Stop emailing me. I placed an order with this company, now they won't stop emailing me. I have unsubscribed, I have also contacted the company through their website with no response. This is GROSS, I will never place an online order with them again. STOP EMAILING ME!!Business Response

Got a email Thursday December 8,2022 about a ****** cable kit sale. I clicked on the email and it sent me to the tractor supply app. Once there i was directed straight to the product. It was unavailable in my store and not able to order. So i check multiple zip codes and not available anywhere. IT IS FALSE advertising!!! After reviewing the review and comments everyone across the country had the same outcome. It is definitely FALSE advertising. "A ****** Cable deal almost too good to be true". This is the heading in the email. The next afternoon the kit tractor supply was advertising was not even on the website/app anymore!Business Response

11/25 I placed an order online for pick up. Picked item up, got the box off the item and found it was heavily damaged. I called customer support and informed them of the damage, they offered a discount or an exchange. I accepted this exchange on the terms that the old item would be picked up from my home. I have an email even saying that they would pick the item up. So I went to get my replacement from the local store, called first to make sure this was correct, they said we were instructed to just replace it and not receive a return, you can take your item and leave. I asked the same question once in store, once again, same answer. I was very satisfied with the service I was provided to this point. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I still haven't received a phone call from the shipping company, so I call customer solutions and explain the issue to *******. She was helpful until whoever she talked to on hold and was extremely rude to me after that point. Saying there's no way that's possible even though I have proof. I explained the exchange in store as well, she said we'll they're wrong. You are being instructed to return the item to the store, I'm calling to tell the store you will be returning it. You will just have to figure it out. I told her that's pretty poor customer service considering I have legitimate proof that I have an email stating that agreement. ******* is very rude and unprofessional. Had I not called at all I'm unsure TSC would be concerned with the return, I'm upset trying to do the right thing made me cross paths with an employee like ******* who is here to provide "customer service." I do want to say that the store employees however could not have been more helpful and accommodating to me and I hope they receive no repercussions from this. I'd just like this item picked up like was agreed upon. It's the least someone can do after being spoken too so rudely.Business Response

On 11/17/2022 I placed an online order for 7 bags of Miracle-Gro Seed Starting Potting Mix for store pickup at ******* ******* (Order # **********). The items delivered were mostly incorrect. The delivery included 2 bags of the Seed Starting Mix (not 7), and included 1 bag of peat, 2 bags of succulent potting mix, and a bag of regular potting mix. The store associate (*********) tried to refund my money, but the computer at the ******* Tractor Supply would not allow her to do so. ********* then had me call corporate to resolve the matter. I spoke with ******* of the TSC Customer Solutions Team. He told me that the computer would not allow him to correct the problem, but that he would replace the order in its entirety. ******* advised me that he would email me, and that I should respond by email with a copy of my receipt for the order. ******* also told me I could keep the soils delivered for free to make up for my inconvenience. I received *******'s email and attached a copy of my receipt to my response. *******'s email included a reference number, namely: Ref:MSG50455564. In my response I asked ******* to keep me posted as to the replacement shipment, but I never heard back from ******* or another customer rep. I reached out to ******* by email 2 more times, but my emails were never responded to. I have not received the replacement order, nor have I received a refund. I want to file a complaint about a pet product I purchased from Tractor Supply on 11/21/2022, manufactured by the brand Retriever. It is a beef flavored, polypropylene deer antler dura-chew toy. It nearly killed my dog. The toy was falsely advertised as durable. I have seen similar reviews claiming that their dogs have had this toy torn apart within minutes of having it. My dog swallowed a small chunk of this toy and had to be taken to the vet after he refused to eat and had severe bouts of vomiting and ****** diarrhea.Customer Answer

I placed an order with Tractor Supply on 10-18-22, said it would ship in 2 days. After like 17 days, on 11-4-22, I contacted them and asked them why my order hadn't shipped yet. I was told that they were waiting to receive a shipping label so they could ship it. On 11-16-22, I contacted them again asking where my order was. They responded by cancelling and refunding my order. I then got on the Tractor Supply website on 11-16-22, and reordered the item and another item, that both stated that they were in stock. Again, both items stated that they would ship in 2 days. Since placing the order, I have called their **************** multiple times asking where my order is, getting the same response, that they're waiting for shipping confirmation. On 11-29-22 when I called, I asked to speak with a manager. Instead I was given the same excuse about shipping and a $30 gift card. I told the woman I was speaking with, that what's the purpose of giving a gift card to use on their website when I can't even receive the items I'm waiting for. This is completely ridiculous that it takes this long to ship an order that they are selling on their website. Put the items in a box, place a label on it and send them to me. I already paid for shipping, it shouldn't be that hard. I honestly don't know how this business is still operational if this is how they run it. I placed an online order order #*********** on November 26, 2022 for pickup in the ****** ******** store. Their system lost my order and I worked with their store employee and had a ticket opened up TSC0338363 at their phone number ************. I recieved an email on 11-28-2022 saying my order was processed and on the same day I recieved a cancellation on the order. Since then I have contacted their center a total of 5 times with no results trying to get the $200 back from the 4 $50 gift cards I used for the order. The cancellation email that said:Please note that you have not been charged for the item(s) listed below. If your order was paid for by a gift card, you will receive an eGift Card via email for the cancelled amount paid for on the gift card. In the event that you paid with part credit card and part gift card, the amount tendered to the credit card was not charged and the applicable amount applied to the gift card will be refunded via eGift Card. But I have not recieved an egift card for my $200.00 and I keep getting the run around in their center and they cannot seem to find a manager to talk to me.Business Response

Tractor Supply processed a credit check against my credit with out my authorization. I was offered a transfer from the Tractor Supply line of credit from a Synchrony backed credit line to a **** backed credit line. I was assured that since both credit lines were provided through Tractor Supply there would be no credit checks.When I raised the concern with the store I was blown off by the assistant manager. They took my information to "Look into what they can do". I had to call the store back to be told simply that there was nothing they can do. I purchased a ******** electric heater last year from tractor supply. I loved the heater,so much, I purchased another 1 last week. They had 3 in stock. I picked it up last Fri. I paid someone to take it out of my car p, carry it upstairs for me. I noticed the box was dented and there were several layers of tape on box. When I got it out of the box, the cabinet was damaged. I took pictures. I then turned it in. The temperature will not go above *****. Tried it again the next day, and the temp will not go above *****. I notified tractor supply by email several times, I sent them a message via their contact source, and have had no reply. Its apparent that this heater was returned by another person, and then sold to me. I have tried to get someone to help me with this , but I have just been ignored. Classic Bait and Switch situation revolving around Black Friday Specials.I purchased SKU# ******* WINCHESTER GUN SAFE 20 GUN from Tractor Supply on November 25th during the promo window. The price of the product was ****** On November 27th my order was cancelled. Allowing me to make the order again on Tractorsupply.com. The price at this point is ****** and you are allowed to purchase this product for the regular price.Tractor supply should honor their advertisements, verses canceling customers orders allowing them to purchase the item at a higher cost.If this is not the case they should then repair any website failures, allowing you to place orders on products that are out of stock.Business Response
