      The CVS Pharmacy at ******************* is the worst. The people there have the worst customer service training, I had to go back twice because my prescription was not ready then when I finally went back when they told me, the pharmacist told me I had to wait because he had to prepare it because it wasnt ready. Gave me my prescription which was wrong and I asked him if he could check to make sure because I was on a higher dosage now and he didnt check and just told me this is it. Thought Id go home and call from my phone to see if Id get a different answer. A woman finally picked up after waiting to speedily say cvs pharmacy please hold and never came back on line- waited for 20 minutes and then the line was dropped. Called back again, went through the prompts to get the pharmacy again, waited another ****************************************************************************** on hold dropped the call. The third time I called, went through the prompts and I was sent to the pharmacy voicemail. For people that should be available to answer questions about the medications they are handing over to you, these pharmacy team ***** and does the opposite. Filling my prescriptions elsewhere.

      Went to pick up meds, waited in drive thru for 15 min just so they could close it! I have covid, great idea for you to make me come in and infect the whole store. This isn't the first time they closed without notice. Their attitudes are terrible too! Guess I'll be switching to **********

      I went to the CVS location inside ***************************** and ******* to get my second COVID 19 booster shot. Scheduling online was easy enough. I arrived early for my appointment. After waiting well past my appointment start time (while no one else was there), the bearded man behind the counter asked for my vaccine card. I told him I had a picture of the card and the *** vaccine record downloaded on my phone. He restated he had to have the card. I said "Are you fricking kidding me?. I was bummed out that the physical card may be necessary not just digital versions and info on the *** website. The bearded man behind the counter then became very very very condescending, he tried multiple times to belittle and berate me. Additionally, he repeatedly implied that I was stupid for not bringing the physical card. UNACCEPTABLE! I left very upset without getting a vaccine. Normally I dont get upset at lousy retail experiences as I spent over 27 years working in and managing 20 retail cellular phone locations. I know how challenging the retail environment and retail customers can be. BUT the bearded man behind the counter was attacking me personally and actually made me feel really upset. UNBELIEVABLE! After that experience, I called a ********* and two ********* Clinics. All of them told me the physical card is not needed as they access and enter the info directly with the *** website. I scheduled a new appointment on line with ********* Clinic. The process was simple.I received my second COVID 19 booster shot. It was a breeze!!!! I arrived early. My appointment was at 10:20 am. I was actually done at 10:12am. Eight minutes before my scheduled appointment time! I interacted with three different people and they were all fantastic! I even scored a bag of M&Ms for being a brave patient, LOL. I did not need my physical card even though I did bring it with me. They simply give you stickers to add to your card if you dont have it with you.

      Seems there is a problem every time I go there for a script. Last week there was a problem with a script so they didn't fill it BUT, filled one that I did not request and I don't take any more. I can't return it once it leaves the store, I'm out $20. Today, they didn't check to see if the insurance company would pay. We were going to pay for the noninsurance **** for $17. Had to wait an hour for it, During the wait time, I found out my ins. company had called me and said it had been approved for $3.00. None and I mean none of the employees including pharmacist are never friendly, some get rude. I hate going there, but my insurance company deals with them. Don't go there if you don't need to.

      Don't shop at CVS.com.During last few months I placed several orders at CVS.com with pick up option. But most of my orders were cancelled or partially cancelled. One of my orders was given to somebody else. Another order did not have items that I ordered but had some other items that I did not need.CVS.com shows items as available but don't really have them in stock.When I place my order I use my EctraCare benefits, but when CVS.com cancels my orders they don't return the benefits. You just loose them.When I place my order I use your ExtraCare saving bonuses, but when CVS.com cancels my orders they don't return the bonuses. I just loose them. I think that this is a customer scam.I complained to CVS several times already, but they don't care at all.

      CVS should be banned from healthcare. They are putting ************** at risk. Weve been fighting to fill a prescription for 3 months. They have lost it twice, incorrectly told us it wasnt covered, ordered the wrong item twice, and now refuse to order the correct item unless the pharmacist determines the wrong item cant be used as a replacement but the pharmacist is never available.

      The worst pharmacy. The staff are not helpful at all. They have attitudes. If there issues they dont take the effort to help or assist, leaving the client going home frustrated.

      My doctor wanted to switch me to a new prescription because the old one wasn't working that well. The cost was going to be "EXPENSIVE" so they (pro health care) were trying to find me some patient assistance to help cover the cost (which I was on with my previous pills). CVS contacted me and told me they had the new script and were going to ship the first 1 month supply to me with a copay. They never said the amount, so I thought this was a company that was going to hep me with cost. When I received the first bottle I also received a $576.32 copay **** with it for that 1 bottle of pills? I called right away numerous times to dispute that charge because I would have never allowed that price for 1 bottle! I would have stayed on the old prescription until I found some assistance which I did find about a week later. CVS said I OK'd that amount but NEVER let ME listen to the recorded message that I was suppose to have authorized that amount! WHY?Well they gave me the song and dance routine and said they were terribly sorry for this, and bla, bla, bla, yea right. if they were sorry they would have worked with me and tried to resolve this issue. So there went half of my S.S. check for that month. Thank you CVS!!! It appears I won't be eating to good for awhile because now I have to save up to buy groceries...

      They signed me up for the extracare pass. I did not know this would be a service I needed to pay for. I asked the manager to cancel it. He said he did. Two months later I was billed for the service. I was on the phone for 20 minutes repeatedly telling a customer service rep to cancel it, and they kept telling me it was in my best interest to keep the service. Are they threatening people? It felt like a scam and it's supposed to be a PHARMACY. I don't need any more hassles with my son's medications. I won't ever be going back.

      Horrible attitude when confronted with their mistakes. Just in the last 2 months, blatant mistakes were made at front retail checkout and *** check on 4 different occasions and each time, the clerk and/or followup supervisor tried to blame me for their mistakes. When proven wrong, they were passive aggressive, unapologetic and entitled. They acted like they were the customer and I had wronged them. It is clearly a corporate culture that breeds this when it is so pervasive
