On October 31st, at around 7 p.m., I went to the CVS pharmacy in **************** to pick up a prescription after leaving the hospital with my child who is battling cancer. I expected the process to be straightforward given the circumstances. When I approached the counter and presented my health insurance card to a Middle Eastern employee, I faced an unexpectedly dismissive attitude. Instead of helping, she asked, What should I do with this? When I explained that I needed to show my ID per the app, she raised her voice and told me to go to another window and figure it out.Another customer nearby who personally knew me, urged her to show kindness, as I was visibly upset. Instead of responding appropriately, she said, I have problems, too, and dismissed the customers advice, choosing to vent her frustrations to a co-worker instead. Her unprofessional behavior stood out to me, especially since I had seen her disregard other colleagues requests for assistance as well. When it was time to pay, she ignored me again, and another staff member stepped in unhelpfully. I left feeling overwhelmed and shaken by the encounter. CVS is a reputable brand, and it must address this employee's attitude to ensure all customers receive the empathy and respect they deserve. No one should feel belittled during vulnerable moments, and the company needs to uphold its commitment to customer service.

I was a customer at ********************** for several years. I had major foot surgery and the day of my surgery they were supposed to have a pain killer prescription filled. We were supposed to pick it up the day of surgery. CVS was notified of this by my doctor a few days in advance. When we went to pick it up we were told it was not in stock. We were told they would have it the next day. Because they had a personality conflict with my wife they called me and told me they would not fill my prescription. By this time I was in great pain. The employees are very rude and shoe no compassion.

If I could give them 0 stars I would., but I rather see them in court. This past Friday one of the ** female employees on duty accused my blk 62 year old mother of stealing the week before. My mother is a stage 4 lung cancer survivor that just got out of ************ She entered CVS on Silver Star Orlando Fl happy to be self efficient only to be wrongly, and falsely accused of stealing the week prior. Harassed , embarrassed, belittled and falsely accused made her have a panic attack in front of the store. My mother called me when this happened, the employee quickly clocked out and left the store prior to the police being called by me. CVS , are you aware of this incident? Next step the news channel !

This store stole $300 dollar from us! After entering the store to purchase $300 of ****** gift cards as a birthday gift, paid $300 on a debit card, and received nothing in return. We were told that this happens all the time! When discussed with the manager, she showed no concern. After requesting that the district manager call me, nothing happened. When discussed on a corporate escalation level, they had no resolution. The corporate complaint person said that they have been having issues with gift cards and companies. CVS knows they are having issues yet they continue to offer company gift cards with no warning that a patron may end up walking out with no gift card but money spent! We walked out of the store $300 poorer and nothing to show for it. Had I walked out with $300 of unpaid merchandise from CVS, they would have called the police immediately and I would have been arrested for theft! Yet, CVS will let a patron walk out the door after having been charged $300 but no gift cards and then its up to us to call the bank and submit a dispute! How is that not theft!?!? This provides insight to the shear apathy of this company, which is best showcased in this store.Clearly, we assumed that CVS will take responsibility for protecting consumers rights and their financial security. Moreover, clearly, they don't care. I am sure that as a company, from the the store manager, the absentee district manager, all the way to the customer solutions glass ceiling, there will by a sigh of relief as well as a feeling of satisfaction to find that we(everyone I know) will no longer shop at CVS whatsoever. This is the only logical assumption I can deduct from their tireless efforts to assist in taking our money and giving us nothing in return. I welcome a representative to respond to this defenseless and shameful business conduct, but I expect nothing different from the disparaging conduct and mismatching hodgepodge of unprofessionalism witnessed since the incident.

