilot but may be everywhere now. This new policy forces you to only communicate with the pharmacy online, with AI, or leave a voicemail. You cannot call and get an actual human. I should not have to talk to a bot. I typically dont mind doing everything online but I shouldnt be forced to do that. With the situation that just occurred, my daughter didnt have the prescription number and the bot did not understand the medication description. We had to leave a voicemail and she ended up going in person because you cant really tell whether your voicemail was successful. Not everyone can get call backs, either. Im also thinking about my 80 year old mom. What is she supposed to do? I guess find another pharmacy like I probably need to do. This shouldnt reflect on the people in the store. I know the location I go to has some very busy people. Everyone is always working hard yet still manages to be friendly and helpful. This review is based on a policy that affects people that cant just show up at the store to actually speak with someone. What happened to customer service?? Just hire the number of people you need. Please note that while writing this, the store called back in regards to the voicemail. Again, I dont have an issue with the particular location. Its the corporate policy. I am tired of companies trying to squeeze a bit more profit at the expense of customers and staff.

      The pharmacist ****** informed me over the phone that they have 3 left of the prescription that I wanted to fill. I drove to the location immediately and was there within 15 min to fill the prescription. Then when I came in ******* told me my prescription was incorrectly written and they wouldnt fill it. I asked if they can call the doctor and she refused. She said she will send the request electronically and it will sit in their inbox for days. I dont know why she was predicting and instead of being proactive she decided to seal my fate and not help me. So the pharmacist ****** came over to talk to me and said they wont hold the prescription while I get it fixed. I said cant you call the doctor and ask them to correct it and she continued to talk over me and repeat that they wont hold prescriptions like a broken record. I said its my fault the dr write it incorrectly. Anyone with any compassion or decent customer service skills would attempt to help the situation since I was in a unique situation. She refused to help and threw the prescription back at me and said they wont refill my prescription. Ive never seen a pharmacist lack empathy like ****** and *******. They should not be working in the healthcare field if they dont have care for patients and can problem solve and be flexible. Clearly they were being lazy and inconsiderate and did not care about my situation. ****** is heartless and in the wrong profession and makes CVS look bad. She also hung up on me and refused to listen. Terrible human.

      CVS Specialty Pharmacy doesn't care about people with life threatening or chronic disease. All they care about is money. They cancel orders, transfer your calls to robots, and actively work against any other options you might have to obtain your medication. They don't care who must experience chronic pain, debilitating disease, or even death, as long as their CEO and board have their pockets lined with the cash of the working class. Avoid them at all costs!

      the CVS in ******* PA ***** at fulfilling prescriptions on time. This is the only location I have had this issue at. My hometown CVS pharmacy I love you!

      ****************** location, Everytime I've gone there it's a issue ,first off need new person at window the old guy is a *******,ok so months ago I had double pneumonia with an oxygen level at 80% after leaving the hospital when does CVS gave them my prescription told him I think my insurance changed the old guy said well you have to come inside and I explained to him I have double pneumonia I can barely walk five feet without dying I cannot come inside he refused to offer me service because I would not walk inside for them to change my insurance that would take literally 30 seconds second thing happened 5 minutes ago went to the window it is 4:00 p.m. just got done with the vet my dog needs a prescription so he can have surgery first thing in the morning soon as I hand him the paper says that it will not be available for 72 hours that was just by him grabbing a piece of paper out of my hand why the h*** should it take 72 hours to count five pills I explained him my dog is having surgery in the morning why I don't care we close at 6:00 p.m. okay it's 4:00 p.m. he needs a different job the customer service at this location is horrible and disgusting I wouldn't send my worst enemy to deal with this c*** and CVS ought to be ashamed of themselves,#cvs ***** will be posting to other sites as well you have 10 people behind counter but only 2 working rest running there mouth laughing and joking with each other

      I received a text message informing me that my prescription was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the store at ******************************************************************, on 5/3/24 there are signs posted that pharmacy is closed until 5/6/24. Are you kidding me?? And when I call another CVS to ask if they could fill it, I'm told they can not because of the type of medication it is. How can a large drug store chain operate like this???
