Constantly out of stock with medications, I understand things happen but i went thru a serious withdrawls from my medications because their system messed up. Out of stock with 2 of my medications. After 2 days of being out of stock and waiting, one was cancelled for transferring and the other one completely disappeared. The pharmacy staff couldnt see what had happened to my prescription orders, no explanation on what happened. Unfortunately my ** was out of office for the weekend so I was stuck with no meds.

Very unprofessional and rude! Don't listen to their customers. They shorted me on my muscle relaxer meds and refused to listen or work with me. I called to let them know I paid for 15 pills but received only 12 . After not looking at the prescription until today I called and left a message to call me to correct the issue. lady called me back and would not let me talk at first until I got more assertive ,but she was rude, unprofessional and refusing to give me the 3 pills to match prescription talked to a rude lady who provoked an argument about my discovery. Then I requested the Manager who came on to argue not to fix the issue and tell me not to come back to that store! Instead of trying resolve the issue. They claim they have video footage of counting my meds. So I told them I was a custo.mer for decades and never had any problems until today. They miscounted 15 pills , because I could see in the bottle it looked short. I counted 12 3 times! So I told them I will call the police and the manager told me to do that and don't come back to that store like I stole something. They decieived me!

Went to the CVS pharmacy drive-thru to pick up my toddlers antibiotic prescription. One person ahead of me in line and no one behind me. The moment I drove up to the window, the pharmacy tech dated the window for lunch. Distressed, I physically went into the store, hoping someone could help me. I had my sick toddler and my baby with me, I was clearly distressed after waiting days for the prescription to be filled and then to be turned away at the last moment. The manager would not budge, apparently she wasn't allowed to help me and it was impossible to ask one of the pharmacy techs to take a minute out of their day and help a distressed mom with a sick toddler. I've worked customer service / customer facing jobs for over 5 years and I was late to lunches on countless occasions because customer service is important and on a kindly, human to human level it's important to help people. I and many of my colleagues managed to be courteous and helpful no matter what for over 5 years, but CVS Pharmacy seems to want to drive away customers. I'm switching ********************** as soon as possible and will never go to the ************************ store number 287 ever again. They are always painfully slow to fulfill prescriptions, their courtesy scrapes the bottom of the barrel, and being turned away today despite already being in line, was the last straw for me.

I believe they are doing something illegal with people prescriptions. They withheld my medicine claiming they filled it, I didnt have a prescription at the time they supposedly filled it. They left me sick for weeks, with not so much as an apology. That kind of business needs to be looked into.

I have been using CVS pharmacy in ***********, ** for over 10 years now. I take most of the same medications I took then, a few new ones. They have always given me trouble filling my recurring meds. I take ********* inhaler and ********* solution in my nebulizer. They refuse to fill my nebulizer solution because it's the "same name" as my inhaler. The doctor prescribed levalbuteral instead, they call the doctor and then tell me the doctor changed the prescription that I have had filled every month for 10 years and I can't take it every day any more. The doctor tells me that that is not true, but they still won't give me my nebulizer solution. I have recurring prescriptions that I try to fill and they cancel them without even trying to fill them. I try again and they tell me they have it scheduled. When the scheduled day comes to fill it, they tell me that they have to order it and I should have requested it sooner. I go for days and sometimes more than a week without medication I'm supposed to take every day. I have multiple health issues and a terminal illness for which I take medication to slow the progress, and that is one of the medications they refuse to fill on time. This is crazy. It's always been a hassle, but they are getting worse. I can't keep fighting like this. I am in the process of changing pharmacies. I think that that is what they want. I do have a lot of medications, and they are busy, so they either don't want to be bothered, or they are incompetent. Either way, I'm afraid that they might refuse to fill any of my prescriptions while I'm changing pharmacies, or some other kind of retaliation. No one should have to fight like this to get important monthly medications or to have to worry what the staff might do.

I highly discourage anyone from using the services of this CVS pharmacy due to the extremely unprofessional and discourteous treatment I received. When attempting to transfer my medication, I encountered a concerning issue and contacted the pharmacy for assistance, as instructed by an online message. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered my call was rude and apathetic, dismissing my concerns and providing little to no help. Despite having a confirmation number, he claimed it wouldn't resolve the problem, displaying a complete lack of interest in addressing the situation. By saying It Wont magically appear. Furthermore, when I requested the pharmacy's address, he responded in an agitated, mumbling manner.Realizing that I wasn't going to receive the help I needed, I decided to call another pharmacy. To my surprise, they informed me that the initial staff member had never even contacted them to initiate the transfer, contradicting what he had previously told me.Not only does this location suffer from poor customer service, but it also appears to be poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere is unwelcoming, and the staff seems to have a negative attitude towards their work and customers seeking medication.Based on my experience, I strongly recommend seeking an alternative pharmacy where patients are treated with the respect and care they deserve.

Bad pharmacy management and customers pay the price. The ********************** at ****** gave us an epi-pen that expired in three months. When I called customer service to exchange it for one with a longer expiration date, they refused the exchange on the grounds of it being against the law to exchange after being given to the customer. However, they would not explain or show me where to find this law when asked. Then, they added that checking the expiration is the job of the customer, not the **********************. My friend who went to ******* also got an epi pen which expired in 6 months and was able to get it exchanged because she never opened it. I hadn't opened my epi pen either.

This CVS pharmacy location closes for lunch early. I arrived at 1:25 pm and the windows was closed. The lunch times are 1:30 to 2:00. This is ridiculous! And a inconvenience

CVS seems to be having problems following up on requests for refills if they have to contact the prescribing physician. They say on their automated phone service, online and in person that they will contact the physician. They send a fax but there is no follow up if they do not get a reply. This has happened quite a few times over the past few years. I am looking into changing pharmacies in hopes of finding a more reliable one
