  Why is it tractor supply Will give you a free dog wash. But never have towels before it expires. I've tried numerous times to get in to get my dog's wash. But they seem never to have towels and don't know when they're gonna get them.

  Shop at this location weekly. Normally the manager Heather is the best!! She does a really good job for this company. I went in this store- late evening and it was a mess. First of all a Rat ran out in front of me. I almost lost it. Told the assistant manager. She said yeah we have a rat infestation. So you met mr Tom she asked while laughing I said there is a bag of dog food on the floor opened and feed everywhere. It was a hazard and she again laughed and said I cleaned up Mr Tom’s mess over the weekend someone will clean it up on the other side of the store I picked up a garden hose from the top shelf way above my head and rat **** fell all over me. Disgusting harmful diseases I already have breathing problems next the cashier was rude asked do you have a phone number you want to use yes started calling out the number cashier you can put it in on the key pad I have to bag your items,,,, ok??? I purchased some chips and drinks and she put the food in the same bag as the poison n pet food. This trip was $80+ and I shop multiple times a month. Heather is great but her associates on this date had issues also cashier was complaining about getting off and how she couldn’t wait until the hours change so she could get off earlier she was talking to another off duty employee who was standing at the register I had a product question they advised come back after the truck comes. Ok when is that? I realize people don’t want to work these days but if you don’t have anything nice to say- just be quiet If you are complaining and rude to the people that help you have a job then quit because you don’t want a job. Disappointed in this treatment when I am spending my time n money in this store weekly on the rat situation the employee said what do you expect we are a feed store. Understand but have never had a rat run across my feet so was a little shocked

  Joy was an awesome cashier. She was knowledgeable, very friendly pleasure doing business with her.. because of her you. get full five star. Lol I forgot to ask her if there’s still an issue with egg production using your feed? My slow down the production big-time I stopped using you guys is using a local feed store and it popped back up. Trying you guys out again hopefully they don’t slow back down.

  Oct 13 2023 went to TS. GET MY usual ****** dog food. I had a coupon said spend $75 on ****** dog food I purchased 3 44# bags @29.99 ea plus dog treats ect. Spending $141$ they wouldn't accept the coupon. N july4 ,2023. I presented my retired military card which they wouldn't accept. So therefore I'm totally done with tractor. Supply store. This store was in Bedford ind. I'm a

  On 9-25-2023 at about 3PM i talked with the manger of the Danville, VA store and asked on how to to secure your dog kennel panels from sliding off my concrete base by being pushed from the dog. His answer was by locking the clamps, my answer the clamps are locked, since his answer did not make any sense I asked another question and he hung up on me. I called him back and told him if he did know the answer just say I don't know but not to hang up on a customer!
  This is no way for any of your employees to behave and definitely not a manager. Wont be going to that store anymore!
  Your customer solutions did offer any help except to write this email.

  The reward program is a scam. I spend about $600 a year there. They say your can earn points. I have yet to earn any benefits in over 5 years. This nice clerk recommended contactingI corporate. I did and they said you have to spend $1000 in 3 months to earn a reward. Im am positive that only 10% spend that. The clerk did

  The manager and employees ****! I bought a ********** battery about 2 months ago and I’m sorry but I was in a jeep with no doors and lost my receipt in the wind? But could not find it! You probably here that all the time, but this is a true story! The battery would turn my lawnmower over about 3 times and then stop! My old battery was weak but started it! The battery looked like it was just taken off the shelf-no scratches and still had the new look! They didn’t even try to help me ?? They said that I was probably lying and bought it somewhere else and wanted them to make it good! Y’all was the only store in Jennings Louisiana that had a ********** 350AMP GARDEN BATTERY! I went on ****** and researched it! So now I had to eat a brand new battery ?? I couldn’t wait for a Tractor Supply to come to Jennings because I would drive to other towns just for a Tractor Supply! But the 2 guys that was absolutely no help and one was a Manager and then insinuating I was lying, he needs to GO! I will never step foot back in that Jennings store! The other day I was in the store and it was all different people and they were so nice! I filled out the questionnaire and gave a great review about a week ago because the lady was very helpful ?? But that YOUNG MANAGER NEEDS TO GO, HES JOB WENT TO HIS HEAD?? THE OTHER GUY WAS THE CASHIER BLACK MAN AND HE TRIED TO BE NICE UNTIL THE MANAGER TOOK CHANGE????! I’m sorry to gripe so much but I had to come home and take medication to calm me down! I never get mad and I’m really a easy going guy but this just got to me BAD! I’m not saying I want shop the Tractor Supply but I’m going to have to drive out of town again ????—- My name is **** ****** and sorry I had to unload ????

  My family bought a lawn mower and an attachable sweeper, and after coming damaged, rather than refund the money they offered extra items as a "discount" plus some in store credit that was with every intention made out to be 700 dollars. We were to find out only a little while later that the in store credit was "actually only 150" and that the credit had actually expired even though they had not even once mentioned anything about expiration dates. So now we are stuck with a damaged tractor and its accessory and possibly a gift card to make up for the "expired credit" that wasn't even the original amount it had been made out to be. This is very clearly an extremely underhanded business practice and there is no way we wouldn't have returned everything had we known what a ride they were going to take us for. I recommend to stay far away and take your business/money elsewhere.

  I bought a *** ***** mower from them use it a little over a month. Now it will not start. I called them and they told me I just have to find a dealer to get get fixed. I would understand if I had it awhile but just a little over a month that is crazy. This is the tractorsuppley in carroll ohio. I paid over 4000 for this mower. The closes dealer to me is hour away.

  I bought 20 chicks from this company online. order number:********. 10 unsex chicks are black cooper maran. Two chicks are weak, and seven of them are roosters. the worst is another 10 are easter eggers. they are ONE KIND of brown chick. the website describes as follows:
  "Hoover's Hatchery Live Easter Egger Chickens, 10 ct.
