2 starsWent to the pharmacy Saturday, 12/21/2024 to pick up my prescriptions. The close at 6pm. I went to the drive thru approximately 5:55pm. When I went into the store, I asked for the manager, while at the pharmacy, I talked to an assistant and asked why they were closed. She stated we close on CVS time. I had my phone out and told her it is 5:59pm according to the Internet. There was another man there and he was before me. We both didn't get our medication. As I stood outside calling CVS compliant department, police approached me. I told the officer what happened and I was on the phone with the corporate compliant department. They left and when I was done filling the complaint I went home. A pharmacy should not shut down before closing. Thank you.Review fromNaama J

1 starTheir counts always OFF, and their notes in their computer are inaccurate. Staff are not knowledgeable or trustworthy. This is the third time I have my medicine off. The first incident my doctor prescribed a foot fungus pills for 3 months. When I went to the Drive thru staff told me they're out of the med, advised me to keep the script and to return a few days. When I returned after 3 days they still didn't have the med, I gave it a week and half, Staff took the script from me told me they only have one month worth, she would put a note in the computer to let everyone know they owe me 60 pills. After 35 days of my return, other staff mentioned I have no refills and no note stated they owed me the rest, pharmacist looked, he said they gave me everything. Which not true. I was very upset ??. Unfortunately I didn't get the ladies name. Second incident, one of the individual my house has a daily pill, they told me to come back to get the med, upon my returned the sworn someone already got the med and couldn't do anything. Third incident, which is this month DEC 2024. My individual daily med, only had a few pills left in NOV, I went they told me it's too early needs to come back, my husband went there yesterday to find out it's early, which he has more pills in the bottles. We explained to them if you gave 3 month worth howcome the next refill is due in January when he has no more pills for Dec. Now I don't know whe to do because the individual can't stay without taking the pills that's ( to prevent seizures) I told them it's either someone not counting right or someone is scamming patients. Because it's impossible to stay at the drive thru to count every single pills that's in that bottles. CVS us not trustworthy. ******... pharmacist also are rude. Doesn't have the patience to talk to people. All they said to me "we go by what's in the system" the don't even care about if the patient is okay or would be okay if missing their doses. HORRIBLE!!!!!!Review fromTodd B

1 starThey have become the worst pharmacy now, i would avoid using them at all. I actually decided they lost my business when i starting LOSING money using them. Thats right, they are run so poorly, that even with health insurance I actually lose money because they overcharge, always run out of stock, which means they care nothing about customers. If you fill the same Rx every month how could a pharmacy not have in stock every month. There is no excuse. If they know you are going to refill it then it should be there, if they get a lot of requests because its an item in demand, then order a lot, either way, complete incompetent people working there that they run out every month. They dont even blame it on manufacturer, which means they must be to blame! Worst customer service, you will NEVER get a call back when there is an issue. And if you do, the person calling will just listen to complaint then say appropiate person will call you, and you will then never hear back! Terrible pharmacy, runs terrible, overcharges, in fact the irony i just learned what cvs stands...thats a joke! i would use any other pharmacy than cvs, they dont do anything correct!!!Review fromNicole G

1 starDiscriminatory, judgmental, hateful, rude and unacceptable resulting in no sale. I pick my prescriptions up monthly from this pharmacy using their drive-through to avoid this woman because for some reason she has a tendency to single me out talk to herself out loud about me and mumble, terrible things yell across the store, and basically violate the rights that I have as a human I believe in free space to shop then not knowing what kind of trauma Ive already been through. Im basically to the point of tears and the other employee doesnt understand why shes behaving in such a manner, but yet does not do anything about it. We get to the register. More like this woman forces me to the register ********************************************************************************************************************************* around and barking at me she even at one point said I was drunk and I had not drank in 12. regardless she does not make me feel safe. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable as I am ****, quiet, calm, and very polite so I did not understand why her behavior was so aggressive until her **** ride got there which recalled the one time I actually ran a little bit over closing and her **** was outside. When my coupon did not show up she came over to the register shut down sale and refused to sell any of the items to me mind you one of them is tampons and its 10 oclock at night and I cannot use regular. Sorry to be so blunt but the severity of the situation to me needs to be expressed because this type of behavior in sales, which I work as well I have never seen. I cant believe she even works here after shes behaved like that towards me. She even accused me of taking one of the things from the Clips when the other associate got it for me, and she yelled at me for ripping them out, which did not happen. The other associate got it off for me. It was an assumption. If you were to see this behavior yourself and witness it, you would be embarrassedReview fromRachel G

1 starAfter my horrible interaction with SHYLIN I will be switching to a different pharmacy altogether. Unbelievably rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I waited through the drive through for a good ***************************************************************************************** line again. (Makes no sense, as one month ago this wasnt the case) but I said fine so I went inside. I proceeded to wait in another line. When I finally got up to SHYLIN, she told me Id have to step over to another line. At this point I was frustrated so I said this is ridiculous. Just charge me full price. Whatever. Then as Im waiting Im having a conversation on the phone complaining about this ordeal. SHYLIN took it upon herself to interrupt my conversation to very rudely say i LITERALLY told you to go right over there there is NO line. This caught me off guard as I wasnt speaking to her so when I let her know she shouldnt be talking to me like that she proceeded to tell me Im VERY rude. I continued to tell her that her disrespect was unnecessary and asked to speak to her manager. Then she followed it up with a rude little comment saying oh yeah the line I told you three times already theres nobody in. At that point I walked out. Completely unnecessary and rude. I will 100% not be returning here. I hope someone gives these pharmacy techs a refresher course on how to interact with customers.Review frombob m

1 starI was using a CVS-labeled disposable razor when the blade section suddenly detached from the handle. Needless to say, I was surprised. I had to reach into the drawer where I kept the new razors and get a new one, all the while spreading shaving cream.I called the 800 number on the package and provided details from the package of the razors I was using. I was told to call back in several days to get the results of their investigation. When I called back and referred to the case number I had been given, their customer service brushed me off. They would not offer an apology.Review fromAdrianne S

5 starsThe pharmacist threatened me when I came to pick up my medication because I called CVS Corp and my insurance company and filed a complaint on him. He has my address and everything and his bosses refuse to do anything. I'm afraid in my own house and I feel like I'm in danger and I don't know what to do. Someone Please Help Me!!!Review fromBrytani S

1 starStore manager named ****** is on android email reciept that I received 40 minutes after leaving their store. She used my reward points to get herself $80.81 worth of free items. When i called the store w the transaction ID # register # and date/time ****** **** up the phone on me. I called corporate and have been on the phone and hour and 35 minutes. I'm still on hold and they keep attempting to transfer me to different departments. The online department can't help w what happened in store and customer service keeps saying that they don't see a charge to my card. But she didn't charge my card, she depleted my rewards points. Employee scam happening at this location. She knows their customer service department is terrible to work w and probably does this often. Guess the huge benefit to working at cvs is taking advantage of customers to stock up your home for free.Review fromNaomi S

1 starConstantly out of stock with medications, I understand things happen but i went thru a serious withdrawls from my medications because their system messed up. Out of stock with 2 of my medications. After 2 days of being out of stock and waiting, one was cancelled for transferring and the other one completely disappeared. The pharmacy staff couldnt see what had happened to my prescription orders, no explanation on what happened. Unfortunately my ** was out of office for the weekend so I was stuck with no meds.
