      Hello, my name is ***********************************, I changed my pharmacy pick up, from CVS in **********, about three months ago to CVS on ****************. Which is about five minutes from me My very first time going there to pick up my prescription, I walked up to get help, someone walked up after me, I was like maybe they didn't see me. Went back there Saturday October 1st 2022, walked up to the pharmacy, I was told someone will be with you in a few minutes, I said ok thanks. Then someone else walked up next to me and the same lady who spoke with me went right to the person who came in after me. So that was exactly what I got the very first time coming there. I didn't want to believe it. Don't make me feel like I'm invisible, I know how I feel, but why can't they wait on person that is next. I should not have to drive all the way over to **********, when I live here in *********. And yes I'm Black, and yes both time the other customers were White.

      CVS caremark = FRAUD. They have been told more than 5 times since May ****************************************************** charge the insurance company. They continue to bill the insurance and not even send the medication. They said on 5 separate occasions they would cancel all prescriptions, not fill and not charge anyone. They lied 5 times. They are committing fraud on an 87 year old woman who now has to pay out of pocket for her medications to be filled elsewhere. Disgusting.

      There prices are Ridiculous. Their Pharmacy is inept, Very slow, I pulled my prescriptions from there long ago because they were in bed with a Mail order pharmacy and forced one of my doctors to change my prescription to something that would cost me more money. While the other Script cost them and the insurance company more but me less. So recently I have had to deal with them to pick up a couple prescriptions for my Mom. 1st time very slow in the drive up pharmacy. 2nd time I had to go inside and was there at least an hour. This time I go up there not knowing that they CLOSE from 1:30 to 2 p.m. for Lunch. Well I was in Line before 1:30 in the drive up. Went inside saw they were closed. Ridiculous. I don't know of any pharmacy that does this. I pick up my Scripts and those of my Dad if need be at Giant Eagle. If you need something over the counter, or need a prescription filled Go someplace Else

      CVS Caremark shipped medicine I hadn't ordered from them, which prevented me filling the prescription at my actual pharmacy. They billed TEN TIMES the copay my pharmacy charges and when I disputed the charge, they told me it had been referred to appeal. With no further feedback from them, I got a collections-agency notice on the matter.

      If 0 stars better! My son has been sick the medicatiin was sent since tuesday and they kept saying they did not get it. The Dr calls and tells me its been sent again, well i had to drive to the pharmacy and they said it would be ready in an hour. They called me back 58 mins after the fact saying well this other pharmacy has one prescription they wanted for me to cancel the other pharmacy and for them to send it to them. I said no it got me so frustrated they could have told me when i drove up there. I told them *** get it called the dr and they left a message saying they would have it in an hour. Mind you 2 long days have past. I go up again and they said they dont have it basically calling me a liar i showed these incopetent people the deposited voicemail. Yes i called them incopetent ny son is 1yr 8 mths running fever of 102 for several days now!

      **********************************************************************, store ****. I waited all day for an RX order to be filled. I got text at 7:00 it was ready. Go to pharmacy, wait in a line of cars going around building (This was at 7:28). At 8:00, the window closes. I left work early to get RX. The lady in front of *** ******** are both blowing horn trying to get someone back. We both went into store, line is closed to pick up, 'drop off' line is still open (STUPID!) This was the most INCONSIDERATE I have ever been treated- why wouldn't you take care of the people who have waited in line for over 30 minutes? The last ti*** 9/9 they were out of ROSUVASTATIN, it had to be ordered, which took days. I was going to the CVS at ********************************************************* store ****, they were NEVER OPEN, closed at 2 on Saturdays regardless of what their website & signs said & when they were they were out of stock. I've sent a complaint into CVS, a review with the BBB. I hope anybody who went through the same thing I did tonight gets the chance to read this & does the same! I will find another pharmacy in the morning.

      ***************** a horrible experience with a young pharmacist with my wifes Alzheimers medicine. I was asking pharmacist about using a GoodRx coupon. He was rude in front of other customers, and basically told me that there was nothing that could be done about the CVS price. I tried to defend myself and told him my family had been customers for over 40 years to which he replied, thats great next customer. Seniors especially with Alzheimers need all the support from our pharmacies. I will never set foot in a CVS again, and from the looks of all their negative reviews on line, there are plenty more unhappy customers!

      OMG NEVER give them your phone number for pharmacist questions.Never.Ever.Ever.They add to auto system for constant robocaller calls and they 'say' they cannot remove it.I have reported it numerous times.I even put Robokiller on my phone. Why? Because of CVS.You should Make them stop the practice.

      Pharmacy employees are great, they are short-staffed but always do their best to care for their customers. I have been going to CVS in ********** ** for almost 30 years. Recently I went there to ship back 2 items to Amazon (CVS is a *** shipping point). The woman *** that waited on me was rude as h*** and talked to me like a child saying the one package that weighed 4 pounds was too heavy and the other one that weighed 6 oz was too many for me to drop off, that she had no time for this, she had other real customers waiting and that she had no room to store *** packages and went on and on and on, then she refused to give me a receipt or scan the packages. I told her if she had a problem she should talk to her manager, then she cursed at me... I took a picture of her name badge to report her behavior - I *************** manager **** - all he said was we have the right to refuse heavy packages. This was 4 pounds and the other was 6 oz, how is that too heavy? *** ran from behind the counter and chased me across the store and said she was going to take my picture and have me arrested for taking a picture of her name badge ..... The store manager **** just stood there drooling as she kept coming at me, **** said and did absolutely nothing, letting his abusive and vulgar employee ************* me. I called corporate 3 times, and they gave me an incident number but never called back. This is why their Better Business Rating is an F. This CVS front store and its employees and manager are atrocious. It is shameful how they treat customers and then management both at the store and corporate don't care - they just want your money and nothing else. There is a ********* nearby, I will be taking all of my business there.

      The text reminders that a prescription is ready are not accurate because they have nothing to do with what is actually happening at the store. They must be auto-generated because my prescriptions are not ready even several hours after I receive the message.
