I ordered an item on 11/16/23 which was supposed to ship in 2 days. I have contacted Tractor Supply ** 3 times. All they tell me is that it is coming from an outside vendor, but nobody can tell me WHEN or IF I will ever receive it. They say they will get back to me, but they don't.Initial Complaint

Hi team, I am writing this letter as a formal escalation regarding checkout where your system is not verifying many addresses that are verified See screenshots below address is found on ****** and a real house yet it doesnt work on your website and we cannot override it. NOTE: We have contacted customer solutions several time to get this fixed and we still have issues with many addresses image.png image.png This has caused us issues to place orders I have attached a list of all the addresses below that are affected you can see the scale of the issue ******************************************************************* Attached doc with list of addresses This is affecting about 1/20 addresses that we need to ship items too, too many to count Please help fix this issue as your system is outdated in verifying many addresses for legit and real addresses.Quickest solution is to give us ability to override on our end so we dont have to call and wait in que for agents to place orders for us. I sincerely apologize for any delayed responses at this time. I am so sorry to hear about your experience regarding address input issue when trying to place an online order on our website. This is not the type of online service we pride ourselves, therefore appreciate you bringing this to our attention and well address this issue with our Operations Team.
However at this time, Tractor Supply does not offer an "override" button or option. Therefore it is required for all online orders, needing the address needing to be override, to be made over the phone. While normally we do not work with 3rd party vendors. We are working with this customer who has been advised, that due to security purposes, and to keep losses down for both the company and this 3rd party vendor. Additional it has been advised that if *** can not verify address, that we would not be able to override the address and ship to it. Our systems are set to automatically go based off what is already verified with ***. As a result the customer would have to use another already verified address.
Please be mindful Tractor Supply is a retailer and does not wholesale it's products for the purpose of resale. This customer has also been advised that because they are a 3rd party vendor, that they are responsible for losses, however they have been trying to pass the loss along to our company

As previously advised, while normally we do not work with 3rd party vendors, we have been working with this customer. He has been advised, that due to security purposes, and to keep losses down for both the company and this 3rd party vendor, we are unable to provide assistance in over riding addresses.

November 3rd. An online order was placed. Paid for same day delivery. A portable heater/fireplace. Delivered, when I arrived home I found a damaged outer box in which had gouged the item. Smashed sides and some sorta material smeared on the outer box. Notified customer service/support. The representative took down all the issues. Requested pictures, then advised I would hear back. Regarding your original inquiry with TSC, we requested pictures of the product itself but did not receive them instead we were only provided pictures of the box/packaging. We are unable to provide any form of compensation for product damages without confirming the extent of damages to the product and not the packaging it was delivered in.
However, I have processed a full refund for the delivery charge in relation to your online order purchase. Please keep in mind that refunds back to credit cards are not always immediate and generally take around 3-5 business days depending on your financial institutions processing time. If your order was paid for using PayPal, it will be refunded to the PayPal account. For orders where a Tractor Supply Gift Card was used as the form of payment, a Tractor Supply eGift card will be issued to the email address associated with the order.
If youre not completely satisfied, simply return your item(s) to any Tractor Supply Company Store (with proof of purchase) within 30 days of the purchase date. Well be happy to exchange or return the item at its original purchase price!
For store purchases, the cash register receipt serves as proof of purchase for items bought at your local Tractor Supply Store. In spite of unsubscribing via their email link FIVE times, then calling them, I am still getting advertisement email (SPAM) from Tractor Supply Company.I made a purchase at the *******, ** store two two weeks ago. I got the first email ad from them the next day, and clicked Unsubscribe, clicked it again on the resulting web page, and was told I was successfully unsubscribed. I received more ads from them in the next few days, and figuring three days was enough, went through the unsubscribe process again. And then again after a few more days, and again last Friday, Oct 27th, after which I filled out a 'customer service' form on their site citing my complaint. On Monday, Oct 30th, I received yet another email, unsubscribed again, then decided to call their customer help line.After explaining all of the above to them, I was told that I was marked as Opting In to their *************** on Saturday, Oct 28th, The Day After I filled out their customer service form. At that point I told them I wanted no more emails, and they should remove all of my personal information from their records.The person on the phone told me it would be done, and after 24 hours I would receive No More emails from them. Guess what I got this morning?? Based on the weight and information provided with your return's tracking number, the package had a weight of only 30lbs. The product, SKU: 2095954, where a quantity of 2 was ordered and delivered, which would be weighing an additional 80lbs, was not included in the return items sent. Per the original order tracking, ***** provided proof of delivery confirming the package was delivered.

I began receiving two calls a day from an unknown 800-number. I don't like to answer unknown callers, but was tired of being called, so I answered. The automated message said my Tractor Supply card was past due. I've had autopay set up from my checking account paying the entire statement balance in full each month for at least three years, so could not believe how this could happen. After looking at my account, there was a past due charge plus interest. I called customer service and had to explain my side more than once because the rep was just interested in taking the payment, not taking off their charges in error. She did say there was some kind of "glitch," because as it turns out Tractor Supply is issuing new cards that are now Citibank, which is not something I asked for. Anyways, my autopay was disabled by Tractor Supply without notifying me, the site says I have to verify my checking account again, which the site is not letting me do for some reason, and after sending a secure message for help, I got a reply saying I need to call in for help. On top of this, I have not received the new card yet, and my account shows the charges in error being taken off of the upcoming statement, so the late fee and interest are still in current statement balance that I'm expected to pay and the account still states "your account is past due." I'm spending way too much time making calls, and sending messages only to be getting nowhere trying to find a resolution with this company, to pay the correct balance, and get on with life. I've been a good, honest, and paying customer that shouldn't be treated like this.Business Response
