      Very hit or miss. Theres 4 in the immediate area and none of them, I can say honestly, have a good retail AND pharmacy staff. Its either one or the other. When any of them have bad retail, it might as well bankrupt the company ** it effects the whole environment. Poor communication is one problem. The biggest problem is knowing when to call another employee up to check out because the person they are helping has a million questions, the self check outs are blinking for employee help, or a senior citizen is having couponing issues. (I shop here a lot and have for years...i pay attention to the detail)

      Hands down the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with is the CVS at ***********************************. Fresh out of the hospital just wanted to get my meds it took 3 trips to the pharmacy and still had to pay out of pocket because they couldnt seem to figure out how to process my insurance thats in their system since Ive been there many times. Every single woman in the pharmacy are complete b****** The man is nice. Only talk to him if you can. The women there do not care about sick people and dont give a single f*** if theyre depriving you from needed medicine.

      What the heck is going on with CVS? In May 2022 I ordered my Omeprazole 20 mg and for 90 day supply imy copay was $19.06. I just ordered it yesterday (9/7/22) and they charged me $35.How do they get away with jacking up the price for same product, same amount of pills over $16.00? And I can't figure out why there is no recourse. Is there anything that can be done? You can't even leave a review. HELP!!!!!

      Very sketchy pharmacy, staff doesnt know anything about the drugs they are selling. How these guys arent shut down is beyond me. Plus the fact that they keep spamming my email should tell you everything you need to k ow about these corrupt drug pushers.

      After going through many steps to have appointment to have covid test. I was told that their testing machine was broken and I would have make another appointment at another store. I am very sick person with many symptoms. I was very, very frustrated. How come the web page tell me beforehand. CVS is now my list of failed customer service.

      I was using cvs for my scribes for many yrs because they were so close to us and we didn't have a car. But the last 2 yrs they've been s******* things up with both me and my husband. ***y've made inappropriate comments about his use of birth control and getting pregnant completely ignoring what my partner was telling him about him being married to a woman and him being FTM. ***n wasn't very nice when it came to getting his testosterone. ***y are very transphobic. At least some of the staff is. But the complaints we made did nothing.. so idk.So yesterday I had to go to the ** because I was having bad dental pain that wouldn't go away and it was Saturday so I couldn't go into see my Dr. *** ** gave me mouth rinse and a antibiotic to help me. ***y sent my script to pharmacy at 5:50AM and they received it according to the lady at the pharmacy when we called around 10AM. I came home and took a nap but my hubby kept an eye on my phone for a text from cvs about my meds being ready. He checked my phone 6 times and only one that said that they were working on it came in. My hubby made w trips over there in person to hurry them along and nothing then a few calls. Turns out the pharmacist wasn't going ro fill my meds until Tuesday due to stock he only had a half stock. He said he would fill half stock until Tuesday then fill the rest on Tuesday after labor day. So my hubby went over there again and waited the lady said both of my meds were done and my partner came home. We opened the bag and it was only my mouth rinse NO antibiotics anywhere. Oh and they were closing so we couldn't call. ***y put off my meds from 10AM to 5pm and didn't bother to let us know anything. I get it they have other meds to fill but dont wait all day. I could have went to another pharmacy. ***y had nothing but attitudes and very rude. I switched to a new pharmacy months ago because of this kind of c*** I only go here now if I need meds ASAP and my pharmacy isn't open.

      They refuse to stock my medicine. I think because it's expensive. That is fine except they keep running me out of it and it takes a few days to get it. It's for controlling my diabetes and my blood sugar spikes without it. I already switched from Riteaid for the same reason.

      Aetna Silver script is deceptive in billing. This is the second time I picked up a prescription and was charged a *** pay and paid it, then received a adjustment bill saying upon review I owe more, paid $19.88 ***pay, then billed for additional $97.09. Its kind of a bait and switch, had I known that the drug would cost $116.85, I would have made a decision to pick up up or not. When you call Customer ************* you cant get a straight answer. Would not recommend this prescription plan. They seem to practice a deceptive way of doing business in my opinion.

      I tried to get a prescription for 100 tramadol and they told me my insurance wouldnt cover it and it was *****. I called my doctor and had them switch my prescription to ********* and it was covered by my insurance and was 4.33.How many people go to this pharmacy and believe them that their insurance would not pay and then pay huge prices at CVS profit. Then I would pay the ***** and they could submit it to my insurance and get paid twice. This is fraud and CvS has lost my business.

      On Wednesday August 31, 2022 at 2:40 p.m. I call the CVS Pharmacy to get assistance with my pain medication prescription. Their was a young sounding woman who answered the phone. She ask me for the name of the prescription with I wasnt able to pronounce, she became very rude and very sarcastic asking me you dont know the name of your medication I replied to her no and it was hard for me to pronounce. She looked up the medication and found it, again she asked me for the name of it again when I told her that I was not able to pronounce it correctly. She then stated that she will fill the prescription later today. The first thing I felt was embarrassed, the second thing I felt was humiliated over something so simple and Im sure theres a lot of people that cannot pronounce the different medications that theyre on. But to call a pharmacy and speak to someone in the pharmacy department and basically made feel like theyre stupid or an idiot because they cannot pronounce a particular drug, I feel is totally unacceptable. Its bad enough that people that are calling or coming to the pharmacy are already in some form of pain but to be humiliated by the person thats supposed to be assisting them and helping them. This young lady should not be in a position to assistant or care for sick people. Her behavior and attitude was so rude, demeaning and unnecessary. I will be making arrangements to have my prescriptions fill at another pharmacy.