App allows you to schedule for vaccines that the store does not carry I have reported to cvs. This is a basic bait and switch scam. Show up to our store wait in line to be told they they dont offer this vaccine. But instead please shop in our store instead

I worked for CVS Prior ******************* for years. It was just myself, RPh ****** *******, and another Tech named *******. They would often skip out and leave me with most of the work and phone calls so they could eat lunch together. Eventually, Supervisor ***** had spoken to ****** about this so she later retaliated thru the new Tech named ******* who was playing both sides. Then ******* recommended a local *** named **** **** who was more of a manager than the role he filled from ******. He did not work on our main client Silverscript cases. Being in small Pharmacy circles on the island of **** and Hawaiian, it didn't take long for ****** and ******* to influence ******* **** knowing him from before. So then **** was delaying my work performance with new 2nd ********** *******. Supervisor ***** turned over to **** ******** who was also a RPh together with their commradery on ******** grudge, **** attempted to bribe me with alcohol on the premises and they misconstrued updated instructions to me on authorizations. So, they framed me out because of ******** vindictiveness and CVS HR person ***** fibbed and said they do not have a policy on Drug and Alchohol on the job to cover up for ****** bribery. I did most of the work and was good at that job performing the duties for many years. Once I left the company, they dissolved because I had done the majority of the work.

I took passport pictures at a location in ******* while I was running errands. Then I went to my appointment and my photos didnt meet compliance. I had to pay again at the post office due to it having shadows and being blurry. Per their website and CORPORATE customer service, I am entitled to a refund with the receipt and within a certain time frame at any cvs. ***** was extremely rude and said my only option was to retake them. I showed him the policy on the website. I asked for the district managers info and they declined. I called customer service and confirmed I understood the policy correctly. They called ***** and I was on hold for a long time. ***** told customer service his manager told him not to give me a refund. I spoke to another agent because customer service thought the photo department (on the phone) could give me a refund. They couldnt but also confirmed I was entitled to one. I opened a ticket but havent heard back. I am now waiting for a chargeback from my bank that I submitted days ago, but my preference is to look at ***** in the eyes while he has to refund me and apologize. I also submitted an *** complaint and a complaint with the Attorney General. Follow your own company policies!!!!

Firstly, the CVS located on ************************************ smells like a sewer leak. Store member ****** is truly god awful, never wants to do returns, is extremely rude to customers, and today she refused to use a gift which the manager ended up helping me use in the end. She refuses to help certain customers, and she yelled at me today across the store 'to not shop there'. Imagine a front end worker telling a CUSTOMER to not shop at ********************** because they don't like handling returns or gift cards. The entire staff here asides from literally one male manager are completely intolerable, discriminatory, and apathetic. This CVS needs to be closed down, or at least revamped. ****** is truly despicable, never have I ever not shopped anywhere due to an employee.. but this is probably going to be the case from now on.

I had surgery yesterday and my prescription didn't show up in the system until the following day, which is terrible since I needed pain medications to manage my symptoms and almost ended up in the *** NOW. that's not even where it's *********** I looked at the app that it was being prepared at my main CVS location (I have disabilities so I regularly get perscriptions, VERY often) and somehow they closed down the entire pharmacy, like I believe permanently, without any notification to the customers. I'm not the only customer at that location with disabilities and it can be risky with the legal aspects of treatment of the disabled so it was noted immediately and I contacted CVS. Several of the workers helped with work arounds as my scripts were locked at that location, with no way to remove them from there and ensure my 1. Scripts were available anywhere as new scripts had to be sent in and my doc was oot and 2. That my insurance would cover it as it intended to. Someone from CVS got ahold of corporate and made them aware which thankfully allowed me to get ******** NOW. The worst somehow is me showing up to this different CVS that was absolutely cold shouldering me. They (or at least someone there) was on the phone with me several times and when I walked in it was like they just finished gossiping about me. Real rude and ridiculous from any customer service aspect, let alone someone they KNOW just got out of surgery the day before and just needs to recover. The cashier exchanged VERY FEW words w/me and the pharmacist didn't talk to me when one med was brand new and I needed more information on it. In fact, they kinda socially shoved me out. I ended up having a weird reaction to the new medication I almost went to the hospital for it. If I would have known more like the pharmacist is required to tell me I wouldn't be suffering as much right now. Make it make sense or get rid of these branches that only make your company look like s*** ??
