      On April 24, 2023 my wife and I go to the Columbia ** store. It was our first ever experience. We had just moved from ******** to ** and needed a bedroom set. There we spoke to the manager and she helped ** out. We expressed to her that we loved the ******************** set with the barn looking headboard. We paid over $3,200 which included a mattress set. When delivery guys came in on April 26, I told them this was not the correct headboard. He said, you need to call the office and take it out on them. Not sure since the bed was built, he couldnt take it apart. So I called Ashley Furniture. They said that this was the correct headboard I ordered. I emphasized that it was not. They also said, since you accepted it from the delivery guys, that indicated to ** that you approved of it. I informed her that I mentioned it to the delivery guys. They said, we cant do anything for you. I called the manager at the store who helped ** and asked, why she put the order incorrectly? Her response was, since you had it on your phone, thats what I ordered. If thats the case, what is the purpose of talking to someone on the floor, you tell them I want this or that, and they dont order what you want! In this case, she was the manager. She said, since we have meetings early next week, Ill get back to you on Thursday and Ill see if they can exchange the headboard for the correct one. Thursday and Friday came and went. I called her on Saturday, she then says they declined your request. I said, how! This was your error. I then told her, Im sorry, I need to give you a bad review. Her response was, thats fine as to mock me. On 5/6/23 I called corporate, expressed the situation. They said, well pass on the situation to the general manager of that store, and someone should call you. Its 5/22/23 and no one has called me about the wrong headboard that the store manager ordered. New to the area, first experience with ******* and definitely my last. Horrible service.

      These people sell you a warranty that is NOT worth the paper it is wrote on.Furniture is poor quality and you will never get it repaired or replaced by the ******* care warranty company they sell you. I would not recommend buying ANYTHING from them.

      I do not recommend purchasing furniture from Ashley or Ashley brand furniture. I purchased a dining table with six chair. I also purchased the extended warranty. I received the furniture at least 6 months after the original purchase. Within 8 months, one of the chairs broke. Screws are falling off the other five chairs. Ashley has refused to provide any reasonable solution to help resolve this issue. As of this complaint, I am unsure if the chairs are safe to use.Ashley Homestore False advertising.Ashley had the furniture advertised on the show room floor as a dining room set. I had to purchase the chairs that was advertised with the table. The set contained one table and 6 chairs. Now that one of the chairs are broken, Ashley is claiming that the chairs and table were not a set. Store does not honor Manufacture warranty.The Manufacture warranty states it cover all furniture for up to one year. I filed the complaint within that year requirement. The ****************** stated they cannot help me with the claim since my claim is being handled by the extended warranty company. Extended Warranty is not worth the cost.The extended warranty company rules state the warranty will repairs or replace broken furniture. First, the warranty representative told me that my furniture could not be repaired. I informed him that I had already received an estimate from an outside vender that could repair the chair. At that time, the representative informed me that there was nothing else they could do to help me. Conclusion,Request assistance with protecting consumers rights by addressing Ashleys unfair, deceptive and fraudulent business practices.Ashley has engaged in bad business practice by selling outdated furniture as new and not honoring its manufactured warranty. The warranty states furniture is covered up to a year. Ashley would repair or replace broken items.

      I bought a desk in 2021, that came completely defective. I had an Ashley's technician visit my home and check it, the technician deemed the desk impossible to repair so I would get an exchange. When we selected an exchange with ***************** the physical store CANCELLED our order and I was receiving rude texts from an employee regarding the situation. I called customer service again and asked for a refund on the Ashley credit card. I have not received the refund they promised and they are unfairly charging interests for a desk I do not have. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a business. This has taken a toll on my finances and mental health. I really need a resolution and Ashley has been extremely unhelpful.

      Bought an expensive high grain leather sofa, love seat and WARRANTY. Well, the first thing I asked them was did it cover wear for discoloration and they told me yes. Well, when time came to get coverage, guess what happened? The warranty company wouldnt cover it. And Ashley said, well they are a separate company and they couldnt do anything about it. Shocker! And I wasnt the only one. As I found that other of my friends and co-workers had the same problem with them. My advice, go somewhere, where they do what they say!

      I received the totally wrong color couch. It came in 2 huge boxes. Ashley Furniture said I have to pay return shipping for their mistake. I have a whole house full.of Ashley Furniture. This is how they treat loyal customers.

      Ashley Home Store delivered the wrong color, not the color myself and the saleman also with the manager of the store picked out. $2,700 cream sofa which we were sat on while ordering it.. 3/31/23 sofa was delivered wrong color was told the sofa I picked out did not come in ***** COLOR. customer claim hung up would not answer my calls. after 4 days i got a call telling me nothing can be done about it. I am so sorry I walked in that store and I told the delivery man that was the wrong color. he was so rude and I could not understand why he did not listen to me. but I am told they will not exchange for the right one. help please (COLOR DOES NOT GO WITH ANY THING AT ALL, SENT PICTURESOF THE **** IN COMPARSON TO THE ***** **** THAT I PURCHASED. NO RESPONE .

      Horrible service, been waiting 40 days for service, and now I receive a phone call that says the only technician in the ************** is injured and they have no other technicians. Can anyone believe that garbage, over a million people in this area for 1 technician to take care of. Please shop other stores to see if you can find a better place to purchase furniture

      Bought a table and dining chairs 2 years and 5 months ago. We also bought and extended warranty for 5 years. We were told that if ANYTHING happened to it or got stained or broken it would be replaced. Five days ago, my 6' 200 lb husband sat down in the chair. The leg broke in two. We went through the warranty company. They said they would do nothing. Ashley furniture said they couldn't do anything either. So we have broken chair and a useless $120.00 warranty. The salesman lied about the warranty and we were sold a substandard piece of furniture. No one will stand behind their product (neither Ashley or the warranty company). I understand why the companies won't honor their warranties and products, if they did, they would be out of business.

For items such as chairs and tables, that warranty covers defects within the first year. Your Rokane Dining Table and Chairs set was purchased and delivered on September 10th, 2020.       I purchased a mattress and boxspring in January 2022 from Ashley HomeStore in ******, **************. In August the mattress began sagging; in September it was inspected and October it was replaced. In January 2023 the replacement mattress began sagging. in February it was inspected. I was told the mattress had sunk 2 inches. Was told Ashley Furniiture's mattresses are designed to be used with a foundation or an adjustable bed base foundation. If I had known that or had been told that when purchasing the mattress and boxspring, I would not have purchased them. Also, I was told to purchase a frame for the bed and use it for 90 days. I am 80 years old with a bad back and should not have to be burdened with these problems. I don't recommend anyone buying a mattress and/or boxspring from Ashley HomeStore.
